Great looking shoe with ability to be worn with jeans or casual dress. I do replace the insole with a little more support. That happens after 30 years of standing behind the stylist chair. I ordered my usual size and the fit was perfect. I have the brandy, blue, and just got the black. I never fail to get complimented when I wear them.

I love - love - love these shoes! Usually I don't even try a flat that doesn't have a strap or tie or some way to hold the shoe on my foot. The reviews on this shoe encouraged me to try this brand/style - thank goodness. Last year I bought the Brandy shoe first and then the Black shoe and now am going to buy one of the others. They are somewhat narrow - but they fit my somewhat narrow foot. I don't have to worry about them slipping off my heels- ever! The leather is so soft and the style is dressy enough to wear anywhere.

As other stated - incredibly comfortable from the very first step. Still felt I should "break in" the shoe before a long trip to Italy - but no blisters or rubbing or any problems at all. However, arch support probably not good enough for a full day on my feet touring - so I'll get a gel insert and this shoe will be perfection

I think these are very stylish moccasin style shoes and the brandy color will go with most outfits. I got them to replace some Picolinos I have worn for about 6 years so I know they are durable. My feet are wide in the toe and narrow in the heel and these are a slightly tight on my bigger foot in the toe, but I know they will stretch some because they are leather so I'm keeping them. Thank you Zappos for your quick delivery and easy return policy. That will keep me coming back though I could find the shoes for less in most cases.

Pikolinos has gotten so inconsistent! I have the exact same pair in the exact same size, so I was confident this will work. However, this pair is sugnificantly narrower than the one I have. So disappointing!

I could not justify the cost. The bottom of the soles would easily get scuffed or punctured, depending on the surface you were walking on. If the price was cheaper, I would have considered keeping them. As a side note. I found it interesting that the navy were made in Spain and the tan were made in China.

Not really for me. Over time they just aren't the shoes for me. Wish I realized this before the return period was up, ah well!

This shoe was very narrow. The leather was nice but didn't give much. The style seemed a bit outdated for a Pikolino. I was dissapointed overall.

I read the reviews on these shoes that said they run small so ordered a full size up. The size was long enough, but extremely narrow. I don't have wide feet, but these were very tight. I thought I could wear them without the insoles, and they fit better, but for the price it wasn't worth it, so I returned them. Very disappointed as they are super cute. Just order a size up or more, and don't bother if your feet are wide.

I am normally a size 6.5-7 US women's, and the 37 fit like a glove. I have narrow feet and I could barely get these on with sock liners, and they were uncomfortably tight. Without socks they were snug and the leather was very soft and comfortable, but there was no arch support and as I have shorter toes there was a bit of a gap at the end for me. In the end I decided to return them as I didn't like the look of them as much in person, and they weren't 100% comfy for my feet.

Beautiful shoe. But I need good arch support and this didn't have it. Also the back at the heel hit too low.

sadly returning. other reviews mentioned how narrow these are and I should have listened. These fit like a slipper and are super soft leather but the elastic band in the center is way too tight and the narrowness of the shoe itself just doesn't fit. I'm an average width on all my shoes and these are extremely narrow and should be listed as such.

Loved the look of this shoe but medium was too narrow for me. Wish they would have come in a wide width.

Beautiful Shoes! So comfortable, yet when I walk in them, my heel feels too low. I considered keeping them, but am afraid my feet will begin to hurt.

Cute but 37 were too small, 38 much too big. Had to return both and look elsewhere. Not great support.

no arch or any other kind of support

I got these in black. I put on some sock liners and wore them around the house. My soles were burning after about an hour. I felt no cushioning or arch support. Also my sock liners were stained black. These shoes will be returned. I do appreciate Zappos’ easy return policy.

I was so disappointed in this shoe. I have two other pair of the same style and thought ordering the black was a slam dunk. Surprise...NO topstitching whatsoever. All black, no contrast. The leather seemed stiffer, not soft like the other two pair. I sent them back. So sad they have changed the shoe. Why do they change a sure winner???

This is an adorable looking shoe. The length was a true 10.5 but they tapered the width of the shoe that they were much too narrow in the toe box area. I have a narrow heel and a broad toe box area. It's tough finding shoes to fit. Disappointed these will not work out.

This shoe is very much like a moccasin with no arch support at all. It runs very narrow so it is hard to give a true review of comfort level of this shoe. It seems like it might be long enough to be true to size but it's so narrow, it's hard to tell. I do like the overall style. I usually wear a size 8 medium shoe. In Ryka tennis shoes, I recently purchased size 8 was just slightly short and 8 1/2 has plenty of room in the toes. I have long toes and my feet are a little wide but not quite wide enough (usually) for wide shoes.

Pikolinos have gotten terrible! I am normally 8.5 - 9. I used to always get size 39 and be super comfortable, now it's all over the place! I have shoes in size 39 (8.5 - 9) that fit like a glove, size 40 (9.5-10) that are very comfortable and sometimes none of these work. Jerez hasn't been an exception to the latest misery: I wanted to replace the exact same shoes that I already have in size 39. I ordered 39 and 40 thinking one of these will definitely work. Size 39 is great lengthwise, but so narrow, my foot hurts even just standing in them! Size 40 is waaay too big, my foot is swimming in them. I am so disappointed!

I liked my first pair of Pikolinos so much that I ordered these a few weeks later. They were flat-out soft and comfortable right out of the box. The medium size fit my wide feet as though they were made for me. One problem - after wearing them only once I noticed that what I thought was just decorative stitching starting to fray, breaking off and leaving a slight opening around the heel area on one shoe. The stitching is not decorative, it holds the shoe together! Since at the time there were no replacements available in my size and color, I decided to take them to the shoemaker for repair. This should not be necessary with such expensive shoes! All that being said, however, I still love this style and look forward to wearing them for a long long time. I will just keep a watchful eye on the stitching.

The Jerez Pilolinos are beautiful & feel great! The color I preferred (Brandy) was unavailable, but the color I got instead (Sandia) is also very good.
