Love this shoe. Great style and color. Fits well and is very comfortable. Did not have to wait long to receive.

The order was very fast!!! Although my first order was stolen, they sent me another one, no questions asked and the agent that assisted me was very helpful! I've always been nervous about buying the arizona sandals (especially online) because when I was younger, I remembered it was kinda uncomfortable and it took a while to adjust to my extra wide feet! But I just had to have this white one so I took the risk and ordered it anyway. To my surprise, it fitted perfectly without using the last hole!! Im very happy with my order. I might purchase this in other colors too!

I have worn these everyday since I took them out of the box. I love them. That being said, they take some getting used to. My feet hurt for the first 2 weeks. The more you wear them the better they get. Now that I got past breaking them in, they are perfect. These are cuter and a bit more feminine them the basic leather ones. You can girly these up

I found the shoes larger than I thought they would be. I would like to return them for a size smaller. Unfortunately, I find your return policy difficult. I am a senior citizen. The print on the instruction label is so small that I cannot read it without a large magnifying glass. I do not have a printer so it involves me going to the library to use their copier, etc. in order to return the shoes. If you would enclose a return label (as QVC does), I would not have this problem. I am sorry to ramble on, but this has me very upset!

I have wanted these Birks for two years and finally bought them. I love them and they fit perfectly. So comfortable.

This is my second pair of Birkenstocks! I've always had wide feet but now I also have a bunion on one side (TMI?) so these are my summer life saver. I'm usually a size 9 and know these run very large. I bought the 39 and they're perfect.

My daughter loves them. We purchased a little big since she is still growing, and I know they will last. They are wide, but she simply adjusted the straps. Also, they have stayed very white, even after she wore to school several times.

Freaking, love these white, beauties. I'm not sure how they'll clean up yet, but so far, the comfort is actually phenomenal (I bought them for the look, but was stoked when then we're comfy as well!)

Exactly what was needed. The footbed is so comfortable, no squeezing or pinching my wide foot. Looking forward to wearing them all day while on a Florida vacation. They will look great with workout clothes, beachwear and sun dresses! Bring on the vacation! I generally wear a 7½. Because it is open-toe and whole sizes only, I went with the 7 (37) and it is perfect. This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I am certain that I made the right choice.

I had been waiting quite long for the size 39. Every time I got an email saying the shoes were available in 39, they were not, so I decided to go for the size 40. I should have ordered 40 in narrow, not regular. My feet are wide but the regular is a bit too wide. Still, they look quite OK, they are very comfortable. I have four other pairs in different styles and I love them all.

I've had the black Arizona's for a year and love them, so it was an easy decision to buy the white ones. Zappos offers the best price that I've seen so far!

Theyy fit perfectly and are extrememly comfortable. It was difficult to find the correct size in narrow. But you finally had it. I had wanted it in ehite patent but settled for the whiteleather. Pretty too.

I love Birks. Been looking for a white pair for months. No retailer locally had them, except in narrow width. I knew I could count on Zappos for my needs.

I ordered these with an option to return but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. The sizing guide listed with these sandals helped me narrow down to a size 39 (women's 8-8.5) and the sandals run true to size, and I also opted for the narrower width option. 3 years ago, I would've never expected that I'd purchase a pair of Birkenstock sandals but more often than not, I find myself reaching out for these on most casual days. They are perfect for NYC walking! In my opinioin, they can replace the comfort of Nike sneakers with the bonus of not having to wear sneakers and feel too athletic. Overall, really happy with my purchase of these Birks from Zappos, will recommend to my friends and family! P.S. Really glad the Zappos still had the stock for the Arizona style in white leather because most other retailers were out of this exact style and color.

Such comfortable sandals! I was afraid the regular would be too wide, but with the adjustable buckles you can tighten them to fit you personally. Very happy with my purchase!

I called Zappos regarding my Birkenstock shoe purchase as the shoes felt very wide yet I ordered a normal size. The customer service rep was extremely helpful, courteous and nice and offered to replace the shoe immediately with a narrow fit for no additional charge. I was not expecting that as a option and was/am very appreciative and I do love the fit of the narrow option. Thank you!

Super comfy and hip for my swollen from pregnancy feet! These sandals have been saving me from discomfort from heat and tightness everyday since I bought them. The only time I'm not wearing them is when I'm wearing my black Birkenstocks!

I got the narrow width because I have very slim feet and they fit perfectly. If your are unsure if you have narrow feet or not, I would go to your local department store and try them on. I love mine; wear them every day for all sort of things and will be the first thing I pack for my Europe trip.
