I absolutely LOVE this bag, and this is the second one I own. It holds a ton, and the separate compartments are great. I can carry a laptop, kindle and my lunch and still have room for other stuff. I am 5'5' and have a narrow frame, so I do wish the bag was a little less poofy, but am happy nonetheless.
