These are AWESOME! They are even greater in person than in picture. Soft and comfy right out of the box. They are shiny deep black and look dressy but also great with jeans. I wear a 7M, bought a 37 and they fit perfect - just enough room for a medium thickness sock or to add a Dr. Scholl's pad which I always do in entry boot for a little extra padding. They may be a bit wide if you have a narrow foot. I ordered 3 other similar boots to see which I liked best. They were all nice but Definitely keeping these. The other thing I like is the ankle opening goes up to the top of the medial malleolus (inner ankle bone) and is fairly snug and tapered in so pants with skinnier legs can be worn outside the boot. I can also tuck in skinny jeans but it is tight. I do have a fairly skinny ankle/leg. If you're between sizes you may want to size down but they are fairly true to size. Just got them so can't say how well they'll hold up.

Very comfortable and true to size. I have a very high arch, but had no problem with this bootie. Love them!

Loved the boot, but the size range (5.5-6 M) ran large. I could have used the next smaller size but Zappos didn't have the size. Too bad...

I ordered a navy blue 7 1/2 M. Lovely soft leather, classic simple style, just as shown on the website. Unfortunately they don't come in a narrow size and the heel was too loose on my narrow feet. I have to return them.

The foot portion fit great. The problem is the zipper. Having it on the outer side of the shoe made it extremely difficult to zip. So, I am going to return them.

Beautiful shoe with soft supple leather. I have black and wine colors. Pretty comfy but perhaps not for being on my feet or walking for a great length of time.. they really are gorgeous.

Seem very comfortable, but I have only worn them for short periods of time, so far.

These boots are soft & comfortable. I had to return them because they were a little too big. I wear a true 9 1/2 and these were somewhere between 9 1/2 and 10. I love the style and wish they had fit me perfectly.

I have the brown in this style and absolutely love them. When I found the black I had to have them. The leather is so soft and just molds to your foot. I have a bad bunion and the leather on these just molds around that bunion with no pain at all.

I like the heel, the soft leather. The zipper on the outside is different. I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear.

This boot was so small I couldn't even get my foot inside. Too bad - beautiful style, but back it went.

Great looking bootie! I really love the color but the toe box is too narrow ..The pointed toe is very stylish but not consistent with a B width...I kept hoping that if I tried them just one more time they would be comfortable...so sorry as beautiful shoe will have to go back to daddy!

Stylish without being too trendy, so I'll be able to keep them for a while. The uppers are very supple leather that don't chafe or rub at all, which is a problem I've had with every other bootie I've tried. 3 stars for comfort because the foot bed is completely flat and hard with no cushion at all. 'Spring Step' is a misnomer! I have narrow feet, so there's room for a comfort insole, though. The heels are a bit slick and I've skidded on stone flooring a couple of times.

This is a nice bootie - a tad bit shiny - so if that is what you are looking for - nice quality. A bit narrow - so be aware. Still searching.....

I am a minimalist so this isn't bad. It just didn't feel "special" for me. Nice padding. I thought this had a bit of arch support. Returning because I found another I like better.

They look nice, but not very useful for me. The front is lined giving a smooth toe box, but will develop marks where the shoe bends.

I wear an 8.5 or 9 in boots, and I kept the size 40 in these, which is perfect with an extra insole. The 39s were a little tight across the toes. The leather is soft and pretty. They're narrow at the top, great for skinny ankles, and don't rub. I bought them to wear with skinny dress pants in the winter. The fur lining helps with the fit too.

These are comfortable, and so pretty! My only complaint is the zipper is on the inside of the boot, not the outside. They are harder to zip that way for me. Other than that I would have given them all five stars.

I wish that I had taken more seriously the reviewer who said there was not enough cushioning in the inner sole. It feels soft to the hand but hard when you stand on it. I loved the look so much that I worked with ankle grips to get a good fit. It was too long but I could tell that a 36 would be too small. All seemed well until I wore them and found that these are not out of the box comfortable. I am hoping that they will adapt to my feet and will look into an inner sole at least to cushion the heel. All this said, they are beautiful. If you have less sensitive (ex-dancer) feet than me you may love them.

These are nice looking boots with soft leather. I mostly wear them for work or casual situations where I want to look a little dressed up. I usually wear a 6, and the 6 has plenty of room - not a full half size big, but definitely not small. There is not much padding or support in the footbed, so having room for insoles is good.

These boots are a nice addition to my professional wardrobe. They look great under slacks. They're pretty comfortable, however, I did need to add some insoles because I have really high arches. They also fit my narrow feet and small ankles well, so people with wider feet and bigger ankles might have issues. The heel makes some noise on hard floors, but it's a deeper sound, so I don't mind it. One negative I might point out is that the finish on the leather can scrape off to reveal a lighter color. I plan to try and mask it with some brown shoe polish.

These boots are absolutely beautiful, however, they are not overly comfortable (especially for a low-heel boot), and the worst part is the fur-like lining on the inside (top and bottom) pushes my socks between my toes and feels awful. (It's almost like when we wore snow boots with felt linings as a kid and your socks always ended up down at your toes. It's not that bad, but it does push the socks between my toes to the point that I had to keep adjusting them.) I've tried a couple of different types of socks and the same issue occurs. And it's too cold (and the boots are comfy enough) to wear the boots without socks. Sorry, but for $189 boots, that's not ok with me.

Already returned them and still waiting for my refund.

This shoe was well made and beautiful. The leather was soft. I wanted navy blue to go with jeans. These were a very dark navy blue. They were absolutely perfect. Well made! But, the first thing I noticed was that the navy dye seemed mottled. It wasn’t just in one place, either. There was slight, shiny mottling occurring in several places. I held onto them for a few days, not wanting to return them. But every time I held them up, the mottling struck my eye right away. Maybe I just got a bad pair? I just couldn’t agree to keep these gorgeous booties with mottling, at the steep price I had paid. I’ve had navy shoes/ boots/booties before. These were the first that were ever mottled. Back they went. Sigh, sad face, adieu gorgeous booties :’-(

The color of the dark brown one was not nearly as dark or glossy as it appears in the picture.
