I received these as a gift a little bit ago, and really liked the style and color of the shoes. They really go with any outfit and are a great summer shoe! However, when I put them on I expected them to be a little bigger than what size I selected, so I sent them back to Zappos. The customer service was superior and the return came within a couple of days. They took a little while to break in but overall and excellent shoe!

I am a huge fan of Birkenstocks. I have been wearing them for years and love the style, durability, and comfort. I would definitely recommend this purchase! My item came as listed, and delivery was even quicker than I had aniticpated.

The fit and size is great. The material which is cork is very cushiony feeling when I walk, I would recommend this to my Family and Friends.

Birkenstock’s never disappoint!

With my Birkenstock’s I like to size a half size up. I normally wear an 8 so I got an 8.5 because I like to have a little extra room in case I want to wear socks with them! My feet are also wide so the half size up definitely helps! Birkenstock’s usually take about a week or so (depending on how often you wear them) to really break them in so they aren’t super comfy at first, but just give them some time!

LOVE! I have other pairs of Arizona’s In the regular width, but glad I read the reviews and took the advice to order these in narrow. They fit like a dream. Can’t wait to wear all Summer!

My daughter is 11 with narrow feet, these worked so well. I hated to spend the $ but apparently so worth it!!

Great shoes run a little bigger and wide

Per the previous reviews, I ordered a half size smaller, and therefore they fit perfectly. They are perfect, and just what I was looking for. In addition, I cannot stress enough how awesome Zappo's customer service is. The sandals were scanned as delivered on time as expected, but they were not here. I contacted both the USPS and Zappo's. USPS immediately launched an investigation, and what did Zappo's do? They immediately sent out a second pair with no questions asked. Well, the very next day, the mail was delivered once again; still no sandals. About two hours later, the sandals had arrived. I was able to stop the second shipment, and all is well. Because of this service, however, I will NEVER buy shoes elsewhere. Zappo's, you ROCK!

Great fit and style - bought these for my daughter's 13th birthday and she loves them.

I always size down in my Birks. I wear an 8 1/2 but always go with a size 38 when I get Birks and I love the way they fit. I own several pair!
