I waited so long to buy this jacket because I didn't think I could justify the high price tag. But I'm so glad I did. It's so versatile and is super light and comfy. I am 190 lbs and the XL fits me perfectly.

I love this jacket!! It is so lightweight but also super warm. I bought it for more of a spring coat bc of the lightness of it, but it seems to be a bit warm for the Spring. I am still going to keep it because of how comfy it is. I love the zipper pockets and it also has a zipper inside pocket which is great for keys or cell phone. The light grey color is very pretty and I get lots of compliments on it.

Great jacket! Sizing is big. Got a small and still is very roomy. Must have!!

I am 5'2 135lbs and ordered a medium and it fit perfect; however, I wanted to be able to use layers so I ordered the large. The arms are a little long but still looks very stylish. I love how light weight it is yet very warm.

I love this jacket! It is the perfect weight for Vegas winters and mild winter days in the South. I ordered medium in off white two years ago and just ordered black in medium. The cut is more fitted than it was two years ago. If on the fence, order a size up.

I am 5'1" about 110lbs- I kept the Small in this coat. It is a little snug in the hips when I zip up but looks flattering not tight. This is definitely a ladies cut item so if you are "hippy" like me- expect it to be fitted in that area of your body. I have worn this coat over just one layer(a flannel shirt) in 30 degree weather and I was warm. When it gets super cold I anticipate putting a fleece underneath for extra warmth. What I love the most about this coat is that it's light and compact. I can ball it up and stuff it into my Kavu bag- adds no weight and takes up little space.

This coat is awesome! It's very stylish, fits really well, and is warm even in biting winds. I replaced my North Face Thermoball coat with this one as the North Face was not warm at all and I couldn't be happier.

Got this for my sweetie as a Christmas gift. She is quite petite, and a lot of XS or petite sizes don't fit her; just not small enough. This Patagonia XS fits her pretty well. She is so happy with it that she is wearing it around the house whenever she gets chilly! Win!

The jacket runs very large. The small in the jacket is much larger than the small in the equivalent vest. The extra small corresponds in fit to the vest small.

LOVE THIS COAT! I own a Marmot sweater but there wasn't enough room in the bust. The Patagonia one I bought is a size larger than I normally wear and it's perfect for bulky sweater and sweatshirts! Not saying you should buy a size bigger but I like mine with a little more room for arm movement. The lines are flattering no matter the size, it's lightweight and warm. I will buy this again!

Warm and light weight too. Very flattering fit on this jacket too. It fits true to size.

Great lightweight jacket. It folds up very compact so it's easy to pack. It's very warm for how thin it is. I wore it in sub-freezing temps in Colorado and my torso was comfortably warm. I'm 5'8" and generally wear a 6, the sleeves were long enough and the medium fit me fine. I couldn't fit very bulky sweaters or vests underneath so if you want to layer heavily, go up a size. Overall very good purchase, I'll be able to wear this jacket in a variety of weather conditions.

I love my coat. The color is really pretty. I ordered a large instead of a medium which I normally wear so it would fit over other clothing. The large is just right with some room for bulky sweaters and clothing. It is not too puffy and is warm for North Carolina winters.

I purchased my first two jackets (red and green) years ago when the label was on the bottom hem. Over the past five years I have purchased black, white and a plum color. They are a bit longer and not as close fitting. I love them all and have had no issues whatsoever. They go from XC skiing to the grocery store and everything in between. My wish is that they would make a ¾ length in the same style, cut and weight. You will love this jacket and nothing beats Zappos for service and value!

My "go to" uniform for cold NE winters. I prefer the quilting style of Patagonia's previous down sweater, but for warmth and comfort, I would highly recommend the sweater. To save on the oil bill, I can wear the sweater indoors with thermostat set at 65 degrees and always feel comfortable.

I love this jacket! It's my go to jacket hands down! I have Arcteryx and Mountain Hardwear but this Patagonia is my favorite. It's light weight, warm, flattering (not bulky), well made and looks sharp. I bought black so I can wear it with jeans or wear with my skirts and dresses. I want another one in more of a bright fun color to mix it up! I agree with size, I'm always a solid medium and the medium fits perfect. It's worth every penny!

Warm but not bulky. It has a feminine shape to it with the cut and the way the baffles are sewn, not boxy like so many down jackets. Solid construction throughout with well placed pockets that zip closed. Full front zip makes for easy on/off and ventilation. I love the way the outer material feels, like silk! I have worn this piece alone as an outer in single degree temps just fine but have used it as an inside layer under a shell on sub zero days. Warmer than any snowboarding coat I have ever owned but not nearly as bulky or rediculously long! I like the longer cut in the body and arms. Sizing is spot on. I wear smalls in all my other Patagonia gear and this piece is not different. I am 5'3" and 120lbs.

This is an amazing jacket! Definitely worth every penny. It's very light and keeps you warm. I went for a small, instead of an x-small, just because I wanted to layer with my other sweaters during the colder months. It's perfect and very comfortable.

Love this jacket. This fit was spot on. It's so light and warm without being hot. It's my go-to jacket. Also layers well under a shell for added warmth.

I bought this jacket in black to replace a bulkier version of a different brand that I wore for years, and this one is just as warm but easily rolls up to store in my bag. The dark color will always look clean and the material is easily wipeable and holds up nicely. The fit is a bit tighter and shorter than I am used to but I guess that helps with its warmth. It seems to be a flattering shape though.

I have this jacket from 2007 or so and it has a tapered waist making it a perfect fit. I have used it climbing and for around town for years now and it has held up nicely. But sadly, the current model of this jacket has a boxy fit. The tapered waist is gone. Why did Patagonia do away with the feminine fit? It is for this reason that I returned my recent purchase of the Patagonia Down Sweater I loved the red color, but not the boxy fit.

Fits true to size. Ordered large and medium. Typically a Medium but have found with NF jackets need to size up - not the case here. Color is unique, not white, not grey. Very comfortable. Looks tailored from behind so not as puffy as other coats. Warm.

I have the vest in the same size, but the vest fits much better and is much much smaller. This size S is large, boxy, and unfalttering.
