Love this skirt! It is my all time favorite. I even rebought it in a bigger size when I gained weight after taking a hiatus from running due to injury. It's streamline, not to frilly; but feminine. The grippers on the shorts have NEVER let me down, they stay put mile after mile. The waist is very flattering and manages to hide my Momma belly. You NEED this skirt. Get it!

Read the reviews. Ordered the XS because a reviewer said it runs large. She must like to wear her skirts very tight. I am a size 4, 5'5", 120#, and the XS is wearable, but very tight. Am ordering the small today, so we'll see. If you're a 4, I'd order both XS and SM. I would say the sizing on this skirt is similar to Athleta and Lulu.

There is a lot to like about this skort - the elastic keeps the legs firmly in place so they do not ride up, and the vertical seams on the legs are not in the middle where they would rub and chafe. It is a cute style, and a good length for running. The reasons that I only gave three stars (and would really call it three and a half) is that for the price I would expect more. There is no back zipper pocket for a key, and the hole above the media pocket for the wire is bizarrely in the shorts instead of the skirt. I guess the theory is that you would run the wire from the MP3 player in toward your body, and then up and out at the waist. But these are compression shorts, and why would you want the wire pressed against your flesh? I have never seen this configuration, and I will not use it, so the media pocket is rendered useless for me. I would have returned it if I could find another that has leg grips like these, but unfortunately I have not. Running comfortably is more important to me than the bells and whistles, but it is unfortunate that these could have been about perfect with a couple of design changes.

Jette Skirt is a cute idea but it is a short skirt. The fit is well below the waist. If an XXS had been available, that might have worked better for me but with the XS, it felt like the skirt was sliding down. I like shorts, pants and skirts to hit below the waist, but around the hips is too low for my comfort. The seam across the back also bothered me. The leg grippers work well to keep the legs from riding up. I wish other skort manufacturers would use leg grippers.
