I usually wear a size XL, the XXL was not roomy as I had anticipated. I find your items run small. Would love to see more XXL and XXXL if your sizing stays on the small size. Big people would love your products also. I will be sending this back to you. Sorry.

This jacket sheds everywhere but very soft and warm.

This jacket is fine and all, I've had it for a few years now. But I personally don't want just fine quality of a product that is $100! In maybe a month or two, all the fuzz was worn down, so it wasn't fluffy anymore, just kind of matted. Recently, it's become so smelly and nasty that even if I wash it, it still smells. I just wear this as a casual jacket to school and around town, I haven't even done any outdoor activities like hiking in it, so I am confused as to where the smell has come from. Overall, it's ok, but not worth the money. The quality does not really seem to be any better than a cheap fleece from Wal-Mart. It is kind of warm and comfy, though.

I got this jacket last year and I wear it all the time. It's very comfortable and warm. The problem is, if you wear it a lot the fur becomes matted and it no longer looks nice. I've only had it for a year and it is already very matted and it doesn't look nice. Plus, there's no way to fix it. I've already decided that I will not buy another one.

I ordered a medium and it fits like a XXL.

I got this jacket thinking that it would be really warm. I found that this was not true. This jacket is ok if it is just a little bit of wind but even then I found myself being cold. Also this jacket left fuzz on all of my cotton shirts. The size was pretty close to size but overall I would not recommend this jacket.

I didn't like it at all, the sleeves were not long enough and when you move your arms the whole jacket lifts. The fuzziness wasn't as pretty as you would expect.

Got this in the storm blue heather..picture has it as a bright blue ..but its not.Its a dark blue with hints of grey..picture is not accurate at all.Would not buy again.

This is the fourth North Face I have bought, and I have never had a problem. I wasn't even aware this could be a problem until I started searching for solutions. Fuzz, on every shirt my daughter owns. They are covered in fuzzballs that I have to hand pick off every time she wears it, which is every day. I am beyond frustrated with it. I am going to wash it again and pray that it helps. I will definitely be talking her into something different next time. For this price point for a jacket, this should not be a problem.

I have this jacket from 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. Kept me warm and wore it almost everyday in the winter. I needed a new jacket and this was extremely disappointing. It's incredibly thinner and sheds. It's not the same quality and it will be returned.

My boyfriend picked this up for me because I've always wanted a "classic" North Face fleece. I cannot believe how thin this jacket is. There is no way I can use it as an outdoor jacket with Michigan weather! It also shed on my shirt when I tried it on, and feels like it will lose its softness after washing. My friend has one that is 3 years old that is thicker! For how expensive this is, I expected The same quality. Needless to say, it is being returned.

I had this jacket for about a year, as soon as I got it I realized that it shed everywhere. Some of my clothing still have fuzz on them from the jacket even after I've washed them. Because of this I wore it maybe three times. I could not stand it, sadly I couldn't return it as it was past the date that I could return it when I discovered the shedding, so I had to deal with it. I do not recommend.

I wanted to replace the one I bought years ago since it was long over due and these just are not as heavy or well made as before. the bottom used to have adjustable elastic and felt heavier. Will not purchase this again even though its incredibly soft, the quality is no longer there for the price point.

Really sad to recieve my new jacket to find out they quit making them with the drawcord around the bottom of the jacket!! I even double checked the product features to make sure, which says it should have one. Will be returning

It was soft and lovely at first. After wearing for a few months and a few washes, the pile is flat and looks old and dirty. The material around the wrists is not soft anymore and the elastic is coming apart. Overall disappointment especially for price.

I have two others from last year and they fit so nice! this ne I just ordered has small pocket openings and the opening at the wrist is too tiny!

This jacket was a xmas gift from santa to my daughter. You can imagine the look of joy on her face when she opened the jacket and proceeds to try it on. Only to find a high hole in the upper shoulder seam. You could fit 4 adult fingers through this hole!! Distraught and asking why santa sent her a present with a hugh hole in it was not what I was expecting on xmas morning. I made up a lie like any parent would considering the circumstances and sending back the jacket for a new one. I've learned a valuable lesson to inspect each article of clothing even if it comes from a reputable company. Hopefully the new jacket will be fully intact.

It's soft and fuzzy, but Northface is not full size women friendly. I wear 2X in a lot of things, but this 3X is very snug.

North face team, I want to start off by saying that I'm a huge North Face fan. Not only have a purchased quite the load of North Face items including fleece sweaters, windbreakers, backpacks and even camping car, but I have also purchased your products as gifts for others because I am very satisfied with the quality of North Face products. However, I cant say the same about a jacket I received for Christmas 2 years ago from my boyfriend, which I believe is your Women's Osito 2 Jacket. After putting it away for a year, I decided to wear it again this winter season, and I remember why I had stopped wearing it. The amount that this jacket has shed has been incredible. I have tried lint rolling, pulling off the loss hairs, washing and there still seems to be fuzz which comes off the jacket and gets on my car seat, jeans, backpack etc each time I'm wearing it. I'm not sure if this is a common problem with the jacket or the one that I personally own. If it is just my own jacket, I'd be satisfied with the same exact replacement as long as it does not have this shedding problem. Please let me know what you guys can do. Best, Monica

Really too small and somewhat heavier than desired.

I've repurchased this jacket several times over the years, and this year I am sadly disappointed in it. The rabbit grey is a beautiful color and I love how the jacket feels, but it leaves behind SO MUCH FUZZ on literally every single thing it touches. I drove my car for about 5 minutes with it on and the fuzz was covering my seat belt. It's not fun to pick little fuzz off of everything it comes in contact with. Returned this jacket and hoping the next one I buy is better :(

I returned this item because it made me look huge and I"m only 110 pounds it was a boxy fit and the color was strange.. very bright and greenish.. not like the picture at all.

I got this jacket and put it on and it was way too big. I order a XL by your what is your size ( asked your height, weight and age and other things)it was so far off my normal size. I saw you have a size chart for women and found my right size by it. Returned the jacket for my money back.
