I loved the color- Ocean; fabric was soft and midweight, not the really light summer weight of the Kuhl Kontra short; leg silhouette was a bit fuller than previous Kuhl hikers that I have bought. From the picture, I thought these were the same cut with narrow panel up the outside leg and gusset across back of knee. As another reviewer said about another style, the fabric seems to grown on you as you wear them - and I only had them on for one day. The waist and hips seemed to stretch. I am 5'2" and ordered the short (30 inch inseam). Too long by far. Because the leg silhouette in the previous hiking pants were slimmer I could get away with the short inseam, but these will require hemming. I am now wondering if I should have ordered a size down. Coincidentally, I tried on a pair of the Kontra shorts in the same size and they were cut too small for me. Hmmm. Quality control issue? I am keeping the Kendra pants because I would prefer bag to squeeze when I am hiking. But If you prefer more form fitting pants, you might look at another style.

I am sorry that I had to return these. I found that the pants ran small by almost two sizes. They would be too tight for hiking.

Kuhl pants are high quality in design and material. I chose these pants in the 30 inch inseam length, size 8. They had a little extra length when I tried them on before washing, which was reassuring, as I expected a bit of shrinkage after washing/drying. However, after wash/dry, they are barely at the ankle. Otherwise, the fit is very good and as expected. Bottom line - make sure you order these with extra length for your normal inseam. My inseam is 29 and I ordered these in 30 inseam.

Terrific, utilitarian pants with style!. Comfy is just the beginning and great for any kind of casual outdoor activity. Must say, runs large!Too thin in the winter, but considering generous sizing, could be worn with leggings, thermal undergarments.

I love these, except they are too long for a 5'3" tall woman. I will need to have them hemmed. They are super comfortable. Just wish they came in petite!

Not for women who have extra "ass"ets. I normally wear a size 8 and tried this in a size 8 and 10. Both were too tight in the butt/thigh area and the 10 was waaaaaay too loose in the waist for me. I love the look of their pants but obviously not made for women with more junk in the trunk.

I have this pant from years ago in a size 8 short. They fit fine, but Kuhl has drastically changed their sizing on this pant. Order up, ladies!This is the most lightweight Kuhl pants that I have found. They are not a waterproof or quick dry fabric. The fabric is nice because it doesn't make noise when you move, as many Kuhl pants do. The pants do not roll up- they are just pants.

I really wanted to like the pants, but found that the thigh area fit a little tighter than expected. They just didn't work for me.

Kuhl needs to get its sizing straight. I have two pairs of size 12 Kendra pants that are huge--far too big--so I ordered 10s this time, but they're not even close to fitting. They're closer to size 8, based on how the 12s fit. On the other hand, when you can find a pair that fits they're really comfortable and soft. They can't really do double-duty as business casual, but they're as comfortable as lounge pants so I'm not too hung up on the not-that-flattering fit.

I am a big fan of Kuhl and I own several styles. I recently bought the Kendra pant for the first time in two colors - Deep Sea and Camel. The lightweight fabric is perfect for the summer. At first I was really happy with what seemed like a perfect fit size 6. Now that I have washed and dried and worn one of the pair several times, I have a complaint: they stretch out a full size after wearing them for the day. The loose fit looks frumpy and adds pounds to my frame. Fits like PJ's. I am returning the second unworn pair.

Nice fabric, true to size, and attractive pants. I am sending them back because, as another reviewer noted, they have just 4 pockets, whereas, for hiking, a cargo or additional zipper pocket would be more functional; and because they felt just a tad heavy for the tropics. The fabric really is very comfy.

These pants are cute but they run very small. I wear a 10 across the board and these were 2 inches from buttoning, more like an 8. Too bad.

Unfortunately, I never received this product because UPS delivered it at 7pm and it was stolen overnight. Come on UPS, this is San Francisco.
