Size and fit were just fine. My issues were: 1) the tongue was too short causing the laces to tie at the absolute edge of the tongue; 2) purchased these shoes to walk on concrete for 10 hrs a day... these shoes were like walking on the concrete without shoes.

The comp toe protector is not wide enough and sits squarely on my little toes. Did not feel good after wearing it for 12 hour straight.

These were not comfortable at all hurt my feet after about 3 hours of working in them highly recommend not getting these shoes if your on your feet for 10hrs+

Nice shoes but really narrow.

Horrible for fat feet

I really like the style and brand of this work shoe. I have never purchased Caterpillar footwear before, but have mates that love them. When I tried these on, they seem to run a size small. The rub on the big toe and pinky toe was very apparent right away. I know I could not wear these 10-12 hours a day. So, I sent them back and ordered the next size up, we'll see. (haven't received the replacement yet) I am very skeptical now that I noticed reviews of this issue since 2016! If you have stock from 2016... that IS a problem. I usually don't take time out for reviews. But since my purchase and return, Zappos has requested this review via e-mail 4 times.

Heavy and no flexible

They hurt my feet and caused an ingrown toe nail.

Shoes fell apart within three months. Poor build.

Make steel toe wider

they didn't fit ,returned them, trying to order replacement , have to call a number (go out of my way) just to order a replacement....ugh! also I'm an Amazon Associate

It is a proper safety shoe but it's very uncomfortable especially if your standing and walking.

These shoes look great on the outside but on the inside they are horrible the cushion has given me blisters during the first day of wear. These just aint gonna work
