love the style, the sizing is off. i ordered the same size as my other (multiple) Danskos and this does not fit the same, it is smaller.

The leather on the inside of the shoe has the rough side placed in the wrong direction. Instead of your foot sliding onto the shoe, it catches on the roughness of the leather and is quite uncomfortable. Very very disappointed. I do not have this issue with any of my other danskos.

My usual size 39 narrow fit but these were not comfortable right out of the box as previously. They rubbed on the top of my foot and felt slightly tight. After a year of very intermittent use they are now comfortable. Also, both shoes have a whitewash gray band that used to be brown around the edge of both shoes. I still love danskos for comfort, just disappointed in the quality for the price paid.

Because Dansko Pro is hand crafted, their sizing is inconsistent. The first pair I bought, one of the shoes was really narrow - not medium as stated, while the other was fine. So I exchanged it for another one of the same size after reading that Dansko is handmade & hence, the shoes can vary in fit. The 2nd pair fitted better, but I still think Dansko medium size is not a true medium, more like a medium-narrow.

Returned purchase. Very uncomfortable.

I am a 10.5 in women's, and I guess I just have to accept that I am in between a 41 and 42 in Danskos :( 42s are definitely too big and the 41s my toes hit the front just enough to know it would be an issue.

bought the red ones. color is a true red, non shiny. typical dansko. on my feet all day and have good support. the material for the inside of the shoes, don't know if they are changing it or not but a bit cheaply made. i buy between danko and sanitas and finding they are not lasting as long as they used to. the construction is starting to go down hill but price still pretty high. overall okay. nothing amazing but comfertable. wish they just lasted longer and made them better with better material.

Size 39 was too large but 38 was too tight in the toe area but loose on the heel. Had to return.

These looked great, but were not nearly wide enough even though I ordered the W. The band across the top of my instep was super tight and uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

I was a Dansco lover! I was looking to replace my old shoes when I bought a pair from this site. Unfortunately, quality is not the same anymore. Shoes felt lighter and smaller than my old ones; did not provide enough support for my high arch. And it is made in China now. I wear size 8.5 and 39 in Dansco. However, these new pair was too small. I tried size 40 that was too big. And, I feel that they are made of the cheap material now. I am very dissapointed.

Ordered the Profssional to replace a pair I'd had for 22 years. Ordered a wide width because I had broken my foot a few years ago and needed the extra room. Even with the wide width these were so tight across the instep I couldn't get them on with a sock. I ordered a similar pair of Sanitas in a wide width and they fit perfectly. I will be returning the Professionals as soon as I can.

I love Dansko clogs but these were really tight across the top of the foot. I don’t think I could get past the pain to really break them in.

I have some of these in a size 40 that are too big now and have some boots in 39, but these 39's were really small and narrow.

I love these shoes, but I have two issues with them: (1) they are a bit size inconsistent. I just ordered the exact same size as my last pair (37.5 wide) which fit perfectly, and the new pair is too small. But I've also owned the 38's, and they were too large. (2) Dansko has changed the material of the bottoms of the shoes to some sort of rubber material that you can no longer repair (this is the only reason for my 3-star rating) them. If you try to repair wearing on the bottom of the shoe, and then walk in wet conditions at all, the water soaks in, the heel expands, and the repair patch squeaks and then falls off in a couple of weeks. Hence, if you wear heavily on one side or the other of your shoes, you are now forces to throw out your shoes while the upper is still in great shape, rather than being able to repair them. What a complete waste, both for having a shoe with longevity that is worth the price, and for the environment. Makes me very sad as Dansko's have been my goto shoes for years.

I have an old pair of Dansko's in this style, loved them so much I ordered a new pair of the same style. Ordered the same style and color as my old box, but when I received these they were almost black and I couldn't see any hint of brown and secondly the left shoe did not fit like a NARROW at all yet the right one fit perfect. Returned them due to color not being the oil rubbed brown/black like my old pair (more like black) and the fact the left shoe did not feel like a narrow at all. Low ratings due to these issues. Dankso is a very comfortable shoe.

I like this shoe, but it was not the color I wanted. I thought it was cordavon, which is a dark reddish brown. This shoe looked brown to me. I returned it and ordered a different color.

My feet are moderately wide, sometimes I need the extra width, and sometimes I don't, but I ordered the wide in this shoe hoping that it would offset some of the tightness around the instep that so many reviewers have mentioned. It didn't work. The shoe fit nicely in length and width and felt good when I first put it on, but within minutes I could tell that the snug fit over the top of my foot would be a problem. I had some Danskos years ago and this didn't seem to be a problem. I don't remember the top of the shoe (over the instep) being so thick and bulky. I sent them back.

I love my shoes. It will just take some time to wearing them again.

I orderedThe Dansko Professional clog in Cabrio finish because I really liked wearing this same exact clog in the Brown waterproof style and wanted a different color. Surprisingly, the size 40 R Dansko Professional Cabrio seemed a 1/2 size smaller than the Dansko Professional in the Blackbox finish even though they were both labeled size 40 R.

The fit was perfect but I didn’t like the color so I returned them. There used to be an “Antique Brown”, which is what I thought I’d ordered, but it’s actually “Antique Brown/Black”. I will probably just order a pure black pair instead. I wish Dansko had more narrow options.

They are too long, my heel was no where near the heel of the shoe.

I have never been able to find a pair of danskos that actually fit comfortably. I must be the exception. I thought I try one more time before given up on them all together. Had to return them because this brand just isnt made for my feet.

This shoe was super wide for a narrow width. Particularly in the heel. No way it would stay on my foot. Hard to say much more about since my foot was swimming in it.

I usually love Dansko. Incase it matters, I ordered the narrow. They fit ok width and lengthwise but I found the sole hard and uncomfortable so they went back.

Unfortunately, Sanita Narrow Professionals have become impossible to find, so I tried Dansko and remembered after awesome ZAPPOS sent and let me return two sizes why I went to Sanita years ago...these darn clogs are just too big for my narrow feet. I officially give up on Dansko but I'm sure they are awesome if you have normal width. They look identical to the Sanita Professionals but like I said...Sanita Narrows are impossible to find now.
