The first pair I ordered was the wrong size so when I tried to order a new pair I was charged more? I do like the shoe but dont understand different prices

The fit was wonderful, except—I have very high arches (as well as instep), and the top of the shoe cuts into the top of my arch. I’m wearing them around the house trying to break them in, but they’re still cutting off my circulation after about an hour. Not sure these will work for me.

great shoes if you're on your feet all day. they are true to size and fit...but definitely need to break in to avoid pain on the top of your foot (I use a hair dryer to speed up the process). I've sized up with my other pairs and they've been great. Black is black...they have so many other leather colors/styles I usually go with something else, but they get the job done.

I liked these shoes. I didn’t keep them because I wanted the more dull oiled stain. I’ve had these shoes before (for work). They were great. Every time I went into work I felt great. My head high and my posture straight. That’s what these shoes do. The only reason I gave them 4x’s is because overall they aren’t that cute and the comfort is more rigid then well “comfortable.” But they’re still great. I already got the oiled pair. I may replace them for a backless pair. I plan on wearing these for my commute and running errands.

I can never tell if I like the look of these clogs or not, but since I started wearing them, I don't have foot pain. I walk A LOT, so having a comfortable shoe is important to me. I find these squeeze against the tops of my feet a bit when I'm sitting, but my current pair is new and maybe needs to stretch out a little more. Overall though, I like these and having no foot pain is worth the trade off for a better looking shoe.

I love these shoes. However, I wear a size 8 ladies and ordered the 7.5-8. It is too small. Re ordered next size up. Waiting for delivery.

I'm still deciding how much I like these. They're taller than any work shoe I've worn before, so I enjoy the extra lift. Sometimes they feel better depending on what kind of sock I'm wearing; thinner socks don't seem to rub against the sides as much. They are very firm to wear, so changing into casual shoes at the end of the day feels like putting on slippers comparatively. Normally I have a quick walking pace, but I'm slower with these shoes since they fall away from your foot with each step. You don't have to work to keep the shoe on your foot, but it is a different feeling than a lace up shoe. They're waterproof which is amazing. Haven't slipped or been in danger of slipping on floors that are often wet. The opening around the top is lower than I'm used to, so sometimes I'm surprised to feel coldness on my feet when I'm in a cooler too long. If I have a complaint, it's that they don't feel very comfortable on the inside. There's no cushioning and I'm very aware that my feet carry my entire weight. Hopefully they last a year and I'll evaluate whether buying them again is an option.

The length was true to size, but the narrow felt like a medium. The shoe wasn't as comfortable on my feet as other reviews stated.

After suffering with uncomfortable shoes, I finally decided to invest in these gems. However, I was so disappointed with the sizing and had to return them to Zappos. I am a solid 8M without any feet issues so, I ordered the 38M in Danskos. When they quickly arrived - I was immediately disappointed. I couldn't even get one foot into the shoe at all. So back they went. With the European sizing factor, I decided to go to a "brick and mortar" store to get the sizing right. A human salesperson measured my foot and brought out a size 39M! Perfect fit. He told me that you should be able to insert a finger behind your heel when wearing these - and, your toes should not hit the front of the shoe at all. The arch support is amazing. I am so excited to have these shoes finally - even though I didn't get them thru Zappos.

I bought these several years ago when i needed some support shoes after being told i needed two hip replacements. I loved them, they are adorable. I even bought a pair in brown. These however had a hard time breaking in. I even bought a shoe stretcher and some leather conditioner to help with the stretching but even though i would try them on right after and they felt okay, after a while, they'd shrink back down. the left one is super tight across the top of my foot and the right one along the outside where the bones of my feet meet my toes. It's been several years and two hip replacements later and they still don't fit properly. The brown ones are fine, these not so much. Kudos to being such sturdy leather, but too bad they'll never be able to be broken in like a good pair of leather shoes usually is :(

I originally ordered these in the regular width and had to exchange for wide. The regular width was much tighter than the two previous pairs of Dansko clogs I'd had. I do sometimes have to get the wide width in some shoes, but the Dansko clogs fight fine before. I don't even think they made wide width before. I guess that may be new. I was happy with them in the wide width. They're a handsome shoe and great for a slightly casual work environment.

I had initially ordered size 41 (my usual size) in the regular width and had to switch them out for wide. These fit much better than the regular width. They seem to require a bit of a break-in period, as they're not as comfortable as my old pair. The padding on the collar puts some pressure on the top of my foot, but I'm hoping that will relax a bit over time. My first pair of Dansko clogs was perfectly comfortable from day one, so I think something has changed in the design over the years. Overall, still a nice-looking shoe for the office with dress pants or jeans, but more comfortable than a pair of pumps. I got this pair for a work trip, so that I could travel with just one pair of shoes that would be comfortable for the airport and the flight, and still nice enough for work meetings. They're really quite versatile.

Thank you Zappos! I am an 11 narrow and the Dansko Professional comes in a 42 Narrow in mens. I am a woman but this combo really works for me. I did have a problem with a pair I purchased a month earlier. For some reason the piping trim isn't the quality of past Danskos. The piping wears against my pant leg and within a month the trim on the left side of the left shoe had worn away turning it from black into what looked like a whitish gray string. I've worn Danskos for years and never had this problem until now. Shoes do wear out but....of course Zapppos to the rescue! They very nicely gave me my choice of a refund or another pair of Danksos or any shoe for that matter. I am trying another pair of the Dansko Professional because it is my go to shoe whenever I am just running around. Thank you Zappos for backing what you sell. If this pair doesn't work it will be time to try a new brand. Once Dansko left Scandinavia to be made in China I think the quality just went down. Too bad as it is a great shoe.

This review is for the black oiled leather. Bought these to replace the same pair I wore have completely worn out over the past several years. I wear a 40 and these were a perfect fit!

I purchased the Cordovan Cabrio. This is my fourth pair of clogs from Dansko. I love wearing them work and well anywhere really. These were a little snug coming out of the box - specifically on the top of my left foot and around the toe box. I remember my last pair being like this, but after a few days of wearing them they fit perfect. I'm assuming these will wear in just fine in a few days. I am happy with the color and plan to buy another pair soon!

I had received three different pairs for this order. The first pair was sent with one correct shoe and another shoe of a similar, yet different style. I did try on the correct shoe and it fit The second pair received was a matched set, yet they were too big - seemed to be marked a size smaller than they were. The third pair was the correct size and fit. Since I had purchased these same shoes years ago and knew my size, I figured something went awry with the size marking on the second pair as I have never had an issue in the past with these shoes.

I am normally a 10W, got a 40W and they fit fine in the length. I wore them around the house and for short periods of time over a week or two so they would break in before wearing for a nursing shift, and I'm glad I did. An 8 hour shift in these shoes is good, but a 12 hour gets painful on the bunions because they still rub a little, I've been wearing for about a month now. Overall they are comfortable enough and I'm hoping they will continue to break in as I wear them.

Wish you had Narrow width and still offered the Cordovan Cabrios.the other color I prefer is lighter pink in the professionals- or even the brighter pink with stripes or flowers for summer wear.

I ordered wide however it felt very narrow ...... I even have a tool that helps stretch out widths (used it for 2 days) and it was still narrow around the toes...... Hopefully with more wear it will stretch further

I love dansko clogs

Oddly, this pair felt slightly larger than the same shoe - in the same size - in a different color. Not sure why! Returned this color, but kept the brown dansko’s In the same size.

The shoe was nice but it wasn’t the company’s fault. I have problems finding a shoe that will fit my oddly shaped foot. I have a really high arch and short toes and size 8E width , 6.5. I haven’t found any shoe that really fits but Klog Footwear’s naples- I couldn’t get my foot into the shoe due to my high arch- have problems with boots too. My Naples shoes were not available so thought I would try this brand. Going to be returning these in hopes that the Klogg Imperial would work- since it has the flexibility on top

I love Danskos and have wore them for 20 years...however this style has me confused! I am usually a 39 which I ordered and found it to be too big and wide therefore I ordered a 38 which felt great in the width but just a tad short in the toe. Going to try the ProXP next...not sure why the sizing in the 39 is so off.

These shoes are awesome but run larger than a regular shoe. I normally wear a wide but these were too wide and I hear that they will stretch out so I am returning mine for standard width and a size smaller. Otherwise I’m really happy with these shoes.
