I would love to praise TNF for creating such a wonderful piece. I have three teens and they all own an osito fleece. For your info, this jacket is not what we all think of fleece. It's incredibly soft and silky smoothe. I own one in magenta and two of my daughters own the pink ribbon osito. One is 97 lbs. and ordered an x-small. It fits wonderfully and with the cinch it's very cute and feminine. Same for my other daughter who is 101 lbs. they are both 5'4". But of course this piece is the best buy I have made in a LONG time. Worth it. Do not hesitate. No shedding issues and one of my daughters and myself have had it for about a year. Perfect jacket. My go to jacket. I wear it to yoga and when dropping off the kids. I also wore it out sledding and visiting my daughterat college in New York while it was snowing. Fabulous and warm. My daughter wears it everyday.

Fits true to size super soft is my go to jacket. Coming back for another color. All my daughters saw my jacket and now they all want one. Good thing Christmas is coming.

I had seen this jacket on my sister and loved it. Asked her where she bought from and said it was a northface jacket. I told her I would love to get one and she said go ahead which I did. Also got the same color as she had, magenta..LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this jacket!!!!

I absolutely love my jacket. I bought it in an xsmall. I weight 123 lbs , and stand 5'4. It's perfect . I was afraid that it would have been too small but nooo it's awesome.

I ordered the Pink Ribbon Osito Jacket after seeing one in the Lost and Found at the hospital where I work. It was just so cute I had to have one. The jacket fits great and doesn't shed at all. If you want a true white the Pink Ribbon Osito is the one (TNF supports Boarding For Breast Cancer). The fleece is much less bulky than traditional fleece and doesn't make the wearer look larger than they are. It is also very, very soft and plenty warm for Michigan fall weather. I'm thinking I may be able to wear it all winter. I will definitely order at least one more!

I ordered this as a Christmas gift (2012) for my sister and she LOVES it. I selected the bittersweet brown, which I think is now called Brownie, and it's a wonderful deep, rich, dark brown color. I see people wearing TNF Osito jackets all the time, but hers is the only one I've seen in brown, and it really stands out. It's very soft, lightweight, and warm and she hasn't had any problems with it shedding. Great for cool, fall days. She liked it so much she bought herself a second one recently.

Let me just say that this is my THIRD purchase of the Osito jacket. Not because my others have worn out, but because the quality of this jacket is unbeatable. Seriously, the price is worth the investment! When it was cold, I was able to wear only a tee shirt under this jacket and not feel a thing! It is so warm and comfy! I do not write reviews very often, but I felt compelled to write this one. I have not experienced any shedding or shrinkage after washing. I am 5'8, 160 lbs, 36in bust. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly. If you're thinking about getting this jacket, go ahead and get it. You will not regret it. What you will get is people wanting to touch your jacket because it is so soft!

I just purchased the Osito in black for college and I absolutely love it. This is my first ever North Face jacket. It is so soft...softer than you would even think by looking at it! I got the black because it will go with just about anything, but I plan on asking for another in the bright purple for my birthday ;-) I haven't worn it outside yet obviously, but it seems warm. Not too tight, which I love. Not made small, it's true to size. It was pricey, but I'm a firm believer in the statement "You get what you pay for", and also there is a guarantee. I'm excited to get a lot of wear out of this around campus in the fall and winter!

Okay, I just bought my first osito jacket in black. And im obsessed with it! Its like totally perf for the winter. like with the super soft fur, im gonna be cozy all winter long. Im so getting more! I didn't had the fur shedding problem soo yeah. I love it and if you don't have one, then totally get one. its worth the money!

My jacket just came today and it is fantastic, i ordered the ultramarine blue which is lighter than the picture shows. Its looks more like a purply blue eggplant color, very pretty. I bought a size up in a large the medium fit perfect but i wanted it to be bigger so i could were a sweatshirt under it. the arms however run very big in this size but its okay. Its super soft and will be great for the new england winters and the long cross campus treks in the snow. its nice because everyone at college has a denali but not many have the osito, i have both and prefer the osito because it is so snuggly. I haven't had any problem with shedding and because i got a size up the sleeves were a little longer. I love the north face 100$ may seem like a lot at the time but the quality is unsurpassable.

I got it and i love it! Its the best jacket ever and i wear it everywhere! If you are considering buying one, just buy one! You wont regere it! North face is so much better than patagonia! i got mine in the cookie monster shade and its awesome! Its warm and fuzzy and has extremely large pockets! i can fit my waterbottle in there

I just received this jacket today and I am in love! I was very hesitant to buy this at first because a lot of people complained that the jacket would shed and some even said that the jacket is to short and the arms weren't long enough. I disagree. This jacket fits me perfectly. It is very complimenting and looks good on me. I am normally a large or extra large depending on the item so seeing as I saw a lot of people saying to order a size up i went with an XL and it is wonderful. It is not tight at all. It is a little loose but not a lot so that is perfect for me. All women are shaped very differently so this jacket will not fit everyone the same but for me it fits wonderfully. So far i see no signs of shedding and i highly recommend this product! I plan on buying more North Face items in the future! Definitely worth the money!

After reading MANY reviews of this product, I was hesitant to purchase this piece, but very glad I did. People complained of shedding, but I have yet to see any shedding come off this jacket. It is a beautiful color and keeps you very warm (I wear jackets all the time because the office is so cold). I am SO glad that I followed the sizing guide as in most clothing I am a medium and was prepared to buy the medium until the sizing guide pointed me to the large. It fits perfectly. I am 5'11" and 150lbs, so this was a beautiful jacket for my body type.

I am so happy with this jacket! It is true to the size and its a jacket you can wear in a chilly breeze or cold weather. well worth the price and plan on buying several other colors!

Absolutely love my Black Osito Northface. This is my second one I own and love them both. The warm fuzziness of them is the best! I will def buy other colors. I like that it doesn't catch every piece of lint like the fleece one I bought before. Will stick with the Osito's for sure.

little chilly time this jacket is great :) cozy and warm enough. One of the regrets is that it has a lot of fluff. Other then that everything is good :)

The jacket was nice, but the color didn’t work well for my complexion. It also ran a little small.

This jacket is nice, but I hardly pick it over some of the other North Face jackets I have. It just doesn’t stand out. For the price, however, it is a nice fall weather jacket.

Fits a bit small

No complaints just that I love black. I got excited that the picture shows all black product including logo. I received a product with a white noticeable logo.

VERY SOFT! bought this for mom in law and she loves it !!! definitely a light jacket perfect for transitioning into fall or wearing as layer during winter. only complaint is that is attracts lint and gets pretty static-y. got in plum color and it is very pretty !!
