These are super comfortable. I will probably buy another pair, but they will not be vegans. I am hoping that they hold up (I walk a lot), but the fact there is no leather leads me to believe they may wear a little quicker. Hopefully, I am wrong! Overall, these are great shoes.

Great, hip athletic-casual shoe. Pretty comfy, very affordable. What more could you ask for?

Very Nice feel, light and great sole. Yet as with any natural raw textiles, it does get dirty and is not as easily cleaned as with other poly-vinyl shoe fabrics.

Love the throw back shoes. My wife thought I loss my marbles but she eventually gave in and now she is thinking about getting a pair. Overall, very comfy and Hollywood stylish when worn with blue jeans.

woohooo! got them.... I feel like healing earth already....I usually wear chucks' size 10 I wasn't sure about it since size is different from brand to brand so order 10 1/2 and they fit fine...now let see how long they will last...so 4 stars for now....

Well made shoe I believe but I am sending mine back for return due to needing a wider shoe. I usually wear wide tennis shoes so this was an attempt to see how these felt. Support wise they were good, in fact I wish they'd been wide enough so I could keep them, but I've already had nerve issues in one foot and don't want it on the other.

I was very happy to find some meat-free Sauconys to kick around in. They look good and are sufficiently cushioned for city and trail walking. The only complaint I have so far is that the arch support is insufficient for my feet, causing less-than optimal stability. I'll need to find some good insoles before these will be comfortable for all-day use.

I'm a flat footed fellow and have a hard time finding shoes. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Unfortunately, the hemp doesn't last as long as the non-vegan versions of the same shoe. A hole started to wear where my great toe rubs after a 1.5 years of regular use.

Hmm. What can I say about these shoes? I was really devastated that Saucony stopped making these for awhile and shortly after I discovered them too. But, they came back a couple of years ago and I hope Saucony maintains their commitment to providing quality and stylish vegan footwear. If only more companies would... So, here are my few issues with them, none so serious as to make me stop buying them but it can be annoying. 1) Recently they've been turning out shoes where one tongue is longer than the other. Significantly in one case for me. 2) The toe cap does not go back far enough and is not consistent pair to pair. Annoyingly enough I seem to raise my first two toes on my left foot when I walk and I rub through the hemp above those toes on my left shoe. The quickest has been one month, the slowest about 6 months. 3) The heel, internally, wears down quickly. Those are the only two things that wear down in my experience. If they manufactured it with the toe cap just a little higher I think it would take quite a while for me to break down a pair to where its unusable. Oh, last thought. I feel some real hesitancy going downhill in them on pavement when its rainy or slick. Traction can be very iffy.

Super comfy. This is the second pair of these shoes that I've owned and they're my favorite. My only complaint is that the lining at the heel wore through quicker than I would have expected. My first pair served me well, just not as long as I'd hoped.

You get two sets of laces and no dead animals on your feet. Super comfortable really great shoes, but they are small for the size. I would suggest getting at least a half size larger than normal. Zappos does make exchanges and returns very easy though.

Great shoe so far (3 weeks). Comfortable and breathes well. Slightly narrower than I expected, but not a big problem. Great everyday shoe, bonus that they're vegan. The second set of laces are a nice touch, though they came laced in the shoe, leading me to believe they were supposed to be worn that way...don't do this.

Overall I'm satisfied with the sneakers. The sneakers are all that I'd expect from a quality shoe, but the fit was slightly narrower than my last set of sneakers. This caused me to lose my balance a few times when doing lift exercises on one leg. However, this could simply be because they are not as worn and therefore the soles are higher off the ground. Perhaps the sneakers need to be broken in more.

Thank you, Saucony, for this vegan shoe! Most of us cruelty-concerned types have to sort through the materials list (when they have them) and hope they are correct and thorough. This shoe is not only vegan, but adorable. I bought these without hesitation for my vegan boyfriend, and he loved them. They have a fun woven texture and a nice silhouette. Not the most supportive shoe in the universe, but still very nice to wear to class or for everyday.

I picked these vegans because of the styling. I needed a pair of everyday shoes to wear around the city. Something comfortable and versatile. The Saucony's have always looked nice to me, and these vegans just look way cooler. The rough fabric finish has stood up to about 6 months of city/subway without really getting dirty. The natural-looking flecks in the sole are a nice touch, and overall I love the way these shoes look. After the last 6 months, the heel is starting to rub a little, and there's a stiff material backing for the toe and heel that is crinkling. The shoes start looking like they do here on the site, but after a couple of months, the front of the shoe is a little warped, as this stiff material bends and leaves creases. A minor setback.

Great shoes. I wear them almost daily and they last about 6 months before needing to be replaced (which I have now done three times). They are comfortable, but could use a little more arch support.

Very comfortable, stylish and well built. That fact that it is vegan rocks. Very good shoe. I highly recommend it. Also Zappos rocks, great customer service.

Good shoe. No surprises upon receipt. Comfy, not great with the arch support, but just about good enough. Love the canvas material. Love the color.

Okay, I'm writing this after having mostly worn out these shoes. I got them to use for work shoes and I work in coffee so I'm on my feet all day. The canvas has a nice look and it breathes well too. They had a short break-in period where they weren't super comfortable but once broken-in they were very comfortable for about 8 months. Now the soles are fairly worn on one side (probably from how I walk) and the first thing that showed signs of wear was the back of the heel inside. I have high arches, so I need arch support. These shoes had a fair amount of arch support which helped my feet from feeling sore from being on my feet all day. I wish the soles had lasted longer because the rest of the shoe is still in good condition especially considering the amount of abuse they took. Overall, I liked them quite a bit and I'll probably get another pair at some point in the future.

These are very comfortable light duty, all day shoes. They have enough support to work well as walking shoes on paved and gravel paths. Haven't used them enough to judge durability but so far seem to be well constructed. Easy break in. A very good value.

Good shoe for the price. It may not look like much, but I spent a week traveling in Europe and wore only these shoes. Never had a problem with them. Comfortable and lightweight, but not much arch support if that's what you're looking for, which I am not. I may even buy another pair.

Nice, inexpensive and not uncomfortable shoe for every day use. I wear these at work in an academic research lab and am on my feet all day. So far no problems.

Sneaks are priced right. For the money, you get a comfortable sneaker for kicking around that does not have a two-inch sole, like a running shoe. Wouldn't exercise in it, but good for daily use.

Wearing them right now. I'm a long time Jazz Low Pro fan: comfortable, understatedly stylin', super long-lasting for the money. This is my first time getting around to a vegan pair. Basically I bought these to settle a bit of a wager with my vegan coworker; I had heard that vegan shoes would fall apart fast because the vegan glue isn't as durable. So far, though, no problems to report (after three weeks). I think the vegan ones are the only kind with the canvas/burlap type material; it's even on the top of the toes instead of nylon. It's a cool detail and makes a bigger visual impact than I expected. I like it.

Very very comfortable, keeps my feet surprisingly warm and dry walking around in the snow too. This is a great shoe for walking around town all day. I'm on my third pair, having worn through the other two through overuse, but they still lasted about two years each. Super comfy, animal friendly sneaks.
