I liked. Got into my running shoes and worked well!!!

I purchased High end hunting boots that made my heel hurt at the end of day. Like everything about the boot except that. So instead of replacing the boot I replaced the insole. What a difference, no more pain and love my boots.

After years of using Superfeet Green insoles in all my outdoor footwear and any 'day' shoes they would fit into my return to cycling revealed the same alignment issues I have whilst walking and, having experimented with the 'Greens' in my cycling shoes (somewhat over-filled but still an improvement) the answer was clear. These low-volume insoles with their curved underside fit perfectly into my carbon fibre-soled cycling shoes and beef up the support they already offer considerably at a barely perceptible weight penalty over the original foam inserts. The same alignment control experienced when using 'Greens' in my walking boots / shoes and they're useable too in daywear/formal footwear items that the 'Greens' are to bulky for. Perfect!

I bought these for use in my casual/street shoes but I think I ordered the wrong ones. I have some blue ones on order for this purpose. I am using the carbon in my cycling shoes and they are great.

Perfect for people that are suffering from flat feet! My knees started hurting becasue of long distance running and these have starightened lighned my feet and they no longer hurt any more, praise to be to god!!!

I was looking for a full-length insole but it had to be pretty thin while having awesome support and this insole did it. Impressed.

I've worn superfeet for close to 10 years I think. I've tried the blue, the raspberry and now I'm wearing these and I love them best of all. No more heel pain, no more foot cramping and my knees are responding to the balance they afford me and I couldn't be happier. I have plantar issues, flat wide feet and these insoles are just perfect! They fit my sneakers well and I wear a 9.5 wide shoe. I had no period of trying them and once I started wearing them I've not stopped.

Let me start off by saying I'm a HUGE fan of Superfeet insoles. Ive had a couple pairs of both the Green and Carbon. I am a college runner and put in many many miles over a short period of time and these Carbon insoles are my go to choice for any of my running shoes. I just swap them into any shoe whether it be a trainer or even a racing flat. I bought my last pair of Carbons in late June 2014 and have put in over 1200 miles on the same insole . These things just don't break down! The carbon has a resilient and responsive feel even after all the miles I've put on them. I would recommend this insole to any runner that is looking for a fast and supportive ride. Thank you Superfeet!

My boyfriend were lucky enough to test out the Carbon Insoles which are perfect sneaker insoles for our long walks. These insoles offer lightweight, high performance support. They are incredibly comfortable. They fit into our shoes perfectly and leave our feet feeling relieved after hours of walking. The color is perfect for our sneakers, but if you'd like other colors, they have a wide range to choose from!

This is the third superfeet I'm owning, and to it is so good that I would seriously buy a second pair just to save me time and reduce any chance of damaging the insole itself when switching between shoes. It is not just wonderful in my running shoes, but it's also a must have for my badminton shoes. Low profile, solid, supportive, it's simply the best you can get for any sports shoes. I can response faster, jump higher with it, do more demanding footwork, and most importantly thanks to its extreme low profile, the shoes can hold my heel firmer than ever. There's no way I can go back to stock insole.

My podiatrist actually prescribed these in soles for me. I was suffering from capsulitis, a painful sprain of a ligament in the sole of my foot. I needed shoes and insoles that didn’t bend much, in order to splint my foot. These insoles, along with Hoka One One shoes and a prescription anti-inflammatory drug, finally healed a problem that had been plaguing me for weeks!

I am glad to find an orthotic that is thin at the forefoot and toe area for tighter fitting athletic shoes . I would like you to give customers a choice of arch size. I would like an arch that is not as high.

A good fit and feel, little sifferent from what I expected but made a big difference on how my feet feel after a workout of long shift at work.

These work great in my tennis shoes as well as my dresser walking shoes. Can tell a difference in my feet within a month

I like the feel and fit in my new shoes however they are squeaking quit a bit, hopefully that will go away soon.

I bought these 3 weeks ago for lower profile shoes. So far, so good. Has good support and fits in my shoes well.

My SuperFeet are Super Comfy. I coach CrossFit, and I put them in my shoes after my feet were hurting from standing and teaching for 4-5 hours at a time. They've definitely helped, and they've made training easier too! My only complaint is that one of them is Super Squeaky. Like, obnoxiously so. It's only the left foot, but I sound like a bike with a squeaky wheel, and you can hear me coming from quite a distance away. I suppose its better than both of them squeaking, but its still quite loud. I'd definitely recommend ordering them, just ask for the ones without the squeak. :)

I wanted to like these. They are comfortable and fit my shoes well. But the arch is too high for me, that’s just a personal issue. It made my foot roll to the outside.

These are so squeaky. Other people can hear them on the court!

The arch is a lot higher than what I thought based on the description. If you sweat heavy in your shoes, the soles seem to give off a weird type of smell. But the shoes are more comfortable for running and I do have less foot fatigue afterwards.
