I was very upset because this item was out of stock. Then the wonderful customer service person said that a shipment was coming in next week, and if I pre-ordered they would ship it overnight for free. Zappos does it again! Great service on a product that I want and need! I do not think that I will be able to get that "Yeezus" CD to go down any other way.
