I ordered a medium according to size recommendations. The color and material were very pretty but the jacket is tapered and not a loose fit. So it was too small for me. I would like to wear a sweat jacket under my outerwear for more warmth. I am not sure a large would have enough room. I sent it back.

I received this jacket as a Christmas gift. The color turned out to be much more fluorescent in person and it felt really bulky, so I decided to return it. I've always had great luck with returning online products and receiving a replacement in a timely manner. That has not at all been the case here. I honestly would never buy another North Face based solely on the customer service, or lack there of that I have received. The return was received and accepted on January 4th, I didn't receive the e-gift card to purchase a new product until two weeks later, after contacting Customer Service multiple times to inquire about it and being told each time that it was in process and I should receive it within a couple of days. The product that I had wanted is no longer available in my size, I found an alternate product and attempted to checkout only to find that I couldn't use my e-gift card because their system is undergoing maintenance. I've attempted to complete the order everyday for four days and to no avail, receiving the same error message. By the time I actually get a new product, winter will be over.

This jacket is very cute, comfortable and warm. However, I ended up with white fuzzier stuck to my jeans, my shirt and my seatbelt where the jacket rubbed against it. I'm not sure if it's just my jacket or if others have had this same problem.

This product does not fit true to size. The arms are a little short in length. Everything else fits great but the arm length. I do not fit an extra large. That would be too big. This would have been perfect if it wasn't for the arm length being too short.

Very light and warm which is why I decided to keep it. What's don't like is the "fitted" design, not great for a girl with hips. Also, this thing sheds like crazy after a wash, I suggest running a lint roller along the seems, this seemed to help.

I use the product while exercising just when I'm around home and it's cold I wear it to school and when we're going somewhere I'll wear it.

Too expensive for a thin fleece that has an ok fit and has a couple of adjustable straps.

I can only use this jacket down to about 50 plus degrees, and I'm warm natured. A girlfriend used it and she needed a warmer jacket at 60 degrees. If you hike or venture out in colder temps, I recommend another North Face product to go along with this jacket. I love my red one though, you can spot it a mile away and it's good for solo walks in case you need help.

I bought this jacket for my teenage daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loved it. The jacket was the perfect size for and its great for on the go. The one problem is that based on the picture the jacket is a bit darker.

Disappointed, in the thickness and weight of the Jacket, it seems they are getting thinner. Will send back.

I used the sizing chart for my height and weight (5' 8", 132 lbs) and selected a tighter fit. It assured me that I should order a size medium. I am returning it and ordering a size small. It appears that you have changed your sizes due to the increased weight of Americans. Maybe you should update your sizing chart to reflect this change. I am upset that I have to pay for the return when the sizing chart is so far off. I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the sizing issue. I'm sure the jacket is great if you can find the right size.

I love this jacket. I purchased a 3x and it fits perfect with room for thicker tops underneath. I'm glad I purchased this jacket!

Feels like a nice warm blanket that you don't want to take off and it's stylish. I work in a very cold office environment and my new jacket has helped the temperature feel way more tolerable and allows for me to focus on the job at hand rather than freezing to death.

I love the feel of this jacket! It's soft and comfortable, lightweight, but warm. The first one I bought had to be returned because it left fuzzies all over my clothes and my seatbelt. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt since I've talked to many people whose jackets hadn't done that. So, I bought another one because I'm REALLY hoping it works out this time!

I live in Iowa where the temperatures can become pretty rigid out of nowhere and so in that aspect this jacket is perfect. Unfortunately, this jacket sheds like nobody's business. I can't wear it without looking a hot mess. I have gray fuzzy mess all over my black pants now as I write this. It is very warm, and although typical amongst college students, I feel that it wasn't worth the money. If I could return I would.

I love this jacket but after a few washes it started to shed little black fuzz balls that would stick to my shirt and be hard to get off.

Compared to the previous model the osito 2 jacket has a serious design flaw that I've also found in a different newly designed fleece jacket by TNF. The raw cord ends from the cinch cord end in your pocket and scratch your hands. I can't believe no one has mentioned that before, it's a serious flaw in my opinion, or perhaps no one else but me likes to keep their hands in their pocket.
Compared to the older model this one is more fitted which means you can't size up for a roomier fit without it looking weird. The sleeves are just about long enough, I'm 5'9.
Else-wise it holds up well and keeps on looking nice as long as you wash it on cold and skip the dryer.
