I've been trying to grow to like these, I really have. I wanted to give a rave review, but I'm pretty "eh" on these. I have always loved the regular Saucony Jazz, but these definitely feel different. I like these alright, but they're just not as comfortable. I'm on my feet all day and always felt good after a day on my Saucony Jazz. So, I got exactly the same size as my other Jazz's, and I just can't seem to get these tight enough to feel snug (I have a slightly wider foot, Nike=ouch); length is good, but something about the width and insole/cushioning is weird. These just aren't as comfortable and also provide no arch support. However, these shoes are wonderfully lightweight, very breathable, and are pretty darn cool to look at (lots of positive comments). I'll certainly be keeping them and wearing them here and there, but they won't be my everyday go-to shoe. I'll probably be headed back to the regular Saucony Jazz for that.

I think these are great shoes, just not for me. I weight 230lbs and am hard on shoes. They are comfortable but they feel like they have fallen apart after just two weeks.

Size is pretty standard. The recycled and natural materials make these shoes stylish and make you feel eco-friendly. Although the canvas material that makes up a lot of the shoe did fall apart after 7 months. They are really tattered on the fronts. I wore these every day though. A lot of people rotate shoes. I don't. Either way, they did not live up to my standard.

These are comfortable shoes, but do not get them wet. They shrunk an entire size when I was caught in a rainstorm.

The soles are so weak that you can bend these right in half. They are also too narrow for me. Aside from these notes, they do have a great styling!

Even though they are vegan I've avoided Saucony Jazz for years. Had a pair years ago and hated the insoles (I would always get a blister on the ball of my foot). Love the eco-design of this shoe. Not as cushion-y as I had hoped but tolerable. Looking forward to breaking them in. Low-pro is the way to go.

I have mixed feelings about these shoes. On one hand, I love them. They’re the first comfortable, stylish, affordable vegan shoes I’ve been able to find. Unfortunately they don’t wear well. I’ve gone through three pairs in the last year. They fray easily and just start to fall apart after a few months of wear. I bought them again because they are so comfortable on my wide feet and are very cheap.

Cool sneakers, not as much a running shoe as regular Saucony - These are cool sneakers, but are not as versatile as the suede/cloth Sauconys I wore previously. Just not enough support to really run in regularly. I love the style and they are great for everyday wear. But I want a knock around sneaker I can run in as well. Next time, probably I will stick w New Balance 473s.

Comfortable but do not last. These shoes are great! I got them and, I put some green Super Feet insoles in them. After that they were perfect oh so comfortable. But not every shoe is perfect. My one and only complaint is they do not hold up that well. I have had mine since December and they have holes galore. I would not recommend for daily use. Get them if you can rotate with other shoes.

Good looking light-weight shoes with some limits. There is no denying these shoes are beautiful. Also they are tremendously lightweight. Once worn in, the shoes feel like a slipper with a thin sole on the bottom. The shoes move with your feet as opposed to other way around. As you might expect this can be a good and bad thing. If you take these shoes 'off-road' you will feel every rock and medium-size stone. Also, I have now had these shoes two months and I am noticing that there really is not much support in the sole. I should mention that I am 6'4" and weigh 260 pounds though so that may have something to do with it. None the less, if I am on my feet for too long my heels will begin to ache as though I am standing barefoot on concrete. These shoes were also quite snug when I purchased them and I went through a hell of a process trying to break them in - a month of pain with every step and persistent blisters. But after all that, I will say again that they are super comfortable provided you aren't on your feet for many hours a day nor are you a very large person like myself. I have been wearing these shoes since day-one in winter-like conditions. I say this because even though I have only had the shoes two months, the fabric has already begun tearing away from the sole around the toe and the hemp fibers are also beginning to rip on the upper toe. I would not ignore these comments if you are planning on purchasing these shoes as your sole pair of footwear because you may encounter rain or rough weather which will beat up these light-weight shoes. But if you are looking for a pair of light-weight casual shoes which you can rotate with another pair of footwear I would say these would be a good choice - especially for the summertime when you won't have to worry about too much precipitation etc.

Vegan, good looks, comfort, but POOR DURABILITY - I was absolutely thrilled when I first found and purchased these sneakers. However, after having owned them for about four months, I am sad to say that I have not found them to be very durable. The color has faded with wear, and worst of all, the canvas along the toe has just gotten thin and full of holes. These holes don't go all the way through the toe, but I still they just get shredded and at this point there is as much shoe-goo as there is original material holding it together. That being said, the work I do is somewhat on the manual side, so you may be happy with these. Think more along the lines of canvas vans or converse durability rather than those old suede Saucony which lasted you/me for years.

These are extremely comfortable shoes. They look great out of the box. But! Mine have worn out after less than 3 months of casual wear. The canvas on the toe of the shoe has torn without any good reason. They also have discolored very quickly, going from a pleasant light blue to dirty gray. SO... I can't recommend them due to durability problems.

I really wanted to like these vegan shoes, and I do like the style and comfort. Unfortunately, they only lasted a few months before the canvas upper tore at the seams on both shoes. I am very disappointed at the durability (or lack thereof!)

I've owned two pairs of the Jazz Vegan shoes. Unfortunately the first pair wore out in the corners of the toe within 2 months. Saucony replaced the pair and the new pair wore out in the exact same fashion. I like Saucony, but these shoes seem to have a defect in them, or they're just not meant to survive long.

These shoes look as good in person as they do in the pictures, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them! They seem well built, and have ridiculously good traction wet or dry. But there's a lot wrong with them. The two colored laces look cool in the photos, but I can't make sense of them in practice. The lower and upper laces are the same length, meaning that when you lace them up as shown, the leftover ends are drastically different lengths. So you can't tie them together in one knot, and even if tying the two laces separately and having two knots on each shoe didn't take twice as long and look lame, the top laces are so long you end up stepping on them. On the other hand, the laces are almost too short to go all the way up with one color, though they've stretched in the two weeks I've owned them and I'm getting used to tying tiny knots. I can't figure out what Saucony was expecting we'd do with double laces, but if you feel like re-stringing them occasionally, I guess you can use one color as a spare set. I suspect Saucony has changed insoles since the other reviews and the product description were written. There's little arch support, and the included insoles are quite hard and don't yield at all to the shape of your foot. There is no cushioning in this shoe! The fit mostly feels accurate, except that my heels slide around a lot as I walk, which is unbelievably irritating. It feels like I'm stepping off the side of the sole if I'm not on perfectly level ground. These are not walking shoes, much less "retro runners" as described, and anyone who gets around mainly on foot, or stands a lot during the course of the day, should avoid them. This week I walked a couple of miles two days in a row. At the end of the day the soles of my feet were burning just from the constant pressure of the hard insoles, and today I'm actually limping from the shooting pain in my right foot. I'm really unhappy with the comfort aspect. I'm used to walking 10+ miles once or twice a week and standing all day at work. I bought these to replace some great Puma running shoes that I walked the soles right off of, and in that regard I am very disappointed. They look great, and if you spend most of your day sitting and driving, you might be happy. I may be able to fix them with better insoles, too. But if you need something functional right out of the box, buy something else, or expect injured feet.

Make sure you know what vegan means. All cloth uppers (canvas and hemp), even inside of shoe is sewed. Very minimal arch support if any.

They look great but they are a cheaper construction than other Jazz. The mesh like top construction grew a hole very quickly. I've been a long time Saucony buyer and really work these shoes. These did not fit the bill.

The Jazz Low Pro Vegan is a great shoe for comfort, however the top fabric (above the toes) of these shoes wears out quickly. Within a few months, there was a hole in the left shoe. I have had two pairs. I bought the second pair thinking that it would not happen again. I have a pair of Simple brand fabric shoes that are much stronger and have not worn out as quickly.

Love the style and comfort and that they are vegan. But I\'ve owned two pairs now and within six months a hole starts to appear above my big toe. Never had that happen with any other shoe and would have thought the hemp would have been stronger.

Stay away! These shoes are total junk. As a vegan it can be hard to find shoes and even harder to find those shoes at a decent price. I know this price isn't a ton but these shoes started to wear out after only a few weeks and now only six months later they have a huge hole in them, the soles have come unglued and somehow the color has faded.

This shoe really bummed me out. I love supporting vegan products, and the shoe itself is lightweight and comfortable. Unfortunately after minimal wear, a hole developed above my toes. If Saucony would just add some reinforcement to the upper portion of the shoe, this would be a fabulous product.

I know these are cheap but twice I have gotten poorly made shoes. The first time the inside heel material shredded after a day of wear. This time the Saucony logo was very noticeably angled on the back of the shoe. Basic quality control would have seen this. I have owned a couple of pairs of Jazz in the past and only these vegan ones seem to have a problem. They look great and that's why I tried again. Oh well, time to return them.

These shoes are kind of ridiculously delicate. I bought them for a new job (library work!) 5 months ago and they're already wearing out. The super-thin sole has been steadily grinding down on the heels since the first month and most atrociously I have developed a hole where my big toe pokes the tissue-thin cloth! Please note: I do not have super big toes or sharp toe nails and I only wear these shoes at work. I literally take them off for all extra-curricular walking and they're still wearing out. Interestingly, I've met two other people with these shoes and they are also shred to ribbons. I really can't recommend buying these shoes if you're planning on wearing them for more than 30-45 days.

Nice looking sneakers. Fit well and are very comfortable. The main fault of these sneakers is the quality. They come apart very easily. Mine started to come apart within the first month. I own many other pairs of the NON-Vegan Jazz and have never experienced this with them. I was happy that Zappos replaced them for me free of charge with the non-vegan jazz, which are still in great shape 8 months later. Otherwise, these sneakers are probably great for a few hours of wear here or there when you are trying to dress "Nice Casual".

They fall apart! I just got a One Year reminder from Zappos, and I couldn't believe it had only been one year. These lasted me maybe four months before the outside was covered in holes and all the stitching was frayed. I only wore them on the street, so it's not like I went hiking or running. They're comfortable, but don't expect them to last very long.
