The shoe size was correct, but the cushioned insert is of a horrible design. There is a 1/4"-3/8" recessed border/edge all around the cushion and my toes felt like they were wrapping around an edge inside the shoe.

Run very narrow, am returning these shoes. I have purchased New Balance shoes for many years because they always had a good wide shoe that felt great on my feet. I wear a 4E wide shoe and these are tight.
