The reason I gave it only four stars overall is because, even though the R inseam is listed as 33, I wear an inseam of 32 and these are too long by inches. Beyond that, these jeans are extraordinarily comfortable. I have a severe hourglass figure with a big ol' bum and my choice was between these and some Levi's curveID jeans. The "engineered waistband that won't gap" is only 99% accurate for me considering my proportions, but I am immensely pleased with how very little they do gap. For someone with a less ridiculously pronounced figure, I imagine this would fit perfectly. There are a pair of darts beneath and to the outside of each back pocket which helps to shape the seat of the jean, as well as the waistband arching up considerably in the back. They almost feel tailored. The material is heavy and they feel well made. All in all, I think these are wonderful.

Love these. I am tall and most jeans don't fit well through the rise but these are pretty good. The denim is nice and substantial, they feel like jeans from 20 years ago. The fit is good, well cut and flattering without being painted on. Length in L is good for me with flats or low heel, I'm tall and have a 35-36" inseam, I'd guess these are 36"-ish. Shorter than a GAP x-long inseam. Hopefully they don't shrink too much. Only complaint is the dated studs on the back pockets.

These are great jeans! I am 5'10" - 150 pounds, and I ordered a 29L based on the other reviews. They fit perfectly with my boots and heels. The material is quality and there are no gaps in the waist.

I am hooked on Ariat's REAL mid rise jeans! This time I purchased the Whipstitch boot cut in Marine color. The fit is perfect for my shape, they don't bind or choke. They don't gap at the waist and the "long" is the perfect length for my 34 inch inseam. They're comfortable and durable, the total package!

The R.E.A.L. jeans are my most favorite jeans! I wear them all the time to work outside, go shopping and to my job! So versatile and comfortable. I couldn't ask for a more perfect pair of jeans! They are flattering and are offered in many different pocket styles and sizing. The midride allows for a comfortable fit and the bottoms fit nicely over boots! I highly recommend these for anyone who needs a trusty pair of pants!

I love Ariat bootcuts! I work at a Farmstore in the clothing department and I am always running around putting new clothes out, stocking boots and helping customers so comfort is key for me. I always help my customers pick the best products and I always have a pair on to recommend to customers.

I've searched everywhere for good jeans. Ones that are durable for work and fit my body comfortably. These are it! They have just the right amount of stretch. And they're strong enough to withstand my normal work days. These jeans are great quality and super cute. Thank you Ariat for finally making a great quality Jean that lasts!

I switched to Ariat jeans about three years ago and haven't stopped wearing them! By now I have five different pairs and fully plan on purchasing more. They all have a different yet similar fit, perfect for anyone. Amazing riding jeans, have the right about of stretch along with durability. I do a lot of horseback riding which is what made me buy my first pair. You won't see my riding in any other jeans. If you want a good all around pair of jeans that holds up to everything you throw at it while also giving you the option to dress them up too, then definitely snag you up a pair! Very comfortable and versatile jeans. Have nothing bad to say about them, my first pair still looks new even after a dozen washes!

I have trouble finding jeans that last and fit right. These have been the best jeans and lasted me much longer than I ever expected.

I have at least 6 pair of Ariat jeans. I have had them for 5 years and they are still going strong. I only wear ariat jeans. They are comfortable and durable. Love my ariat jeans.

I have been buying Ariat jeans for over 10 years now, they are the ONLY jeans I wear. I work in them, do barn work in them and ride in them. Most durable and comfortable jeans I have bought. These jeans have never failed me.

So comfortable yet very durable. Looks amazing whether I'm working, riding, or out on the town. They are always True to size and one of the best fitting jeans I have ever had. They don't wear down in the usual spots and always flatter. I own this pair and several other styles and I can't recommend Ariat denim enough!

I love the boot cut of these jeans, but they were too long and there's too much stuff on the pocket...I wish they made a short with NO embellishment on the pockets. sadly sent back...

I wore another brand of jeans for many years that disappeared during the pandemic. My daughter introduced me to the Ariat brand and I haven't looked back. The most comfortable, easy wearing jeans I have ever worn. They can be low key or dressed up which is nice. They wear well over time and stand up to frequent washing. Ordering online is easy and I know that the product I receive will be exactly as described on the website. For the price these are well worth it for quality and durability.

These are my daughter's favorite jeans. As a tall girl, she loves the fit and she loves the fact that they feel like real jeans.

I love the way these jeans fit and feel. They have just the right amount of stretch in them. The rise is great. I used to like the low rise but these have changed me. I am 54 y/o, 5'10 and 156 pounds. I bought 29x37 because I don't like my jeans to come up when I sit.
