I really enjoy these gloves, they're comfortable and have just enough ventilation so your hands don't sweat.

Great gloves!
I have never used these as a liner, just as a lightweight glove.
The touchpads work great.
I have another SmartWool favorite.

I was in NY in the 20s and these were the only gloves I was able to use. I had 2 other pairs, 1 which was an old pair of leather gloves I had from my parents and these were the only ones that were able to withstand the cold (up to a certain extent cause it was crazy cold of course). The touch is amazing when you don't want to take your hands out and works great. I used 2 pairs in February in NY for myself and my gf and it helped so much. I'd definitely recommend these.

Several years ago my son took a job in Bettles,Alaska, as a dog trainer. The temperature got as low as -50 , but averaged well below zero. My son called one night and said the hardest job was getting the harnesses on the sled dogs with gauntlet gloves on and when he took off the gloves his hands froze. I sent him 2 pair of smart wool liners and they gave enough warmth to keep the fingers from freezing. I use them as a liner under my primaloft mitts when I snowblow. Wonderful!

Great wool glove liner. Thicker than the ones I bought before. Can be used as gloves as well.

These are great liners and work effectively as gloves on their own if it's not too cold of windy! The smartphone compatible thumb and pointer finger work so well I keep forgetting I have them on while I'm using my phone!

These gloves are a great deal for the price. I use them as liners for my mittens so I can bike all winter in Boston. They fit snugly and have a medium weight. I do wish they were 100% wool but they still appear to breath well. Bonus: I can use them with touch screen devices.

Been struggling to keep my hands warm the last few ski seasons, added these under my gloves and have been warm even in 11 degree temps. Also nice to be able to take a photo with the phone since they work with touch screens.

Needed something to prevent my fingers freezing while giving me smartphone access. Bonus points for durability, as they've already saved my palms during a couple falls and are none the worse for wear.

These work extremely well for touchscreens (iPhone for me). I can text furiously without any problem. Not the warmest gloves but they give you great control with touchscreen phones.

I bought the liner gloves to wear driving and found them warm and useful in many other ways. They fit quite well; usually I wear large or extra-large glove sizes. I use these running and have found them to be the most comfortable and warmest gloves even below freezing. Quite utilitarian. My son took my pair for a recent Cross Country meet in the snow and the liner gloves kept him warmer than his snowboarding gloves. Now I need a new pair as he wants to keep using them.

These are thicker than I anticipated based on reading the description and other reviews. I was hoping they would be thin enough to wear as a true liner under other gloves, but they are too thick for that. I would describe them as a medium weight, best suited for wearing alone or maybe under big mittens. Also, without a size guide I just ordered the medium, which ended up being too long for me. I’ll keep them because I already took the tags off but I wouldn’t order again.

More expensive than I would normally like to pay, but the reviews convinced me to go for it. I do think that they are a bit warmer and sturdier than the average one dollar pair of black skinny gloves you can pick up at the store. I wear them under my mittens hiking/walking the dog and my hands end up overheating, then I just wear these for most the hike and they usually keep my hands comfortable. Can use my touch screen phone with them on 9/10 times. Finger tips were pretty boxy as others have noted but I do feel like this is improving with each wear.

I use these for driving too and from work. I also use them under my big gloves when snowshoeing so I still have some protection on my hands! They tend to fit a little big and I find I struggle sometimes with the touch screen because of it

I bought these gloves for running and hiking in the cooler weather (Winter running, Spring and Fall hiking in New England) so I haven't used them yet. They are close fitting and that is what I wanted. I have small hands and the small fits fine. They feel well made and are super comfortable.

Love them for the warmth & comfort. Somewhat disappointed in the durability. I always seem to get a hole in the thumb region.

just like every other Smartwool product out there... AWESOME. These are handy little gloves that go anywhere without bulk. Way warmer than the other little stretchy kind.

These gloves are good inside of mittens. The fingers are a little long, but I appreciate the smart screen compatibility. Works well.
