I originally ordered this shoe in a 7.5, medium. That is my true size in almost every shoe I’ve ever gotten. This shoe did not work for the width of it. It rubbed against both the sides of each foot and created blisters. So I tried again, this time with a “wide” width, 7.5 as well. Also some rubbing, but when I added my ortho insert, it worked great, so I kept them. So if the sides of the shoe rub, try ordering with a wide width. I love them now.

I am looking for something just a little bit dressy for casual pants outfit. These are nice shoes. Fit my 7.5 foot well - but too casual for my purpose.

I'm not a professional person who needs this shoe for work, but I have several pair of Alegria sandals and wanted to try a different style. Probably wouldn't have ordered if not for the Western Romance color/design, which I love. They fit true to size for me, but I am giving only 4 stars for comfort since I've not really worn the shoes yet and can't comment on how they may feel long term. Still too hot in Texas to put my sandals away!

Runs large, but great nurse shoe!

These were so comfortable out of the box. They are lightweight and it’s easy to forget you are even wearing shoes. I like that the footbed can be replaced so I feel like there is value in the longevity of this shoe. The rainbow ric rack suits me well. Shipping was 2 days even over a holiday!!!

My latest pair of Alegria Keli Pros, this attractive black style, shipped with tan color Alegria insoles. I would call these tan insoles defective. The tan insoles squeaked. Not the shoe sole rubbing on the floor, but the new insoles within the new shoes. I continued to wear my squeaking shoes at work...weeks later, still no improvement. When I traded the new tan insoles into an older pair of Alegria Keli Pros: wow! my old Keli Pros also squeaked internally. Zappos courteously sent me replacement Alegria insoles in the gray color as an experiment, instead of my returning the shoes as defective, and ta-dah! the replacement gray insoles do not squeak within the new Keli Pros. Thank you, Zappos, for your kindness in resolving this problem I had with my latest pair of Alegria Keli Pros. These shoes are so comfortable, durable, and worthy of co-workers' compliments. As for those original Alegria tan insoles...they are going into the trash tonight!

I love these shoes so far. They are very comfortable and seem very supportive for someone who’s on their feet all day.

I am a BIG Alegria fan, and I have multiple pairs in various colors and styles. I normally wear the Alegria Debra style for work, and was nervous about trying the Keli Professional because the reviews said it runs narrow compared to the Debra. It does, but not enough to be a problem for me. I wear a 39W in Alegria shoes, and the size was perfect. The toe box isn't as large and the forefoot isn't as wide as the Debra, but they still have the lovely Alegria comfort! The fact that the insoles are replaceable is a bonus. The narrower front half of the Keli makes it look less orthopedic than the Debra, the Paloma, the Alli, etc. The Keli doesn't have the rocker bottom of those other Alegria styles, but it is still very comfortable for walking, and the insoles feel great as they conform to your feet. They have stretched out a little bit over time. I am on my feet all day for work, and my feet never hurt at the end of the day! I bought the Rainbow Minnow color, and I have gotten so many compliments on the color. Another great thing about Alegrias is that there is no break-in time required--they feel fabulous from the first wearing. If they don't, you have the wrong size! Their beautiful colors and funky designs help to offset their lack of style, in my opinion. If you have problem feet or just want a very comfortable shoe, you can't go wrong with Alegrias!

Seriously cute shoes and the print is beautiful. I had to return this pair due to a defect in the left shoe heel area. There seemed to be some sort of bump in the top heel padding that rubbed just above my heel!

I hope these shoes live up to the hype. I bought them for nursing school and they feel so comfortable and supportive. I an't wait to break them in.

I put these on and not only were they instantly comfortable, but I wore the for several hours. No blisters, which for my feet is huge. At the point in my life where I need to pay attention to toes and knees. These fit the bill.

Very nice shoe. The toe box is roomy, but shoe slips at heel on my foot. I will return and try a different style.

I am returning these shoes because I wore them for about 5 hours at my job as a nurse and looked down to find the decals had fallen off. I enjoy the fit of this shoe but wish you could put a glossy finish on then as you do your Kallie? shoes to keep from scuffing and finish coming off.

This is a cute shoe, but my foot is narrow. Shoe style runs a little wide. Otherwise, very comfortable- Very spongey and supportive sole. Unsure how durable the top material would be to frequent cleanings.

I ordered a 5-5.5, but it seemed to run a full size larger than expected (I wear a true size 5). The shoe does seem to offer good support & comfort. A shame ! had to return it because of sizing.

These fit well and have a good orthotic insole.

While the Paloma is my super comfort shoe this Keli toe box was a bit more rounded and rubbed my fourth toe. Other than that it is good looking and the Dusk color was a great blueish black. Wish I knew which Alegria styles had same toe box as Paloma!

As an ER RN in one of the busiest hospitals in our region, I’m always on the hunt for comfortable shoes. These fit the bill! As I’ve aged, my usual go-to Dansko and Sanita shoes have started to hurt my tired feet. Unlike those brands, I absolutely did NOT need to size up in these. My regular shoe size fit perfectly. I purchased the Rainbow Minnow and regularly receive compliments.

I read previous reviews and ordered up a size, totally unnecessary. I had to exchange them for my normal European size 41W. Shoes are very comfy right out of the box, and this is after a 40 hour work week on my feet on concrete floors. Of all the “ comfort” shoes I have tried( naturalizer, hush puppies, soft spots, dr scholls, life stride, vionic) these are the most comfortable, they aren’t “ gorgeous “ but not too clunky or “ orthopedic” looking either. Thank you Zappos for your amazing customer service!

I love the Alegria brand of shoes! I have two pair of the Alegria Paloma and decided to try the closed toe shoe. These shoes fit well. I have very high arches and this shoe was too tight across the top of my foot. The color and craftsmanship of this shoe is amazing. They are very well made.

Too small! The toe box is smaller than the Jolene model and does not work with my custom orthotics. Too bad because they are very cute.

I love the shoes, but the sugar skull patterns started wearing off within a couple of weeks. At first I could just cover up the bald spots with a black permanent marker, but now they are so worn and so much of the wonderful patterns are worn off that I just use them as barn shoes. Too bad. I live in NM and we are the virtual U.S home of the sugar skull and Day of the Dead. Unfortunately, my Day of the Dead shoes are pretty much on decorative life support.

I'm very happy with these shoes. I did go up 1/2 size, wore them right out of the box, they are so comfortable.I normally replace the insoles with my own orthotics, but did not have to do that with these shoes, the arch support is great. I also have morton's neuroma and I had no problem wearing these for a good portion of the day. I am always pleased with Zappo's customer service and shipping policy, they go above and beyond.

Love this shoe. Very comfortable !! I am a Registered Nurse and stand for 12 hours and walk 5 to 7 miles per 12 hour shift. I developed a neuroma and struggle with pain. Bought this shoe because it is flat compared to my Sanita clogs that have always been comfortable. This is going to be my GO-TO shoe probably the rest of my career. Will be buying another pair soon!! If you have any issues with your feet, do yourself a favor and get a pair of Allegria shoes!!!!

i wear a size 12, however in these shoes, they're a bit too short. very cute design and fairly lightweight. in a smaller size I'm sure they're super cute!
