This was a gift and she wanted a different color. I drove to the store and had to wait a few days for money to come back on card then reordered. There is no exchange process which was really an inconvenience for me considering the store is 4 hours away.

Everyone that I bought the NorthFace jacket for has only Praise for it and that is very good for 9 people to not have anything negative to say about any one item. The only thing is now my Grandaughter wants the pants to go with hers.
I give the North Face a rating of 10, it is a very warm and light weight jacket and I think they are very pretty!!

This jacket is beautiful, fits perfectly and is warm and super soft!! I am 5'4" 135lbs average build, B cup and the small fits me wonderfully not too tight not too big just perfect! I now own 3 and would buy more in a heartbeat! I wash it as soon as I get it and I don't have any trouble with it shedding!

My daughter's and I all have these jackets and LOVE them! We live in Texas so don't have super cold weather but they are great for our winters here. Great quality. Price is a little higher than I wish it was.
