I received a gift of a white North Face fleece for Christmas, which I was very happy about. It was actually more of an off-white, though, so I went to the North Face store to see if I could exchange it for a bright white jacket. They did not have any in stock, but they immediately went on the website and ordered one! It came to my house within a few days. No questions, no hassle, just pleasant assistance! I will definitely purchase additional items from this store!

I bought this jacket for my 27 year old daughter who is currently 5-1/2 months pregnant for Christmas. She loved it. She actually wanted it for after she has the baby, but she said it was so soft and comfy and warm that she couldn't wait to wear it. She said she feels like she is keeping the baby extra warm, and if it is too big after she has the baby, she will definitely get another one.

My daughter wanted a North Face jacket for Christmas. We looked a local retailers to verify her size but she was just not happy with the colors they had. She found ballet pink online and kept showing me every day even after I ordered it. She was more than pleased to find it under the tree. She wears it all the time and has even fallen asleep in it. It washes up great as well, thanks for a great product.

This is by far the best jacket I have ever purchased. I've been intested in getting one for years and finally took the leap. It is fantastic in the bitter cold weather. Wasn't expecting a fleece to keep me as warm as it is. Thanks for making awesome products!!

i bought this for my daughter. She loved it. I bought the pink glo, it is so pretty and bright. So soft and she said it was very warm. I also bought her the grey hat and gloves to match it makes a great look

Love my new jacket! It is very comfortable and warm! I've been wearing it with a just sweatshirt while taking my dogs out for short walks in this freezing New England weather, and it keeps me toasty warm!

Great jacket. Wrong picture on North Face page though. Lacks the cuffs. I like it when the collar matches the cuffs of course but in this case there were no cuffs. I sent it back and will be ordering the correct jacket. The wife liked it anyway and begged that she keep it. The jackets are a little too pricey to go out and purchase another one though. She'll have to wait for Christmas next year.

I love the new north face ,I had purchased one from the store,but to my surprise it. Ran small. I also could not get the color I wanted so, decided to order right from north face . Got the color and size I needed , wonderfull quality and very highly satisfied

I brought this jacket for my 12 yr old daughter who hates wearing coats would wear 2 hoodies from wearing a winter coat due to being to heavy and big to fit in her locker, well she loves her new jacket it keeps her warm and is lightweight and small enough to fit in her very small locker. Thank You!
