I have been suffering from Stiff Big Toe (Hallux Rigidus)for several years and these shoes are by far the most comfortable. It took just a little while to get used to the high arch, but I now find them very comfortable. The look is nothing special, but they are amazingly light. I would definitely recommend these.

The Vionic Orthaheel Endurance Walker is a shoe I should have had years ago. I cannot how light weight it is, how comfortable it is and most of all it has helped we walk more upright and natural. I liked it so much I bought another pair in Black. You cannot go wrong with this shoe.

I have been looking for a good shoe, mainly after being diagnosed with a claw toe deformity, where all the pressure is being put on the big toe and a very high arch. I usually get cross trainers/running shoes and an OTC innersole. The shoe is made from a breathable light weight material. The shape of the shoe cups the foot, and feels like a very stable feeling shoe. While I found this shoe to be comfortable while not standing or walking, my weird instep made it too uncomfortable to keep using. These are great shoes and perfect if you are looking for a nice looking, very comfortable, light tread walking shoe.

The top of the heel digs into my bone in back of my ankle. It is good while walking; but digs in while sitting still. I have the original Orthoheel tennis shoes and they are great. Now these Vivonics are not...

none, but i would like to know which are better for pronation

Pleased and cautious. As with any, time will tell. Disappointed my hard plastic orthotics wouldn't fit, but in turn pleasantly surprised at the quality, comfort and construction of the included insert/insole. Better quality than the 'green' SuperFeet insoles. Very comfortable shoe, fits well, good reinforcement over mesh where it typically wears out. Not the most stylish, but perfect for work. Well done.

Shoes fit great and feel good. Heel pain went away after wearing them a few days. Only complaint is sole coming unglued. The blue tab on sole has fallen off.

This is my first time trying Orthaheel sneakers. I'm a woman, I wear a size 8.5M, so I thought the 7 men's would be just fine. My big toe hits the tip of the shoe, so it's too tight. I bought this shoe because of the color, which is not available in the women's shoe. I noticed that the men felt this shoe had excellent arch support, while the women felt it had moderate arch support -- I agree with the women. Compared to Orthaheel house slippers (for women), this sneaker almost has no arch support, yet it's more than what you'd generally find on the market. I guess I'll have to go back to the women's side for a boring white gym shoe(since I can't find a 7.5 men's in this color anywhere), and maybe add a supportive insole to this shoe.

I so wanted these to work. The arch was too high. This may be good for some but very uncomfortable to me. I understand the nature or the special shoe but the arch discomfort just added to already present heel pain. Seemed like a good looking durable sneaker, just not right for me I guess.

This brand of shoe (Vionic) greatly varies in size among the different styles. The first style I purchased fit perfectly and really helps my plantar fasciitis. I have purchased and returned two other styles of the same size and they do not fit.

I wore out my pair of Orthaheel (standard) Walker shoes which I liked a lot. They didn't last as long as I hoped for the price, but they looked good and were comfortable. At the time my arches where the problem but now so are my heels. I purchased the more expensive (and better rated on this site) Orthaheel Endurance Walkers. These are not as comfortable. The arch support is there but not the heel support. Wearing them even short periods of time makes my heels hurt and I feel numbness in my feet. (I normally wear 12's which were too small and these are 13's by the way.) Worse still the upper part of the back of the shoe cuts into my achilles. I've been wearing 2 pairs of socks to mitigate this while I break them in. Its not working so far. I would not purchase these again, but instead return to the standard Walkers.

Meh. Light, but otherwise nothing special. I have heel spurs and pain in the ball of the foot, and found the bottoms of these too hard. Sending back.

When I purchased these shoes I was hoping for a comfortable shoe. The arch support was so high it felt like a round smooth rock was under the sole insert. Just to put them on was painful let alone walking in them. I suppose if your arch is up by your ankle you might like these!

Why would you make an shoe that boasts about its orthopedic technologies yet pinches your toes? This would be a fantastic shoe if I had fewer toes.

These sneakers are supposed to correct overpronation. They did for a short time. Now I find the sneakers are rolling over.
