Very disappointed, the stone appeared to be clear in all the pictures but that's not what I received. The stone is dull and very cheap looking, I will be returning this item.

Previously I had bought a necklace for my daughter for Mother's Day. Since she liked it, I decided to get her another necklace for Christmas with her birthstone. I just happened to ask her if the first necklace had tarnished, she said yes. I am very disappointed, since I know she wears necklace occasionally. After this, I will not get another piece of jewelry from KS.

The stone in the setting is loose and without the chain extension, is tight.

Chain is super short. Uncomfortable length choker. I was expecting a necklace, not a choker.

Pretty necklace, but the chain isn't even long enough to fit my 8-year-old daughter! Ordered online, but have to make a trip in to see if there are any lengthening options. Otherwise, I'll have to spend more at a jewelers to have it adjusted. Disappointing.

Necklace is pretty, but I sure would have loved the 40% off coupon BEFORE I purchased it at full price. I received the 40% off coupon the next day via email.

Looks rough and used , packaging came in terrible , it look like a 5 year old packaged it . That in top of how it looks . Worst purchase So far

Yes they do tarnish, the back looks like rust, they are not suppose to tarnish

I never recieved it I got a apple usa adapter box instead and have been trying to get a hold of someone via phone and email for a week and no one called me back yet very upset it is supposed to be xmas gift

It broke right when we took it out of package, never got to wear it! Waiting on customer service reply to repair it.

The color is dull and not as vibrant as pictured. I was looking for a Citrine set since it's my birthstone

So disappointed to receive. Did not look at all like the picture. The stone was transparent and dirty there was no pigment at all. I could see the back of the necklace through the stone. First time purchasing from Kendra Scott and will not be doing so again.

Well this was a beautiful necklace my daughter gave me for Mother's Day. I wore it to the beach this past week and the chain and my neck turned green?! Is there any way to clean or is that it? I am very disappointed. I hope it's not done!

The quality I expected when I hear Kendra Scott. The necklace tarnishes immediately after two wears. I do not wear chemicals to cause this. Just a body moisturizer. Very disappointed. I cleaned it with dawn blue and warm water but not the same. Never again.

It was not the same as the picture. Looked completely different.

my kids bought me this necklace last year for my birthday. it's very pretty but 6 months into wearing it, it started to tarnish and look very cheap and old. Very disappointed in the quality

Not as pictured! I got an off white necklace with a brown spot in it.

My chain was all tangled, i wear it for work and the chain twists. It looks ready to rip

The stone had imperfections and I was not happy with it.

The chain snapped in less than a month. It was a cool design tho :-/

The stone was pretty bad, two major inclusions. It just looked cloudy and cheap.

Wasn't very impressed with the stone quality or the metal. The stone was almost a cloudy color and had no shine or sparkle to it at all. Very drab and not what I expected. The gold looks cheap, like "fake gold" and not dipped. Pretty disappointed. I bought 8 of these for my bridesmaids and was pretty let down.

Item was returned. The stone looked damaged/cracked.
