I've had many pairs of Dankos. In several cases, I found the shoes very tight in the beginning, particularly across the top. It might take months to break them in. This time, I ordered my usual size (43) in a wide width. Big difference. I've got space at the back, as should be the case, and my foot fits nicely up front. I believe these fit exactly as Dansko intended. They provide terrific arch support with in a comfortable. Very happy with these.

I have been wearing Dansko shoes forever and will never have a negative opinion about them. They are comfortable, stylish, and awesome when you have to be on your feet for several hours. My daughter actually bought a pair this summer to wear while waiting tables and she never once complained about her feet hurting. Dansko will always have my endorsement.

Love this shoes...the look and the arch support...however, I have wide feet and even the wide is not wide enough. I stretched it out at several times at home but it's still a little tight. I still wear it because I like the look and the arch support but I can't wear it for very long because of the width. It looks great with jeans during the cold months.

Ordered 40 and 41 in wide. Stuck with the 41 so there is room for thicker socks come winter. No problem with instep being too tight. Arch support is a must for me and these provide that.

Love these. My last pair of Danskos had gotten worn out and I had forgotten how comfortable they are for being on my feet all day teaching.

I've always love Dansko shoes. I particularly love this oiled style. Very easy to clean with a moist towel. They give me strength and stability. They don't let me supinate. They always look classy. I'm a Licensed massage therapist. The pro version is great when I'm on my feet all day. Also great for slipping in an out when I take breaks. Love them!

These fit super well. The recommendations for fit are accurate they break in and become super comfortable. Love these !

This is my second pair of Dansko Professional clogs (my previous pair lasted ~14 years!). They are not the most stylish shoes but they are really comfortable and utilitarian-great for working around the garage and outside. I purchased the black oiled clogs, which seemed to run a little larger than my previous pair.

I have had so many conversations over the years with people who say they hate Dansko clogs because they are too stiff or don't fit and I always say the same thing: CHANGE THE WIDTH. If you get the correct combination of width and foot length, the result feels great straight out of the box. I wear a 40 narrow and a 40 regular totally doesn't fit me at all. They are supposed to be stiff, but your heel should freely move up and down inside the shoe. It isn't like a tennis shoe. If it just doesn't fit and you don't see what the hype is, take advantage of Zappos free returns and try a narrower or wider fit and a different length size. I have stupid sensitive feet and I could wear my Dansko Pros right out of the box and I walk 3/4 a mile to and from work.

Love Danskos for long days on my feet. They are super easy to keep clean and the fit is dialed in perfectly. Would (and have) buy again.

I wear about a size 5-5.5 and bought the 35. I love these shoes. I have two pair and can wear them all day at school as a teacher! While I normally need orthotics, I do not with theses shoes.

I love these shoes, they are a great buy. I wear them daily at work, walk a ton of steps per day and the bottom soles are never worn out. I highly recommend these shoes.

These are great, although like all clogs, there has been a period of breaking them in. Felt true to size and width.

Well I thought that I was clear on my size since I've worn them before but I order the size smaller than I shouldve

These are my 'go-to' shoes for fall, winter, early spring! The wide width gives just the right amount of room for socks -thick or thin. They are comfortable for all day wear with lots of walking and standing.

I could live in these shows 24/7 and my feet would never hurt. My middle school students think they are cool too, which is a plus! lol

Ordered a size 37 and it fit perfectly my size 7 feet. Very comfortable and cuter in person.

I am usually a 4E in New Balance so I ordered the wide width in my normal size, but they were very wide. The shoes were flopping around on my feet. I have been wearing Dansko for the last 18 years and I go between a regular and wide width depending on the shoe model. I love the tooled leather professional and it is my "go to" shoe. This time, the wide was just too wide. I reordered my (2) pairs in regular width. I walk so much at work that I go through a pair every six months and the tooled professional is not always available when I want it. For me, these are extremely comfortable shoes and I do not wear anything else besides Dansko shoes and NB sneakers.

I purchased these along with the black patent wide width size 40. The black fit perfectly but these are a bit tight over the top. I have wide feet and a high instep. I was excited to learn that Dansko has wide width in a few colors. I am determined to stretch them a bit and am happy to have Dansko clogs again after 10 year of not being able to wear them as my feet changed after having kids.
