Perfect beach flip flop.

I bought my first pair of Cobian® flip flops in 2016, when Sports Authority was going out of business. I wasn't familiar with the brand -- but the design, comfort and bible verse (Proverbs 3:5-6) caught my attention. Those black sole, turquoise strap sandals have walked many miles with me... by 2018, I was due for a replacement but totally procrastinated. The soles provided less cushion than my feet needed, and my husband thought the sandals were darkening the soles of my feet. Before I tossed my old Cobians, I needed suitable a replacement. Thanks, Zappos! The tan pair feature a soft, flexible & comfortable synthetic leather strap that feels like leather. The most important part is the toe thong strap, which is made of fabric so it's comfortable. The sole of the sandals are definitely fake to the touch, but the color is subtle as is the logo flag on the straps. Topsole provides cushion for walking, while tread is great for traction. I don't have to worry about poor quality flip flops which cause slipping or have plastic/rubber toe thong straps that irritate my skin. I usually wear 7.5 heels and 8 athletic shoes. size 8 cobian flip flops were ideal for me. This light weight footwear is always ready to leave the house with me!

Order 1/2 size to 1 size up. I wear size 8 in flats and size 9 in these flip flops were just right. These flip flops are good for people with long toes. My toes are rather normal length so there is a bit of empty space in the front but the heel was snug to the edge. They are super comrgtable. It did take me three days to get used to the arch support. I look forward to changing into these flip flops when I come home.

I had a pair of American Eagle flip flops that are at least 10 years old, if not older. It was time to replace. I had done all sorts of searching for something very similar to the AE ones. It's hard to find ones that don't break the bank. I found these, and they looked like they were exactly what I was looking for, and a decent price. I am usually about a 7 or 7 1/2. I went with the 7, and should have done the 8. My heel is not hanging off, but there's very little extra room. That is totally my fault, and I should have read a little more about the sizing than I did. I have been living in these since I got them last week. The arch support is fantastic, I feel like I'm wearing athletic shoes. These are easily my new favorite flip flops. I might even buy another pair!

I am in love with these! I got rid of my rainbows because they were too stiff but wanted a good flop that resembles them, Cobain won! I am a teeny bit larger than a 9 but not a 9.5. I went with the 10 and am glad I did. They are a touch big but totally doable where the 9 would have had major heel hang. A 9.5 would have been perfect but definitely size up! Color (taupe) is divine! So loving these, way better than rainbows for almost half the price!

These are IT, ladies. So soft and comfortable, just what I had been searching for. I can't think of one negative. LOVE them.

These tan cobian pacifica flip flops are so great. They've become my fave summer flop because they have a firm but so comfy footbed and really high quality construction. This is only my 3rd pair, because my dog ate one pair. They are the perfect neutral to wear with black/browns/whites... goes with everything and you can dress up with jewelry and still wear these. I bought them originally to replace a pair of Rainbows that I adored but didn't want to spend the money... these are just as nice for less and I think even better!!! Get them. You won't regret it! They run exactly right on the sizes... I'm a 7 in most shoes and the 7 is perfect. Slightly narrow/medium fit. They loosen up a little with wear and just get better!

Comfy to wear, durable, molds to your feet. Ordered a second pair to have when I wear out the first because I love them so much!

Compared to the pair I bought in 2014, the color is darker (quite a bit more than the picture illustrates) and they're smaller in length and width. Going to try and go up a size hoping the width will also be better.Best flip flops I've ever worn. Like walking on marshmallows.This is the third season for my current pair, wearing them daily from spring through fall, and they're just now starting to really show their wear.

These flip flops are the best I've ever owned. The foam bed is heaven. I've searched for a while for these. They fit true to size. Would highly recommend!

These are so comfortable! This is my second pair of Cobian's. I am not sure where I bought the first pair but so glad Zappos carries the brand. For simple sandal these are really well made and very supportive. Sizing is small. I wear a solid 9.5 and I ordered the 10, I can tell the 9 would be too small.

Amazing substitute to the very popular Rainbow flip flops. My foot is a bit wider and Rainbows did not fit very well. Great design and comfort from these Cobians. I wear a 9.5 but grabbed a 10 due to Cobians not being made in half sizes.

I was looking for a knock-off Rainbows, and I fooled people with these! They're very comfortable. My complaint is that they wear down easily sometimes I scrape the front of the flip flop against the floor and instantly a layer comes off the tip (not a whole thick layer, but a thin layer of the upper material). I wear these all the time, and I hope they last longer than I expect them to.

Pro: they're like walking on marshmallows. So comfortable! Cons: the thong is short so until it stretches some, they feel tight. The short thong doesn't let your foot go forward as much as it should making them feel small and narrow. I would definitely buy them again but a size larger.

I bought a new pair in tan to replace an old tan pair of Pacifica Cobians that i have worn for a couple of years. I think they are comfortable and true to size (I wear size 8 and ordered size 8) but I am returning these. I’m disappointed that they have slightly changed the style, now there is a bright blue wedge on the bottom inner sole as well as a pink line all around the bottom soles. Not a fan of the colors just wanted the neutral tan like the previous version

Sizing is disappointing. Since sizing is a huge part of if the shoe works or not, that is why the low starts. Plain and simple... They look nice on, feel nice, but the sizing is odd. I wear a 8.5-9 and ordered a 9 based on other Cobian reviews and I though noway I would be a 10! My heel was nearly hanging off the end but there was a bunch of extra toe room (as indicated in another review) and I have longer skinny toes. I actually moved to these from my Reefs because the reviews that the Reef quality has gone downhill... looks like I'll have to return these. Such a bummer!

I thought these were leather, but they are plastic (my fault, I should have read description better). They are comfortable, but not sure how long they will last. Don't seem as good as the quality of most Cobians.

Wish these had worked for me, because the tan is a lovely color and the profile is just right, but the sizing is odd. I wear a 7.5-8 and ordered a 9 based on other Cobian reviews. My heel was nearly hanging off the end but there was a bunch of extra toe room, and the arch hit in a weird place. On top of that, my foot didn't seem to want to stay centered on the sandal, but rolled off toward the middle. Maybe just not made for my foot. Nice style if only it fit right.

I have previously purchased the Cobian Pacifica tan color and loved them! loved the comfort, the look, color, and durability. After a couple of years i wore them out so I purchased these to replace them, but when they arrived I was really disappointed in the changes they've made to the color and look. The previous version was the same tan color but did not have the pink stripe and more importantly the big blue wedge on the inside. I really don't like the bright blue and preferred the old neutral colors used. Returning

Liked the style and it felt like it could be comfortable. But it was too small. Where the thong is attached sets the foot farther back, so I would need a 1/2 size bigger.
