Great jacket! Bought it for my daughter-in-law...she loves it! The color is so vivid. Runs true to size.

Loved everything about this jacket except the fit. Item purchased as Christmas gift for my daughter. Based on sizing guide using age, weight and height, an XS was recommended. Because I want her to be able to wear this jacket for a while, I ordered one size up (S). The item was too small and had to be returned. I am not really a fan of the sites return process either. I love The North Face brand and will continue to purchase items but will most likely only do so as in store purchases.

This is the softest and warmest jacket I have ever owned. It is not only soft on the outside, but on the inside as well. Everytime I put it on I just want to curl up and be cozy.

This has been the perfect winter to ear my new Thermal Gloves. They are a great fit, comfortable, and they keep my hands warm. They are the perfect complement to my Osito Jacket. Both are silver gray and I ve been getting compliments on how T look in the gloves and jacket. Keep it coming!

I could not find a jacket in the size or color that my daughter wanted. I ordered from your website and it came in record time. There were so many more colors available than anywhere that I've seen in this area. My daughter received it for Christmas and was thrilled. I bought this jacket for my wife as a Christmas gift. It has been about two weeks now and I don't think she has worn any other coat or jacket since. We just had an extreme cold streak come through with below zero temperatures and only once one the way to the car did she say she was cold. I hope this helps.
