I have a hard head to fit when it comes to caps. I'm very picky. This cap looks great and has an excellent fit. I'm very active in the outdoors - hiking, sailing, kayaking and skiing. This cap is my constant companion and has never let me down with respect to performance. I've owned several colors, the black is my favorite. The brown was also a definite favorite and seemed to go really well with everything. Unfortunately, that color was discontinued for some reason. I sure wish they'd bring it back.

Ok I've worn this hat so much its faded and gotta say gonna order another one. Hats fits very nice and dries quickly when covered in sweat to be honest i wish arcteryx would come up wth more hat designs hey guys btw i own a airbrush company need any help lemme know

It is what it is, just a really nice hat. This particular hat seems to sit just a tad higher than other flexfit hats, but not in a bad way. Took a few days of constant wear to get the flexfit band on the inside of the hat to soften up but now its perfect and getting better by the day. Only bad thing about this product is that they stopped making it in the Tibetan Red color. Anyone looking at the Utility Green color though should know that it is significantly darker than what is pictured.

The feel of the hat is nice. Really like the raised bird symbol.

Nice cap, generally worn casually or about camp. It suits better than some of the other Arc caps which can be a bit brand heavy for my tastes. It does run small with a bit of stretch, so for the big headers out there maybe another adjustable cap is better for you.

Great hat! Like the new fabric and stretch. I found the sizing to be a little smaller on the S/M vs the previous version of the bird hat.

I have purchased around 6 of these hats over the years, I have a hard time finding a good fit in hats but this one has never failed. The only reason I have to keep buying them is because the black color fades so quickly. Other then that its a great hat.

The hat fit my husbands head, but didn't fill his head. The sides of the hat weren't even close to his ears, so it looked funny on him. We ended up re-gifting it and giving it to his little brother in high school.

This is one of the classier caps I have in my collection. It has a very clean well executed design. Unfortunatlly, you will not want to wear this during any strenuous activities. Unlike some caps, the brown stains around the bill do not wash out. I will use other caps on my hiking and camping trips and save this one for the "street".

This was my go-to hat, may still be. I love the fit of it, the height, etc. Unfortunately the logo started to come off a while ago and now it's only a half-fossil. Not sure when the rest is going to peel away. Would have been five star if it lasted -- I kind of like the subtle logo (mine was brown on brown).

The cap seems to be good quality. It would be nice if there was an adjustable size model too. The elastic leaves a mark on the head after a few minutes. The color on the website indicates a whiter color than what is actually delivered - tan. Optional outling around the brid would be cool. Maybe even user selected colors

Wore the hat on a couple big days and accumulated sweat stains very quickly that have not come out (green hat). Otherwise a very comfortable and fashionable hat is no longer looking fresh.

Love the cap in terms of fit and feel and look...however if it is hot out and you sweat ... it soaks through the cap .... additionally when you clean it per instructions you will still see some discolouration in the areas where the sweat marks occurred.... this seems like a design flaw as i have never experienced this with other caps like this ...

I bought this hat for casual use across all my activities. Love the low-profile bird logo. My only problem with the hat is that the elastic band along the inside somewhat misses the mark. After about a summer of moderate use, I noticed that the elastic bunches up easily. When the elastic bunches up, it's abrasive on my forehead (backward-hat for life). I still would recommend it but it could use improvement.

7 3/8 head, paid 35 dollars for this thing and it doesn't even fit... Very very frustrated.

I have several Arc'Teryx hats in a similar style/color, however, the sizes are L-XL, which fit me perfectly (S-M is too small for me). There were no options for L-XL in this style/color as the size is listed as 'One Size Fits All,' which is too small. That said, I love the style/color of this hat and I hope AT releases a L-XL version in the future.

I like the quality, style and the fit in terms of height. Unfortunately I wear 58-60 and the L-XL is still too small. After an hour or so, it starts to hurt where the lateral tips of the brim connect to the cap. I hoped it would loosen up after a couple of months, but it didn't.

On the black hat the logo is practically invisible unless you are under 2 feet away and in good light. would have preferred if the logo was actually in grey like the picture suggests it is.

FYI, this cap fits very small. The L-XL is quite a bit smaller than L-XL is other Arcteryx flexfit caps - more like a S-M in an average flexfit. Definitely not for big heads.

I finally did it. I bought Arcteryx. And I was impressed until I took this hat on its first outing. The black took sweat stains like no hat I've ever seen and was embarrassing to wear after only one use. Basically I thought I was buying something that would last. Sadly this is not that.

I got the hat for less then a year, went on a hike and got discolouration at the end of the trip. I was planing to buy the green one but now i'll have to wait for a v2 or an other brand.

Just like others, I bought this hat a few weeks ago from one of the retail stores. Love the look and fit, but after just a few wears, the hat was stained and was unable to get the stains out.

Bought this hat a few months ago to wear at work and for light hiking activities. There is already significant discoloration and orange staining from sweat which has made the hat basically unwearable. Washing the hat multiple times has failed to remove the staining. I don't sweat much and I have several other hats that I wear regularly that do not exhibit this issue. Considering the price and the quality implied by the Arcteryx logo, this is pretty disappointing to see especially as other reviews seem to say the same. Other than that, the hat fits great and I like everything else about it. Just wish it was more durable.
