Perfect for dress sandals. Although current fashion dictates bare legs, for many reasons, this just does not work for me. Most dress sandals are not comfortable with bare feet; most women over a certain age have less than flawless skin; it actually gets cold at night, even in So Cal, and bare legs just add to the misery. I have a simple philosophy: fun should be fun. So, when I dress up in fancy party dress, I want to be warm, comfortable, and feel like I look my best. Thanks to truly toeless and very sheer stockings, all the above was met with these stockings. Might not work with very bare scrappy sandals, but they were perfect for mine, allowing the freshly painted toenails to shine.
