These shoes seemed like they were going to be comfortable at first, but after 5 minutes of walking around, they started to rub my heel raw. They also came way to high up on the lateral malleolus (that bone that sticks out on the outside of the ankle), and I could tell that would lead to discomfort throughout the day. For the price, these shoes should feel like I am walking on a cloud. While the arch support is great, the upper is too stiff and unforgiving.

These shoes were comfortable from the first day. They are almost identical to pair that I used traveling in Europe 2 years ago, walking long distances every day in great comfort. They look good with pants and skirts. They dress up or down.

I ordered 7 pairs of black flats from Zappos, and this was my absolute favorite. Some were too tight on the instep, some flopped off, some felt too small at the toe. I like the fit at the heel and I love the wide toe box. Clarks just seem to fit my feet. They do sort of gap on the sides when you walk, but I will accept that for the fit and support.

I have 2 pairs of those flats (black and tan) and I love them. They are cushy and supportive. I have wide forefoot and regular width heel - I got them in wide and I had to go down a size compared to the same style in regular width. I have ample room in the toe box - super comfy. The heel is somewhat loose, I might add a heel grip. They are somewhat high in the back, so I have cork heel lifts in them. I find them very pretty too and get compliments on them often.

I really love this shoe and I generally have problems finding comfortable shoes. I have worn them while walking through airports and shopping malls and they last much longer than any other shoes I have worn. They have my chiropractor's approval as well. They style is pretty plain (basic) so I can wear it with a lot of things. The arch support is minimal, but is not needed as the shoe is very comfortable. I would love to buy in other colors, but the price is a bit high.

This is a large shoe, so your feet won't look dainty. However, they are very comfortable. I wear them without socks or peds (don't tell my mother), and they don't rub anywhere at all. I ordered my usual size, and they fit perfectly. I didn't wear them for a while because they're not the prettiest shoes - but I finally gave in, and now I wear them all the time. They've even gotten a couple of compliments. I plan to get another pair as these wear out.

These are very comfortable right out of the box. I was able to do extended walking immediately and able to stand for long periods of time with no issues. The only challenge was ordering the correct size because they do run at least a half size larger almost full size larger. The width was fine for me just the length.

I have a narrow foot and Clarks Unstructured are the only flats I buy. I've been wearing Clarks for about 5 years now. They are so comfortable that when they become worn out I wear them to do yardwork. Un.rosily is a very versatile shoe, casual or slightly dressy. I have a simple wardrobe and appreciate the versatility of this shoe, great with jeans or with a skirt in any season. Also I'm 32 and un.rosily was the only narrow style I found that seemed youthful enough for me. I don't like spending money on shoes, but Clarks usually last a long time so I consider them a good value.

The Rosily is a comfortable and stylish shoe. It runs true to size. I am a big Clarks fan, I have many of their sandals and clogs. I would recommend this shoe it is comfortable right out of the box. I purchased it in the red.

These shoes are awesome, the most comfortable I own. Because of the shape of the toe box (squarish round) they conform to my feet perfectly. The inside is hugely supportive and cushioning. And they are so cute...the detailing is wonderful. Love the red color! I normally wear a 6-1/2, but in this shoe it's 5-1/2. I ordered another Clarks shoe recently, and had to go with the 6-1/2, so know that this shoe may run big.

I'm so glad I listened to other reviews! I sized down a half size and couldn't be happier. These shoes have great arch support!

Another pair of these Un-Structured Clarkes were a bit too large in my usual size so I went down from a 40 to a 39. Perfection. The read is a rich shade and the leather is very soft. The support is just what I need for standing on my feet all day and the toe box is square-ish giving me lots of room. My new favorite shoes?

After breaking my ankle in April, I found that all oxford-type shoes that tied across the top of my foot caused pain. I ordered these shoes because they allowed the area around my ankle to be unencumbered. It took a few days to break them in, but I must say that they are now perfectly comfortable, provide great arch support, and enable me to walk quite a ways without any pain in my ankle. I am happy I found them, and am continuing to wear them every day even though my ankle is now healed. Also, the construction of the leather insoles allows them to breathe in hot weather. Another plus, they come in navy, which is a rare color for shoes.

I bought these for my 95 year old mother (yes, in red - she loves them). It is her second pair of these shoes. The last version of these shoes was slightly different. This newer version has a little different stitching pattern. Otherwise the shoes fit exactly as before. She loves the shoes because they slip on easily, do not constrict the high bone on top of her foot, are breathable leather, have cushiony sole support and, for a fashion-conscious woman - they are cute! Even in a size 9!

I've been looking for navy shoes with great support and these are perfect! They're cute, supportive, and like walking on clouds. We live in a rural area and Zappos is a lifesaver! Thanks Zappos!

I love this shoe but I wish you made a 10.5 because the 11 is too big and the 10 is too small. It could be a practical and productive addition to the Clarks Brand.

This is a beautiful shoe. I almost always wear a size 8 and I was surprised to need a 7 1/2 in this shoe. I also ordered black in 7 1/2 and it was too small (very strange). I did return the black shoe but kept the tan. Just be warned that they are unlike other Clarks I've purchased in years past, they do require breaking in. Verdict: Beautiful shoe, great quality but quirky sizes. As always, Zappos never fails at great customer service and fast shipping/returns.

I wanted to find a shoe that was adorable but more importantly comfortable and supportive for use during my daily commute that involves walking, a train and the subway, including lots of stairs. This shoe is extremely comfortable and shock absorbing, and fits well in both the heel and toe box. It is well made and high quality. Unfortunately it is not one of those shoes that is also adorable -- I would call the effect somewhat hobbit or clog-like. I grant you, I wear a size 11 so this would probably look cuter on anyone with a shoe size south of 7 1/2 or 8. But still, since comfort is the priority, I'm keepin' em, and I recommend for anyone that is looking for function over form.

I agree with the other commenters that the height of the toe box is too low. Otherwise, the shoe fit well & was comfortable, wide enough across the front of the foot, and not too wide in the heel area. I had to return it.

I ordered these in a wide width, so I don't know if the same is true of the regular width, but these were definitely a half size larger than marked. I sent the first pair I ordered back and ordered a second pair a half size smaller. They were comfortable and fit well in the length, but the toe box wasn't quite tall enough for me. I felt like the pressure on the top of my foot would hurt when walking long distances (every day for me as I live in a city and use public transit), so I sent them back. As far as the style, they were pretty chunky. I was expecting that based on another pair of Clarks unstructured I have from a few years back (which were also a half size too large!), but it was a point against them when comparing with the other flats I ordered at the same time.

Let me say first that I am a big Clarks fan. I have another style of the un.structured line that fits well (in a narrow), but as a medium, this style runs a little narrow. I have a narrow to medium width foot (depends on the shoe as to the width). The shoe seemed perfect at first--fit in the length and the heel (I have a narrow heel)--I sized a full size DOWN--, but after a few hours, squeezed the side of my foot by the little toe. Hopefully, it will in time stretch in the width. It also stretched out a bit so that the heel did not fit as closely. I did not have any trouble with the heel chafing as another reviewer did, however. The shoe is well-cushioned and well-made. Was considering buying this shoe in another color, but will not now.

Very attractive casual shoe but runs 2 sizes larger than my usual size. The area around the heel comes up too high. Footbed feels great and love the width but it's not comfortable in the heel. Really wanted it to work!

I really wanted to like this shoe to replace a great pair of Clarks Privo shoes. This shoe had big gaps on the side. Wish Clarks would bring back the Privo line.

I ordered my regular size, 9 w, and while the width is really a medium rather than a wide, these shoes are so long! They flopped right off my feet! I am considering ordering a smaller size, but the width was barely acceptable at a 9, and I imagine a smaller size will be more narrow as well. It's a shame, they're cute shoes and it's nigh impossible to find ballet flats that can accept an orthotic!

Very disappointed. This shoe runs at least 2 sizes too big! The style is cute and the cushioning feels okay, but it's huge! What has happened to Clarks sizing? I used to be able to order a 7 1/2 and they always fit. Now every style is different sizing. The last 3 pairs of Clarks that I ordered all had to be returned for sizing. So frustrated with Clarks!
