What a wonderful update to an old favorite. This is the only Birkenstock style that I think is truly flattering. Until now, the plastic piece between the toes has been totally rigid and really uncomfortable. They finally are using something that is flexible. Yay. I do agree with the other reviewer who would prefer a leather toe piece - that would make this shoe six stars. I bought the iron leather and I think the purple sole is spectacular. It kind of glows beneath the shoe. I wear a narrow in these and I love that Birkenstock provides that option.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I finally understand what the hype is about. They are incredibly comfortable and look great with everything. The pop of blue makes these extra fun. It did take a few days to break them in (nothing too serious, the leather is a bit stiff at first), but it was worth it! I wear these every single day.

These are a great walking sandal. They feel hard when you first wear them until your foot conforms to the footbed. From there, they are very comfortable and supportive. I have a slightly wide size 7 1/2 foot and the 38 fit perfectly. I find German made shoes just a tad wider than others which is great for me. I gave 5 stars for style based on wearing them with casual clothes.

Wow! I love the bright colored soles on these Birks. I wasn't so sure I was going to like them, but they provide a modern update on a classic style. These are so comfy, and you can't go wrong with great leather sandal.

I just sent back 4 pairs of sandals because they were costly and not comfortable. I have been away from Birkenstocks for awhile. But my feet hurt and I need something comfortable and not made in China. The Gizeh is it. Love the new colors and soles. Just bought 2 pairs and they are all I am wearing. Will order more. Just slip on and go. I order my usual size in narrow for my average foot and they are perfect.

These are great if you are walking or standing a lot. They take a bit of breaking in but they are worth it. I like the leather upper as opposed to the fabric of the Birkis.

I love these. I had to replace a pair of Gizehs that I'd had since 1996. I was initially unsure about the colored sole, but I love it. It gives them a fresh, updated look. They are still as comfortable as ever!

I am a size 7 1/2. I ordered size 38 as size chart recommended. They were way too big, so purchased size 37, which were perfect.

Most small size i order bigger then other brand i usually wear size 6 snickers sometimes 6.5 slipper most 6 us size i order this 36 which mean 5-5.5 my right foot bigger then left so I always make sure fit right foot you can see pictures right foot is about fit more left still lutthas roomy . Didnt wear walk yet so don't know comfortable or not. Expensive then by in korea 30-40 more i paid but i had no choice. Lol if this comfortable maybe future ill get some other color from out of USA.

These are my new go to summer sandals. Comfortable and easy-going, but stylish and not frumpy. The white color is perfect for summer shorts, cutoffs, sundresses. As someone with a second toe that is longer than my big toe, the toebox isn't 100% comfortable, but I am hoping they will break in a bit.

I have been wearing a 37 in birkenstocks for over a decade, but these ran really big and I had to go down to a 36 Besides that, I have been wanting these for years and I love them...not as comfortable as the leather in same style, but still good

Recovering from foot surgery and these are my new go-to shoe. Nothing fancy but they provide appropriate support and protection. I love the white and appreciate them as my new summer shoe.

The size is wrongly marked. Size 39 is displayed as for US size 8-8,5 which is wrong. It is too big for size 8 or 8,5. Size 39 matches with US Size 9, not 8.

I liked the sandal but it fit bigger than my regular shoe size. Returning for a smaller size.

I don't think Birkenstock's are attractive...I bought them for the support that they provide. These aren't terrible looking. I'm still breaking them in, I found it takes a while to mold your foot around the bottom of the shoe. They do provide good support and I'm counting on them getting more comfortable the more I wear them.

I love these shoes and have them in the silver as well. So I thought I would get another super fun color this summer. Loved the color, but there were specks of white (that did not come off with rubbing or water) on the green portion, so I returned them and am hoping the new pair will be perfect!

I wear 8.5-9 in flats and 9 in heels. I ordered size 40 and size 39 and kept the 39. Size 40 was far too large. Size 39 is much better fit and still doesn't look snug at all. Comfortable!

True Birkenstock width - unbeatable! Love the style, it's so cute & multitude of colors go with many outfits. Love everything about it, other than its hard footbed. If it had a soft footbed, it would be the best sandal ever!

Super cute and overall pretty comfortable. Took a day or two to wear them in enough so I could wear them all day. Longer walks can still be a little rough for me. My one complaint about these is that they are only stable if you're walking on flat ground. Any kind of lumpy or uneven ground and your feet are falling out the sides and you end up kind of hobbling along as your shoes go one way and your feet go another! These are more for standing around looking cute than any real amount of walking around!

I get a lot of compliments on these (Flower Crush Mocha), and they're very comfortable for days when I'm walking around a lot. There was a bit of rubbing on the top of my foot when I first bought them, but they've been great now that they're broken in.

I got the pearly hazel color with the white sole and they are super cute. Most retailers were sold out in my size so when i noticed Zappos had it, I jumped on it. I think this color combo is very popular as its relatively neutral and fun looking. The sandals are pretty comfortable however I do agree with a lot of people complaining about the plastic piece between the toes. It is rigid. You need to adjust the strap so the shoe is snugly on the foot. Once I did that the toe post didn't seem as noticeable. I think these run a HALF size larger. Im a true 6 and 37 was huge on me. 36 is much better. Your foot is suppose to be cradled in the middle of the footbed and thats the design but in 37 I had too much room. I like them. I've had my old ones for 15 years and they are still in amazing shape. These are much prettier. :)

These are cute and narrow enough for my 4A width feet. They do require a lot of breaking in. They hurt at the base of my toes where the ridge to help you grip is located. I have read that this will go away with time. I do like them and can't wait until they are molded to my feet.

Ordered these--only my second pair of Birks--in "narrow," but found them too narrow for my medium width feet, so they are going back. Liked, but didn't LOVE, the style/color, so I will re-select/shop, and probably stick with "medium" width in the future for Birkenstocks.

Good service, but I need to return, is too large!
