On the bright side, Zappos offers free shipping both ways, on the down side, this shoe was one full size larger than normal. Maybe the label is defective, but I exchanged this shoe from 39/40 to 38.

I love Havaianas. These are perfect. They look a little more elegant because of the elevated heel. The gray color is neutral and goes with most colors.

Awesome, fab shoes. Comfy, yet stylish. They go with everything, too. Can't wait until the weather warms up, so I can wear them all the time.

Just got these in the mail in black. Love them! Was a little worried the thong piece might hurt. Most don't on me, but got a pair of Rocket Dogs last summer and they shredded my feet on the first day of my vacation. These fit great. Super comfy! I will wear them every day on my trip to Cabo next week.

They were fine

I usually wear a 6 and a 1/2. The sevens fit well. They could have had some more arch support. But pretty comfortable for how high the heels are.

Love these shoes! ! They have great cushion and are very comfortable for walking. Sizing is different since I am a true 8 1/2 and bought the 8 that just fit. But the comfort is so great that I'm keeping them! !

These are the only flip-flops besides Reef that I can wear. I agree with the other reviewers that the straps are a bit tight. I wish that they made them with a little bit of bling on them. I like the heel height and the firmness of the shoe.

Love the heel and the color. After awhile though, they start to hurt from the strap. Not the most comfortable strap but they are super cute. I just wouldn't wear them walking around for awhile. The strap will start to bother you.

Love these! Only problem is the strap rubs a little. The same thing happened with the last pair I had. Otherwise, they are perfect!

The toe thong is has square edges rather than the usual rounded shape and dug into my toes on either side -- it hurt too much to wear for any length of time. I was so disappointed (and wondered why in the world they did that).

If you need a little heel on your flip flops, these are great. I ordered a size 7, I think a half size smaller would have been better. The strap is roomy and they are a little long. Overall, cute and comfortable.

These shoes are awesome! I have hardly taken them off since I bought them. They are the perfect knock around, summer essential. Super comfy and the wedge gives that little extra boost for a nicer look than your average flip flop. It took me a few goes to get the size right, they are a smaller fit and I had to go up a size. It took at least 3-4 wears to wear them in. I got blisters under the strap the first couple of times I wore them, but I find that always happens with flip flops, so I didn't worry too much about it. No worries at all after the 4th wear.

I really liked the look of these but the straps were uncomfortably tight. I had to return them.

I needed a pair of "fancy flip flops" for our LA pool parties and these fit the bill. My only complaint is if I walk a lot in them I will get blisters so I try to wear them where I know I will do fairly minimal walking.

The sizing is off on this one. My old havs are 37-38 Brazil size which is a US 6, but when I ordered for this one US 6, it was very small and says 36 on Brazilian size. So I made an exchange and I got myself US 7, and when it came, it was a size larger and says 39-40. I could not understand where 37-38 supposed to be. It was just totally wrong. If only I could post the photos that I took of both sizes. Good thing Zappos offer free return and exchanges and all reps were very accommodating. I ended up with US 7, saying it is 39-40 as its Brazilian size though it really looked one size larger on me. I like the style and the height, just right for laid back look.

Uncomfortable! Couldn’t wear them for more than 5 minutes.

These run small in length, width, and the height from the sole to the strap. The straps were very tight - too uncomfortable to wear. I ordered my usual size but my heel hangs over the back. I normally wear regular width shoes but these are not wide enough for me. I would suggest ordering one or two sizes bigger. These look like typical Havianas which I have owned before but I feel like the photos here make the shoes look nicer than they are. This is hard to quantify but I was kind of disappointed when they came out of the box.

These are SOOO uncomfortable! I was really disappointed that the tops were hurting my feet within the first five minutes of wearing them, so I sent them back.

I don't know how people love these, they made horrible blisters where the straps run after only wearing them for a short time. Had to return. My old navy flip flops are more comfortable.

These straps are a hard plastic that digs into the skin. The straps also don’t seem to soften up at all. Due the angle of the sole, it makes the tight, hard straps even more uncomfortable. I’d return them but I tossed the box. I do not recommend these Havaianas.

Cute wedge flip flop but they are heavy and hurt my feet. Already worn outside so sadly can’t return or I would send them back.

TIGHT straps! Really rubbed my feet raw, unlike the High Light Havaianas I have, which are super comfy. Disappointing, because I love the look of them. Also, as with other flip flops of any brand, I sized up (normally an 8, ordered the 9/10) for a perfect fit. Bummer.

The color was lovely, but the sole seemed so much wider that my old Havaianas that don't have a raised heel. I might have lived with that, but my toes hung over the front and with the high heel, it made my foot slide even further. Look so cute in pic, but like a boat on my foot with toes peeking over the front. Sad to return.
