I really love the style and the fit of these shoes. I take an 8.5 and I ordered the black. They fit perfect out of the box and are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

I love these shoes! They fit great and are true to size. They wear great and are extremely comfortable. I would buy them in every color. I love Tommy Hilfiger products! I never have been disappointed.

Obsessed with these shoes! I never find closed-toed flats that I end up wearing a lot. These are comfortable right out of the box and very stylish. And the caramel color is perfect. I hope to buy more colors of this great shoe

Super cute flat and really comfortable! I have wide feet and a bunion so it is literally impossible for me to find cute little flats. They always pinch my feet and it's so uncomfortable. But these are really comfy right out of the box! The pointy toe is not overly pointy (I hate too pointy shoes, they look witchy) but just enough to look really stylish. Like another reviewer said, if your feet are wide (or honestly even normal width) they will hang over the sides a little bit. But not a big deal and that happens with every d'orsay shoe. The suede caramel color is gorgeous and I'm so bummed they're out of my size in other colors. A definite win!

This is a beautiful shoe and I regret having to return it. It was too small in the toe box because of the very pointed toe. Otherwise, I surely would have kept them.

Great flats. Fit very nicely, and the inner leather is nude, so I don't have to worry about the black stain leaving marks on my toes.

Beautiful. The navy/tan is just as versatile as the black/beige. Because the navy is a very dark navy, nearly black. I did have to return the first pair bc it was a half size too big. I normally wear a size 7 1/2, but I had to return it for a 7. And it does fit more snug. Now I don't have to worry about them slipping off if I walk too fast. Love them!

These are super comfortable, and true to size! I bought them in three colors, assuming I would return the ones I didn't like, but ended up keeping all three! Perfect work flats that can double as casual. Only takes and hour or two to break them in! I usually wear a 7.5 and these 7.5's are a bit big, maybe because they stretched? But I think a 7 would be too small. They stay on when I walk, just the heel slips off if I am sitting.

This was my first pair of D'orsay style shoes. They are surprisingly comfortable! I was able to wear them a full day right out of the box. Normally, I wear Merrill's or Naturalizer but I wanted an upscale, dressier look. The suede is lovely and soft. Beautiful shoe!

Love these shoes! This color combo is my second pair. First pair was navy and tan.

Great cute flat. I got this and a Sofft flat and while the Sofft was obviously more comfortable, this one wasn't uncomfortable and provided me a variety. I've been in search of a pointy toe flat that didn't kill my feet and this one fits the bill. Very comfy.

These are very comfortable and fashionable. They run true to size and I was able to wear these shoes on a girl's shopping trip the first time I wore them with no discomfort. They are amazingly soft!

I'm so obsessed with these flats! I started with the plain black pair and the fit is comfortable and accommodating. I have a slight bunion on my left foot, but the leather is soft and stretches. It took me one wearing to break these in and after that they were great. Now I also have the Canella Suede pair and they are just as gorgeous and comfortable as the black. By the way, the Canella color is a gorgeous caramel or cognac--very classy. The photo skews orange but believe me they are very classy and toned down from what you see on the website. I also have the cream/tan pair for summer, but haven't started wearing those ones quite yet (although it feels like summer year round here in So Cal. The cream/tan pair skews a little white (rather than cream) in real life, but I still think they are cute for a summery look with denim and and classic white shirt. Can't recommend these shoes highly enough!

These are so very cute. They fit well (and I have weird feet - I have to return more than 50 percent of my Zappos purchases because of fit issues), they look good, and feel good. I love them.

These shoes are so comfortable - by far the most comfortable flats that I have ever purchased! The leather is so soft, I absolutely love it. There is plenty of padding for comfortable wear. I wear at the office and have absolutely no complaints. They run true to size.

Shoes arrived quickly and looked as shown in photos. I had tried on this shoe (Tommy Hilfiger) in a store and felt fairly confident that it would fit as expected. I did not realize until now that this style shoe had a name - D'Orsay. I have worn D'Orsay pumps before and always liked the way they fit. I was happy to find a flat version and anxious to try it out with my skinny jeans. I wear size 8.5 and have a high instep. Because of my high instep, many shoes end up looking too wide. I don't worry about instep support, so it's ok that these have none. They are very flattering on my feet. The front portion covers exactly the right amount of toes and the heel fits well without slipping. The first couple of wearings were just a touch tight around the ball of the foot, but that is to be expected with leather shoes. I wore them without stockings. If I had worn stockings or thin socks, I suspect they would have been perfect. I get loads of compliments every time I wear them. Very happy with this purchase. Wish I could insert a photo to show fit.

Very cute shoe! Comfortable from the moment I put them on...they arrived in the evening, I wore them all day the next day, comfortable, no issues, got lots of compliments.

The shoes are so cute on and fits very well. I bought two different colors and both pairs look great with dress clothes and jeans.

I am so glad that Tommy Hilfiger is still making this style. I have the black and black/tan from last year and loved them so this time I got both the Canella and Dark Mystere Blue. The colors are nice and true to what is online. They are very comfortable, I bought my normal shoe size.

Love, love, love this shoe. The green/navy combo is great! I plan to order a couple more colors. I work in a retail store and can wear these 6 hours, comfortably.

I love these. They feel like slippers, as they are so comfortable and very cute. They have nice padding on the inside. I may have to get another color.

I bought these based on the reviews and I am so glad that I did! D'Orsay style is problematic, and this one avoids all the pitfalls. They not only stay on, they feel made to order. I am a size 11 and Morton's foot sufferer (second toe longer than the big toe) so pointy shoes are a real problem. Not these. The open sides do not mean you slide around, either. Plus the blue is the exact color of my favorite skinny jeans, so wow. I am hooked on this situation.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I bought half a size smaller than I normally wear as they do tend to run half a size big. They are comfortable and my favorite pair of shoes! I am getting the blue ones next.
