Had to send 'em back. So cute, and seemed to be well-made. Reasonably comfortable, but with a dead flat footbed, much like Converse All-Stars but not quite as thick. Width was fairly generous, and I have a slightly wider than average foot. If these were available in half sizes, I'd order a pair in the royal blue. But I'm a 7 / 7.5 -- the 38 was a little too long, and I have a pair of Ash flats in a 37 which are verging on too small, so a 37 in an athletic shoe definitely wouldn't work. Also, be advised, the "Clay" color is not as shown. I was expecting the peachy flesh-tone color depicted in the photos (pretty much my skin tone) but these are straight-up khaki/sand, with not a hint of color. If the shade had been as expected, I probably would've kept them despite them being a bit big.

I want to love this shoe. I love the edgy style. I love the leather. But the fit is off. I'm wear 8-8.5/38-39 in most shoes but never a 40. I tried both the 38 and the 39 and both feel like a good shoe that fits everywhere else but has been short sheeted - Fits well until you get to the toes. Other reviewers have described it as a narrow toe box. Even with adjustable buckles, I think a size 40 will be too big through the rest of the shoe so my campaign to add these to my wardrobe has unfortunately ended.

Super cute but very wide and not very comfy. I probably wouldn’t purchase again...too expensive for a shoe this uncomfortable and flimsy.

These are so great looking, but you need narrow feet and order a size up.

I followed the other reviewers' suggestion and ordered a full size up and the shoes fit. I love the style and am very happy with the shoes.

Love the shoes, they just run small and narrow. So instead of buying a 7 I bought a 8

Love this shoe!! Stylish and comfortable. I have been thinking about getting this shoe for a while and am really glad that I finally did it. Just know... In any other shoe brand, I usually can wear a size 8 even with a bunion on my left foot. I tried on some other Ash shoe styles in size 8 and all were too small. Size 9 is perfect so now I know that for the Ash brand, I should always size up to a 9.

Cute sneakers. Got lots of compliments. Toe box is roomy. Inserts help.

This is a super cute shoe. It felt a little narrow, but my biggest issue is with how the brand equates an EU 40 with a US 10. I’ve always bought 40s, but wear either a 9 or 9.5 in US sizing. If you’re a true US 10, you need to buy the 41. This shoe feels broken in after just one day and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I wanted to love these shoes. In fact, I purchased another pair of ASH sneakers and they didn't work either. Size 40 is US 10 and it was just too short and narrow. No size 41's. My loss I guess...

If you like how they look in the photo, you will like these shoes. I love this style! They are still a little tight to get one of my feet even unzipped, but I just have to pull a little. I think they are great. I gave them 4 stars for comfort, not bevause they are uncomfortable at all, but I woukd not choose these to put on if I were looking strictly for comfort.

Very cute, and very comfortable. I love wearing them with leggins and a tank top...they are very comfy and they run true to size! I love them...and this color is awesome.

I absolutely adore these shoes! They're so comfy and easy to wear (just zip up on the side). Was walking down the streets of SF and got asked about these shoes twice. Would buy another color when I save up.

Love the shoes and have wanted them for so long but the fit is off. My zappos recommendation was a 6 and reading all reviews I went against my gut feeling and ordered a 36. I have been a size 6 practically my whole life until the past 10 years I have had to order 5.5’s and even 5’s in Alexander McQueen which is ‘supposed’ to run small. I dont know whats up with sizing. If they are changing to vanity sizes but if this continues I will have to purchase kids shoes and hello they dont make Manolo heels in kids sizes! Ha. Unfortunately returning them for a smaller size. I wish the actual shoe inches would be displayed that would help as it is frustrating returning shoes when you are waiting with such anticipation. Cheers.

Great style and lots of fun to wear. Relatively comfortable. They don't hurt your feet, but there is no arch support so not a good long distance walking shoe. That said, I love these. They are high style, great with jeans and leggings, and just plain fun to wear.

Although the size chart says a women's 9M is 39-40, I think 39 is more 8 1/2. I LOVE the look of these shoes but they feel a bit short. Also, on my right foot it feels like the top of the shoe comes down too closely to the top of my foot on my big toe. I was glad I found these shoes on sale at another site, but even so I paid a lot for shoes that really aren't a very good fit. Too bad for me I realized this after several times of wearing them outside. Even if these shoes fit you, the price seems way too high since they aren't super well made.

Loved these shoes, the way they fit, the look. Didn't love when, within a month of owning them and 6 or so light wears they split along where my foot bends and the rubber pulled away from the leather. On one side of the shoe the leather ripped away from itself, staying attached to the rubber. I am a very light wearer when it comes to shoes. Disappointed this shoe couldn't match up to its high style or price.
