I use this vest for fishing or any outdoor activities. Keeps me very warm never gets me too hot. It is very durable made with the truest quality! I just bought my parents north face sweaters for Xmas!

I bought one for my daughter last year and I finally bought me one 6 months ago. Feels and looks great. I love the quality of this vest! One of these vests awaits for my girlfriend. I know she will love it.

Bought the Nuptse vest for my hubby since I own one myself and I will not leave the house without it! My hubby loves it and wears it on the go! Great for any season, occasion and for the quality and workmanship that goes into this product is hands down the best!

Sorry but I can't comment on the waterprooof or drying abilities as I have never been out in the wet weather with this vest. Bought this vest as part of a layering garmet for really cold weather underneath my down parka. Boy does it keep you warm. I used it on a recent hunting trip to keep warm while sitting in a blind for several hours as the sun came up. Boy was I nice and toasty warm. Heck even my fingers stayed warm the whole time. My core held temperature the whole morning and never once did I get cold. If my seat had been a little more comfortable I could have very easily sat there the whole day. I have also worn this vest under my windbreaker as I wanted to keep my arms warm in a little bit of a chile breeze and I stayed nice and warm even with such a light weight coat over top. It has really proven itself a very versatile garment whether worn all by itself or layered with a light jacket or cold weather down parka. It doesn't get much better than this. I have used North Face equipment for over thirty years and this vest has not dissapointed. My only wish would be that it had an inside pocketjust above the beltline or chest, possibly with a zipper.

Casual daily wear

I love the product, it's the only vest I would buy, a North Face. I wish there were some more colors, like the black, that had the gray on the vest with that style too. Unfortunately it was only blue so I'm going to be returning that and I bought an all black North Face best instead.

I have always wanted to have THE NORTH FACE NUPTSE Vest and I should say I am not disappointed. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to everyone.

Great for casual wear

Great vest for cold weather when you need your arms to be free and unrestricted. Bought this vest for a fishing trip in Oregon. I was warm the whole time I had it on. The deep pockets in front keep hands warm as well. Inside deep pocket is great for just about anything you want to carry. Waist band is also adjustable and helps keep the warmth in where its needed. So glad I bought this vest.

Everyday lifestyle...

It's a good product, but it is not waterproof nor windproof. And 700 fill does not really make the jacket warm, It's all about quality. For example one of the warmest Canada Goose jackets is only 625 fill, so that doesn't make this vest warmer than CG. Other than that.. I love the vest.

I got this for my husband in his standard size M in the cosmic blue. The fit was perfect. He likes this more fitted than loose and this fit the bill. The color is great because it is a neutral, goes with everything and its more interesting than the basic black. There are other great color options but this I believe this was the most versatile color for casual wear. Great quality and very warm. He's very happy with the Nuptse Vest.

I wear this vest to work which is outside 50% of the time. It keeps me warm and I can also wear it under a jacket if the temperature drops.

The product itself is great, only thing need to say is the color, the real color is not as good as I saw from the Web; I am supposed buy the product in store, but there were no more left.

I use it everyday everywhere I go

You need this in your north face arsenal. Both my wife and I are on our second nipsey sleeveless vest (after a good 5-6 years we put on last ones) and it wasn't that even the old ones needed replacing. They wash well, wear well and overall are our go to coats when it's fall and winter. I would recommend this coat again and again to anyone looking to be stylish and stay warm.

I got the black with lime green zippers and logo and it's awesome. It stands out from all the black and white logo vests. It keeps you pretty warm and is well made. No complaints would buy another color.

This is my 4th Nuptse vest, I love the new colors and it has always been a great choice!
