Overall I like this shoe. I put that in the singular because my pair arrived with the right shoe in the size I'd ordered, and the left shoe a size larger. I didn't have much time to try them out before I had to wear them on an outdoor trip. (I do like Zappo's delivery speed!) This pair arrive in a "neutral" shoe box with a note that the original box had been damaged in shipment; and I noticed that the left shoe laces had not been re-tied, apparently after having been tried on. But I didn't look at the tag inside the tongue, just slipped them on, stuck in my 3/4 arch support orthotics, liked the color, liked the width in ball of foot area (often my problem), and went on my way --since my (very) old New Balance sneakers had soles falling off. As another reviewer has stated, just a bit more cushioning in the ball of foot area would be useful! While wearing these lovely new shoes on my hike, it poured! Feet were sloshing around, sand and detritus from the trail splashing up on the outside. Soles seeed to have good grip on slippery surfaces. Once home, I looked for a tag to see how to wash these -- discovered one shoe 1/2 inch longer and labeled a different size than the other. Zappo's -- are these exchangeable for a pair that is really a pair?

These shoes are so comfy, they are like walking on pillows. I have size 11 1/2 or 12 and these make my feet look normal size. They are light and make working out easier.

bought these for an elderly friend and she absolutely loved how lightweight and cute they are! Great summer runarounds.

They fit great! Look just like the picture. Wish the tongue was a little longer to help put on shoe but overall a great shoe. I wear for twelve hour shifts and come home without any feet pain.

I love this shoe! This is the 3rd time I have ordered this shoe. I hope New Balance never changes this unless it is to change the color. I wear orthotics and have a lot of foot and toe problems. This shoe is so comfortable for my feet. The wide toe box is excellent and provides plenty of room for my toes. My orthotics also fit with no problem. This shoe also holds up very well.

Love these shoes. Big fan of New Balance for comfort and fit, especially with all my feet issues. Started wearing them when I had plantar fasciitis, tried numerous other brands that were always too small or tight. These have wide toe box, great arch support, super comfort. Highly recommend!

I have very picky Pisces feet (fish not supposed to have feet ) and these are the best I have found. I volunteer at a big zoo and walk a lit of miles and these let me finish the day smiling instead of limping. Well done New Balance !

I really like this New Balance WW877, it was the perfect shoe that I wanted for walking, did not have heavy tread very padded and the length was perfect. I had to return them because when I put my new orthotics in them there was no room for my foot. I want to get another pair but do not know what to do about length and width with the orthotic. Sure hated to return them. Color also was perfect.

A very nice shoe. Comfortable but even with my needing to put orthotics in them, the rounded toe area was too wide for my narrow foot. The support that I need just wasn't enough, probably due to the material being mesh rather than full leather.

My feet love these shoes and I love the looks. I especially like the walking strike path on the bottom of the shoe sole and look for this feature when buying shoes, it's an extra plus bonus. Very well fitting and just bought my second pair.

This shoe fits my extra wide foot. Yes, just one foot is extra wide. One plate and two screws in this foot. The toe is roomy. ortho's fit well and shoe accommodates for daily swelling of the one foot. I will order another pair. Thank you for making this pair of shoes in the USA and keeping quality for your customers.

I use to wear NB back in the day but decided to try them again since I'm having issues finding a comfortable shoe that fits me. These are comfy after adding an insert...have PF...fit good and look great. I need a square shaped foot bed and these have that but I did have to return for a 1/2 size smaller as they run a bit large. Will be trying a few other styles of NB, need a hiking type shoe and wish they made a snow or muck boots.

This is a good solid shoe. Just looking at it shows high quality. The shoe is just excellent. I've been wearing New Balance for years and try a lot of their shoes and styles and this is a keeper. The mesh is not flimsy which is surprising, keeps your feet cooler while offering support and looks polished. not sloppy. I really like 411, but Ill be wearing these this summer too.

Had tried several similar styles in other brands with no success. These were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I have balance issues and these give me a solid feel when walking. So pleased to have found a pair of shoes that are comfortable to my troublesome feet.

Very comfortable? Good support. I like be the color, blends with most colors.
