Fits really well inside all of my shoes but does not give the comfort and relief as some of my other supports that I have had in the past.

I bought these a couple months ago to use in two pairs of athletic shoes that I did not perceive as having removable insoles. At first my feet did not feel as secure in the shoes even though the carbon inserts are meant to be low volume. I ripped the insoles out and now they work well and feel more stable. I could probably have gone with my typical blue if I'd known it would come to that. However, I also like that these are supposed to be for athletic wear and antimicrobial (hopefully that will cut down on the stink!) My feet feel good in the shoes - much better than they did without, and I can they they will help the shoes last longer because my feet are sitting in them better so they will wear more evenly.

They slid inside my shoe which does not work for me. They are comfortable for normal wear.

I have spent over a thousand dollars over the past 10 years on replacement insoles. It was not until now that the "light bulb" came on concerning the base of the insoles. I have come to the expensive conclusion that any insole that has a rigid base does not work for me. Unfortunately these will be in the insole drawer with the other 12 pair I just can't throw away because of my guilt on the amount of money I have wasted.

I bought two pair of these trails one for hunting and one for work. I haven't used the ones in my hunting boots enough to have any issues yet but the ones for work have the top layer peeling off as in the other poor review. I have owned many sets of Superfeet and never had this issue. Needless to say I'm a little bummed, I work on concrete flooring and having these is a necessity.

I've generally been happy with superfeet in the past, but these insoles' fabric detached from their plastic base after about 4 months which to me seems like poor fabrications. I think I'll be able to repair with a stronger glue, just seems like the high price would mean they stay together a while longer.

I bought these to give extra space in my toebox and for arch support. They are an incredibly comfortable insole. With that said, the insole squeaks. I have tried these in a few pairs of shoes and boots, they all perform the same. I have tried everything I can think of to get them to stop, no luck. I just purchased my next round of insoles, I ultimately went with another superfeet product instead. Very disappointed.

Not any special support and these are super squeaky noisy. Not impressed. Not worth the price.

I was really looking forward to these saving my feet from pain. But unfortunately they were just too hard for my feet. The shape and size were great, but the overall texture was just not enough cushion for the impact of working out and playing tennis for my feet. I really wanted to love these. They may work for people who don't have such sensitive feet like me.

They are great, except they showed wear immediately- within days. Not tough enough for even mild use!

I have flat feet. I have pain around my foot arch during 10 hours working, so I tried this after I read reviews. This insole is very thin and hard. I had big pain around my arch and heels more than when I used my shoes' original insole. My foot size is 7.5, and I wear shoe size 8 or 8.5 since I like to have some space around my toes. So I bought a size 6.5-8. But I felt the insoles arch area did not fit well my arch.

My carbon insert causes pain in my arch on the right foot only. As such, I can't use this product.

After trying 2 different heat moldable insoles for trailrunning, I decided to go for this state-of-the-art carbon insole. After a 15km tour with Superfeet Carbon inside Hoka Bondi 5 shoes: these insoles are very stiff indeed like wooden planks inside the shoe. As they won't mold onto the foot shape, they quickly will cause pressure points. The foot can slide over the stiff insole wich causes uncertain steps and sole friction sores. All in all, a pretty much useless though expensive product.

This is my first superfeet purchase. To be honest, I do not see any difference between this and the inserts that came with my shoes. Not sure if I got the wrong kind for my feet, or this is just not for me. For the price, I was expecting more. Wouldn't recommend or purchase again.
