size/fit perfect.. very see through.

First time ordering from this company. Sent the wrong color. So rate my experience.

The picture is not what shipped. The trim on the pair I received is black and the trunks do not look like this picture .

This seems to be the longest Hurley board shorts at 22" length. Not bad, but the Phantom model (at 21" length) was a better fit.

I’m 6’4, and a skinny fat 250. I wear sz 38 in BKE and American Eagle jeans. An xl in Nike shorts. A 36 would be a little tight for comfort and a 38 is little loose but I like that fit. I ordered these board shorts in a 38. Way to tight for comfort. To tight in the legs, I don’t have huge legs. Very tight in the waist. Too tight in the waist for me. Difficult to tie up. I’d say I would need a 40 or 42 to fit like I like. Plus they are not stretchy at all. Kinda stiff like traditional board shorts material. I returned these and bought some O’Neal ones that fit as advertised and are stretchy. These hurly ones are sweet looking and I liked the length. But they do not run true to size. The O’Neal ones fit me like a 38 should. If your a bigger fella, stay clear or order up at least one sz.

I'm 6'9'' so take this review with a grain of salt. These were the longest I could find and they were too short for me. Also, I am a 36 waist and the 36 waist for these wouldn't even go past my thighs. Way too little. Love the look. Back to scouring the web (insert sad face emoji).

Summary of my review: "Return Label Sent". I should have listened to the reviewer that said I shouldn't buy these. They look great and the material is very nice, but they don't fit. I bought an entire size larger than I normally wear (usually a 33, bought a 34). They fit loose/perfect in the waist but that's all. They were a little snug around my legs (I'm not a cyclist or soccer player). I'm an average 6' man about 185lbs. The worse part was the cut around the rear. The stiching around the rear felt like I was being groped everytime I took a step. They were tight but only in the stitching. Very strange, almost as if they were made incorrectly. Zappos is great! They took them back so I can get a different pair of swim shorts. I wouldn't take the risk buying clothes online at anywhere else. Also, Hurley is a great brand with great clothes. This is the only time I've had a problem with Hurley not fitting.

These are falsely advertised. Bought for my boyfriend who is 6'4, 34" waist. The waist fit as it should, but was very tight through the legs. The main reason I bought these for him was for the 22" length. Hard to find a pair of boardshorts in that length. Most are 21" or shorter. THESE ARE NOT 22" in length. I measure them up against his O'Neal board shorts which are 21".... and they are a perfect match, meaning the EXACT same length. These stupid things don't even measure out to 22" when measured with a ruler. If you are buying because you want a longer length, don't bother with these. But a better looking pair of 21" shorts from someone else or some other brand. Very disappointed and will be returning.

I don't know if it was the particular bathing suit we received with this issue, or all of them, but, here's the BIG problem, and, I'll try my best to be "appropriate" when describing it: It's a great looking suit, but, once you put in on, there seems to be a thicker, rectangle fabric running down the crotch seam. Due to this thicker area, as soon as you put the suit on, it makes the guy appear as though his crotch area is protruding out, as in, too excited... I would be terribly embarrassed to wear this out anywhere, due to this issue! Never in my life, have I ever experienced board shorts with this issue. Very disappointing.

These suck! Sorry Zappos! Your service is the best! And thanks for the quick replacement when I ordered the wrong size. I'm a lifer w/Zappos. But these Hurley's BLOW! Seriously, don't read the reviews posted by someone saying "These look great on my son or husband." Either these people have too much time on their hands, are seriously bored or fake! This is a REAL REVIEW. The problem is these have a weird cut around your thighs that restrict your movement. Also, when they're dry, they feel great. When they're wet, they suck to your legs like leaches! Really! AVOID these shorts!
