Great little carry-on bag with two concerns: 1) When I tested the Briggs & Riley Cabin Spinner bag out in my living room at home I had trouble getting the bag to roll in a straight line which I understand is not at all unusual for a spinner bag. My concern was that since the total height of the bag is only 15+ inches I felt like I was having to put too much pressure on the telescoping handle in an effort to guide the bag and that may cause unwanted body tension and wear to the telescoping handle so I opted to exchange the spinner cabin bag for the same bag that just has 2 wheels. It's such a small, lightweight bag pulling it the 2-wheel bag will be very easy, probably easier than trying to get the spinner to go in a straight line. 2) My other concern was that measured front to back the spinner cabin bag seemed to be about 1-1/2 inches more than the 2-wheeled version of the Brigg's & Riley cabin bag which could be critical trying to fit the bag into an overhead bin on commuter jets and my purpose for buying the small cabin bag is to avoid the need to gate check a bag. The 2-wheeled cabin bag is only about 8-1/2 inches front-to-back whereas the spinner bag is almost right at 10 inches measured front to the back of the exterior handle so to me that is significant. I was surprised to discover there was this much difference between the two Brigg's & Riley cabin bags, especially since the spinner bag seems to be a better seller on the websites I have looked at but the 2-wheeled version will definitely be in compliance with the airlines that I fly so that I will never have to gate a check a bag again for a short business trip.

Sending back. Bag design wonderful, has water bottle pocket and additional deep side pocket on exterior. Front pockets perfect and don't intrude on interior. Inside pockets viewable. But have to send back because I could never get it down the plane aisle. Can't drag it sideways because of wobbly handle and because of the simple physics of the design. If the handle attachment was broader, it might have worked sideways, or if the handle was attached to the narrow side instead of the wide side.

I haven't had this spinner very long, but have used it on a road trip. The best feature beside spinner wheels is the front flap, whjch zips down almost all the way in th bag's front making is easy to get to items in the bottom of the bag without pulling everything out. I also like the front pockets, which fan out, so you can easily see what's inside. I was warned and do believe, that because of the bags depth from back to front, that is will not fit under many airline seats. You'll need to check each airline you travel on, ahead of time, as there are a few who should be able to accommodate this bag under the seat. I can't imagine it not fitting into an overhead, if needed. I also bought this bag, as I intend to wheel it sideways down the airplane aisle, which should make it ride along without hitting seats etc. The reviews above say this doesn't roll sideways very easily, but I has able to do so on our road trip, as it rolled along another spinner suitcase. You can easily roll a couple of bags sideways back to back with one hand, while wheeling or carrying bags in the other hand. That's what makes spinners so great. I always stack non wheel bags on top of spinners making feeer trips and carrying more at once with ease. I also own a two wheeled under the seat bag, so I always have that option too. But it doesn't have all of the features the BnR does. The BnR also has a magnetic handle wrap closure, which makes it a sinch to close. No matter what, parts and repairs will always be free in the future if needed.
