Super soft and comfortable jacket! First North Face jacket and impressed... now I see what all the fuss is about :) Fast shipping and as described. If you've never ordered before, I would suggest looking at the size measurements. The S I got is a bit big, so I have to exchange it out. Overall, very happy with the product!

This is my first North Face product, and I love it! It is so soft and fuzzy inside and outside, and keeps me warm. The only thing is that it is not windproof, so if it is windy the wind goes right through it. The pockets have zippers which is nice, and it is the perfect length. I am 5 feet tall and have the medium.

The osito jacket is great. fuzzy, fits well. true to size, soft, decent quality, rich color. I'm a 12-14 and large was perfect. That said, I should have purchased directly from TNF, not KicksUSA where I found it online. Kicks is a shameful example of american retail abomination -- they DO NOT answer the phone number published on their website (two weeks trying!!), refund for returned items has not gone through. they shipped my osito with a sensor on it. and their NJ stores answer their phones but will offer no help. in other words -- i can't wear my lovely Osito. TNF should not sell to them or through them. Order your TNF product elsewhere! you will probably be able to WEAR IT if you do.

Would like to have this in more colors. Would love for it to have a hood like the child's version.

This jacket is so comfortable and soft. It is a little heavier in weight than a zip up hoodie so it is great for those colder days before you need the winter coat. Great for spring and fall. The jacket does run small. I always wear a 3x. This jacket is a 3x but it is tight in the back and tight to zip. It is more like a 2x. Other than that is a wonderful jacket.

I bought this to wear on my upcoming trip to Iceland. It was so soft and comfy but the north face brand is running short on me this year. When i would bend over my back would easily show. Just needs to be a touch longer.

I use this everyday to and from work. Our office is always cold and we don't really get a winter. With that said, I still plan to take it everywhere I go because I get cold easily. This is the perfect fit for me. I just can't stand the shedding. I will try to wash it a few more times. Any suggestions on how to get that to stop?

I liked this jacket but had to size down. I'm an 8/10 but my arms are larger so I always buy a large in jackets. This was a true large. I exchanged for a medium and love it. Beautiful color!

I wear this product in a very casual setting, but where I live is very snowy and cold and I stay warm. The fabric in the pockets tends to snag on my hand and I do not like the feel of it. But that is just personal preference.

The light weight but zipper is hard to zip

Wish length was a bit longer, it seems designed more for the avg women or petite. It's hard to determine cut online.

Such a pretty color on this extra soft and warm jacket. My other TNF jackets tend to run small, so I bought two sizes bigger for a more comfortable fit. I will trade it for the same jacket in a smaller size.

Love the Lunar Ice Grey color and the soft, comfortable fleece of the Osito 2 jacket. Only con is that the newest one I just purchased feels thinner than ones bought in previous years.

I bought my mom this jacket for Christmas because she knew how much I loved mine. I have had nothing but good things to say about this jacket. It's warm, but not too warm. But at the same time it keeps me comfortable in the northeast winter months. I have heard that some jackets do not wash well but I've washed mine 3 times and it still looks fine. This jacket is super soft and very practical!
