Slim?!?! Maybe for a rodeo clown! I felt like I should have a knit cap on in the middle of the summer and a skateboard under my arm. In the linked picture the waist fits fine, and you can see the rest of the "slim" jeans. Note: I bought two different styles of Ariat M5 "Slim" jeans, both fit the same, so I am cc'ing this review along with the correct picture for both reviews.

These are comfortable and the fit is great. I was looking for jeans that were 100% cotton and made well. I will warn you though, the stitching is quite extravagant. I could do without being compared to Guy Fieri when I wear them. I ended up going through the effort to remove what stitching I could.i

I have several pair of Ariats, at least a dozen and all have been the M5's. But this style of M5's have been my favorite by far. Best fitting jeans that I've owned and will continue to buy this style for as long as I can. They wear really well and haven't had any problems with holes from were I carry my wallet and cell phone and other assorted items that I've had problems with in the past with another pair of jeans that I used to wear.

I recently acquired two pairs of jeans, the M4 low rise stretch long spur and the M5 slim legacy stackable. These two pairs of jeans fit comfortably and fit to perfection. I engage in a significant amount of physical labor on the ranch and require attire that can withstand the demands of my work. Historically, I have purchased Cinch jeans, but the long crotch design has consistently been a point of discomfort for me. I am thoroughly impressed and anticipate continuing to purchase from you, thank you for creating a well-fitting and durable pair of jeans.

These pants are the most comfortable pair I've had! I have a field and I grow corn, New Mexico green chili, and watermelons. With all the bending down, kneeling, standing, and walking and being in the hot sun these move with you!

Comfortable true to size fit. Slight stretch making these most comfortable for bending and working. These can easily be dressed up or used for daily hard labor. Tough material while soft and comfortable against the skin. Highly recommend!

I have worn these pants for the farm and business. They hold up to the rough conditions around the farm or while riding. Dressy enough for the casual business days but comfortable for all day wearing whether sitting in a meeting, riding your horse, or on your feet all day. This pair of jeans is great for anyone to wear. If your looking for a clean comfortable jean to dress up or dress down this is the one for you. Make sure to wash them inside out for longevity of the jeans.
