Currently in first use, flight from Charlotte, NC to Denver, Colorado and the suitcase has exceeded expectations, so far I am happy with the purchase and would highly recommend, the suitcase is much larger than or has more room than I expected.

Great bag! Great customer service!

And the handle has been damaged twice (once the metal was actually sheared off, I have no idea how the baggage handlers did that). But Timbuk2 has the handle replacement parts (who still does that, its awesome). So a simple part order and back in business. I love this bag.

Best travel suitcase ever! This is the third one I've purchased. I loved mine so much I bought one for my wife and now for my adult son. It's light, well organized and has just the right amount of pockets.

I've had my eyes on this bag for a while and finally took the plunge to purchase it - and let me say, I am so glad I did! My partner and I share this as our checked bag and there is still room to spare. It's super sturdy and you can definitely feel the quality in the materials used. The wheels glide smoothly making it a breeze to roll. The easy access compartment in front is super convenient to grab things without having to rummage through the entire bag. The shoe compartment at the top is also super handy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a top of the line checked bag!

Honestly a great bag. I can fit everything I need plus more. The top zipper pocket fits a pair of sneakers perfectly. Amazing quality, wheels are great quality and rolls very nicely. I have packed it completely full with a flight bag on top and doesn't get top heavy and fall over at all.

Great size, space for PC, and easy to grab items... Hestitated bw S and M, as I wasn't sure the M would fit on airplanes, but had no problem on domestic and international flights. Actuallly bought a second one for my father (81) and he loved it as well and even got rid of computer case for travels!

I have the larger carry on roller bag that my wife keeps wanting to borrow. So I purchased the smaller on for her. Perfect size and still has the same great quality as my older bag. Highly recommend this due to the excellent quality of construction, materials and components. Has multiple sections with individual zippers that keep my items secure and easy to access. The wheels and sturdy handle are what I truly love about this bag. Makes it so easy to quickly roll through a crowded airport while trying to make a connecting flight.

I've had one of the medium roller bags for ten years, ten years! As my daughter was visiting, and there was a sale on the medium bags, I asked her if she wanted my old bag. It's a little scuffed up but still looks and acts like a new bag. So I get a new bag, and she gets to experience what a great product Timbuk2 is.

I travel for work 75% of my life. I carry very heavy sales samples for my job and have destroyed 4 other suitcases before buying this one. The strong metal architecture of the back and handles along with the sturdy construction of the skateboard-style wheels ensures even at the 50lb weight limit, it won't break after getting tossed around by me or the baggage handlers. I adore this suitcase!

I absolutely love this suitcase. I've had it for 3 years and have used it for trips of up to 5 weeks at a time, and it is still in perfect shape. The mesh liners on each side keep everything organized, and the little pockets are perfect for small items. After trips with my husband and mom, they also bought one and love theirs. I have had no problem using the small size as a carryon on planes, even Ryanair. Highly recommend.

I travel for work about 2-3 times a month, mostly domestic US. I bought this bag after tons of research and trying out multiple different bags. Did trial pack outs and shipped about 7 bags from all the popular brands right back. I finally decided I wanted a softside with a front pocket for my laptop that didn't eat up interior space or have wasted space. My 14" Lenovo fits perfectly and snugly. When the pocket is not used, you don't sacrifice space either. It's a great design. This bag is incredibly well-made, which isn't surprising bc Timbuk2 stuff I've purchased before lasts forever. This suitcase will too. It holds way more than I expected for its size, and honestly, seems to hold more than my hard side which measures larger. The zippers are sturdy and smooth. Everything about this bag feels sturdy and tough. It's sleek and glides beautifully. I love that the interior lining is not loose fabricmore like velvety flocked lining that is adhered to the back of the suitcase. Zippered closure on BOTH sides of the clamshell opening keeps stuff from falling outthose dumb cross-cross straps never do anything. And the quick zip on the front makes it super easy to get to stuff inside the suitcase (like my coat and umbrella). It does all of this and weighs under 8lbs. No small feat these days. The only thing that might be better is a version with 4 wheels!

Love this bag - it is lightweight and well made. The wheels are smooth! I am a flight attendant and really wanted a bag that opened like a clamshell. I was tired of digging through my bag.
