Tried these boots on in the store and ended up ordering them from Zappos because they had the color and size that I wanted. However, I have only had them for a month, and I am very unimpressed. My feet are always freezing cold in them, even when I wear really warm socks. Also, the bottom of my feet are always wet when I take them off after walking in rain or snow. They are great if you have a wider calf, which I do. If you do get them, you definitely need some sort of insert (maybe even a fleece one) in the boot because they get very uncomfortable very fast - I could not wear them for more than two hours, even after I broke them in. Disappointed because they really are cute, but the downfalls of them are too much.

I find the sizing of these boots confusing. They feel snug in the toe pushing on my toes as I walk, but still slipping on my heels. I have a pair of tall hunter boots as well that I don't like because they are such a pain to get off, but I'm not in love with these short boots either. I wish I had bought the "Tall" version as they are still not that tall and would be very easy to get on and off.

Cute and comfy boots, however, beware! I got the teal color and after just a couple of days on my porch in the not-strong-Seattle-sunshine (spring, no less), they faded and are now discolored on top and on the side. I'm really disappointed. My Hunter boots never faded like that.

Cute! But they do seem simple and cheaply made. But who knows, could be waterproof! I am returning because they run big and my foot floats in them.

Initially I ordered the Hunter mid calf boots but they weren't wide enough in the calves for me so after reading the reviews I decided to give these a try. They're perfect! Even with the adjustable tabs cinched as tight as they'll go there's still plenty of room around the tops to tuck in jeans (even wide leg jeans). Keep in mind that I found these run a little small so if you're a half size you may want to size down. I'm firmly in a 9.5 shoe and the size 9 provided ample room for my foot, even with a thick sock. I love these boots and if you have wider calves, you'll love them, too!

Love the style! Super cute! Fit well on my thicker calves! Thank goodness! But WERE NOT WATERPROOF! So sad! Lots of reviews said they were waterproof but first time I wore in the water bother boots retained water from the bottoms....Returned them :(

Wore these babies today for the third time and the buckle on the left boot completely busted and ripped off of the boot. Returning today.

I bought these boots on sale at Zappos at a really good price. The first day I wore them my feet were wet - probably because of poor workmanship. Now I am stuck with a pair of bad boots. They were not returnable. Be sure to really inspect what you buy at Zappos.

These were great until the third time I wore them and the sole split from the top of the boot. I would never beauty's brand again.

I found these to be very bulky. I am also disappointed that they looked like they have been returned. The box was destroyed and the bottom of the boots look worn.

These boots were great - until my daughter wore them a few times. Then the rubber ripped and they began to leak.

When I got these boots, there was a defect, so I had to exchange them. In the meantime, Zappos had gotten some new styles of rain boots in stock. After exchanging the defective pair, I ended up not keeping them, and got a different boot instead. I had worn the initial pair before discovering the defect. They were very comfortable. I think because it's natural rubber, they're very flexible and soft, so they're very easy to wear. They offer no real arch support, but it is a rain boot, so you can't expect too much I guess. Also, they really need a liner if it's chilly out. Coming from a northern climate, I didn't have much use for rain boots, so I'd never owned a pair. I had no idea how cold my feet would get on a slightly chilly day. That being said, you might want to try your usual size and one size up, so that you'll have room for a liner or a thick sock. I did find them a little heavy, but that wasn't my reason for returning them. If they'd been a little wider across the toe box area, I might have kept them. I liked how flexible they are, and how wide the opening and ankle of the boot is, because it allows you to slip it on and off very easily, and leaves enough room to tuck your pants in to keep them dry too. Overall, it's a very nice looking pair of boots! I just found a pair that worked out better for me.

DO NOT BUY THESE....we all write reviews after receiving our merchandise. I am writing my review after months of owning them. My boots had to be replaced 6 mos after I purchased them because one shoe basically fell apart. The heal completely separated from the boot and the faux leather tab fell off. I contacted Zappo's and because they are awesome, they replaced them for free. Well, the new boots are worse. The heal/sole has separated on one boot, both of the faux tabs have fallen off and there are small holes all over both boots, where the rubber has failed. All of this and I have only worn them about 10 times. SAVE YOUR MONEY....

At first, they were great. But now the heal has separated from the boot. Very disappointing.

I have only had these boots for three months, and have worn them to walk my dogs around the neighborhood. The rubber on the foot has already cracked and they are falling apart. I was hesitant after reading some other reviews that stated problems with the quality of the boots, but I ordered them anyway. I would not recommend these to anyone nor would I purchased them again. They are a poorly made product. I wish that I would have gone with my gut. I am looking for a new pair of rain boots - any suggestions?

I was so happy when I got my boots but they were damaged through wear and tear over a three month period. I wish I could return them and get my money back! I have seen that some of my friends have had their boots for a couple of years and they are still in good condition...I need to find out where they got them. The boots have a beautiful design but poor quality. I do not recommend them.

After much shopping, I was so excited to find a nice looking pair of rain boots that fit my wide feet and muscular calf. Today was the first day I had an opportunity to put them to the test. It is a cold and there is a heavy rain. After 30 minutes my feet were wet and cold. Sigh. Disappointed.
