I am in love with these boots. They are true to size, comfortable, and look amazing. I am petite and needed a mid height shaft, and these are just right.

These are surprisingly stylish. They looked a bit clunky and juvenile because of the bow, but they are super cute, mildly western! The shaft is mid calf height, which makes this the perfect size for my 5'4 body! A lot of the higher shaft or knee high boots make me look even shorter so these are a perfect compromise. Trendy, cute, comfortable! Only issue is you may need to go up a half size. Waiting to see if the 8 1/2 are less snug than the 8s, which I usually am. Overall can't go wrong with these. Can wear them with jeans or skirts! Also, can I get a job with Zappos? I think their customer service is impeccable! Great company, quick shipping, easy returns and LOVE the videos!

I absolutely love these boots! I have never liked Ugg-style boots. That is just not my style. However, I saw these and thought that I would give them a try. I ordered half a size larger than I normally wear in shoes and they fit perfectly. No problems getting them on. There was a little heel slippage when I walk but once I put on boot socks and added my orthodics, they were perfect. These are the perfect height boots for us short ladies. The only negative comment I have is that I wish the toe of the boot was not so rounded. Now I am waiting for black to come back in stock!

I just wore these for the first time today. They are great boots! I got the black suede - no issues with slipping my foot in, given the lack of zipper, and it fits just right, I did not have to wrestle with it. I am a petite 5', with a real shoe size 5, and I got this with size 5½ - fits just great with thin socks, and tucking in leggings or jeans. I would recommend getting one size larger though if you intend to wear thicker socks with them. I am wearing these primarily as fall boots, since I prefer shoes with more traction in winter (these have none). Overall, I like them!

I love these boots! I don't wear socks with them (hate to be pulling up my socks all the time) but even bare foot these are the most comfortable boots ever had. They look good and the heel height is just right for lots of walking. I ordered a half size larger anticipating wearing thick socks this winter but they are just right with no socks.

Another awesome boot from Ugg! Honestly I was ready not to like these b/c of reviews. I love the rich leather ( I got got brown, which is a rich choc heavy suede). Some people complained about lace up in back. It is leather lace up, which is better quality than a grosgrain ribbon. I sit myself down to be ready for struggle to get on, b/c of reviews. I had no problem at all getting on. Can slide on while standing up. I purchased my normal size, I buy in all leather structured boots. I was afraid they would be to big on my calfs, ( look kinda big on models calf). Largest part of my calf is 12", and I wear size 5. But I have no problem with these boots at all. They fit & look better than I even expected. Goes to show you sometimes you have to judge for yourself. So If you think you might like these, better hurry & order. You Re going to love. I'm keeping mine!

Well, first of all, kudos to the Zappos associate who took my order! (I think her first name was Marlene, and she has lived in Vegas 18 years. Thank you!) On to the Uggs...the reviews were correct, in that they were very difficult to get on! After struggling to get past the instep, I finally tried using pantyhose (okay, okay, yes, I still have some!) and at last I was able to get my right foot into the boot! On to the left foot, which for whatever reason was more difficult to get on. I found it helped to grasp the back of the boot just above the heel, and wriggle the back and finally managed (not with pain, I might add) to get the boot on. Whew! Once on, they were a perfect fit! I wear a 9M in most shoes (I have a narrow to med width foot) and that is what I ordered in black. However, I have to say that the Video is inaccurate as to the appearance of these boots. The video shows a smooth grained leather, with a wide strip of leather tied into a very pretty bow on the corset back. The boots in the Photo are accurate. They are a sort of rough suede, with more of a cord lacing up the corset. I would have preferred the wide strip for the lacing and the smoother leather, sigh. I am guessing the wide lacing and different leather were last year's design. Oh, well, I am keeping them. They are cute with my leggings and I am eager for fall and winter so I can wear them! Thank you Zappos for your extraordinary service. I ordered yesterday and they came today! (I pay big shipping and handling charges to major network shopping channels and it sometimes takes the whole 10 days to get my order! Zappos, how do you do it!?)

I love these boots! I ordered them as a post holiday gift to myself. They are a beautiful rich leather and the lacing up the back is outstanding. They are a really rich looking boot that you will be sure to get many compliments on. I love the heel too. Not that gloppy feel like a regular Ugg boot. They look great with leggings or pants and are a beautiful addition. You will be happy you treated yourself. Hey, if you don't, who will?

I was a little disappointed when I saw the actual boots. The material was more for rain boots and not the rich leather I was expecting. (There was no video available for this style and description simply said leather.) In terms of style, very ordinary front and side views but the back is absolutely gorgeous. The back is just very unique that it prevented me from returning them. They are very comfortable, too.

I had high hopes for these boots. I loved the look online and thought the bows were so cute. When they arrived, I could barely get them on. It took so much force to get my foot in...the ankle area was so small. Once they were on, the calf size was huge. My leg was swimming in them. They just looked awkward on. I have small calves, so if you have larger calves they may look better on you. Sadly I returned them.

This boot is so beautiful and is made of such great material but I could not get them on and they are the right size. These boots need a zipper. I could not wait to wear them because it is rare to find a beautiful dress boot and especially in my size. I love the oiled leather, the low heel and the gorgeous bow in back. I will always pay attention to whether a fairly tall boot has a zipper or not. I started to get my shoe repair lady to put zippers in, but maybe later.I gave the boots a one because I really never got a chance to see if they were true to size, true to width or whether they have arch support. I love the Ugg Blayre boots that I just bought. Zappos is great!
