I loved these shoes when I first got them but after wearing them a moderate amount over six months or so they have basically started to fall apart. I am not hard on shoes and generally take very good care of my shoes but these were just poor quality. Such a disappointment for a brand with a good reputation.

Just so you know, the 7 and the 7.5 are the same size and they run small! I normally wear a 7.5 but wear a 7 in Toms, so, I ordered the 7 in Bobs and it was too small. I then ordered a 7.5 and it fits exactly the same as the 7. It's hard to know how you feel about the comfort and style of something you cannot wear! So, it's back to Toms!

We have purchased Bobs twice, and each pair has lasted about one month. I do not think they are up to the wear and tear of a tween daughter. It is frustrating, but I guess that's what I get for trying to cheap out and not buy a pair of Toms.

I own this style in a different fabric, but reading reviews decided to purchase these in a half size larger. They were way too small even then. I'm not sure even going up a full size would fit! Given that I already own a pair in this style, it seems ridiculous that the cloth ones could run so much smaller. I also wear consistently the same size in every brand, every shoe, so I know the problem is with this shoe. I will be returning them.

Had the shoes for 3 months, and they are falling apart.

Had bought 2 pairs in the same size but these were way too tight.

I would not consider the sole of thia shoe to be a wide width. It is narrower than the upper part of the shoe when you stand in the shoe. Your foot hangs out to the left and right of the sole. I would not recommend this shoe if you’re looking for a wide width.

Already have holes after 6 months.

Don't waste your money on bobs shoes with the fur that covers your ankle. After 2 months the memory foam went completely flat and my feet are killing me. At first they are wonderful. But after just 2 months they are a piece of garbage.

Back of shoe ripped after about 6 uses. Don’t waste your money. I bought black ones from another business at the same time I bought these and the same thing happened in about the same number of uses. Very poor quality!

I have other pairs of Skechers, purchased at Costco, and the size I purchased was 10 Medium. I've also ordered shoes from Adidas in size 10 Medium. All of the shoes I have fit comfortably, slip on easily, and look good. I like the look of the Bobs shoes, but the size is completely unrealistic. Not even close to the 10 Mediums I already have. Bobs sizes are way too small! I can't order exchanges because I've no idea what size would fit me in Bobs sizes.

I love the shoes. This brand is always so comfortable and last a long time. However, I’m far from pleased with my order this time. I’ve ordered from this site 3 times now & everything I’ve ordered is always the wrong size. The first 2 items I ordered I just ended up selling them to friends but with these I really want to get a pair that’s actually going to fit so I can wear them to work.
