Very sturdy , well built frame , the zippers are well built. The front compartments are easy to access and spacious. The handle to carry the bag is rough ( not well padded) this is the only drawback. The inside of the frame is not lined so when you place your clothes they are against the plastic frame and the rail for the telescoping handle. The pull handle is comfortable. The wheels run well and handle speed.

I recently bought this and have taken it on one trip. It was a great luggage piece because it holds a ton of clothes and doesn't have sections that restrict you. It also stretches to allow you to overstuff just a bit. Super smooth rolling that helped me run through the airport smoothly. It also fit in every overhead bin in the airplane. My only negatives are the following: The handle: It doesn't extend halfway. It's either closed or fully extended. In addition, it is a bit wobbly so I'm concerned about it in the long term, especially if I have bags attached to it. The zippers are hard to pull sometimes even when clothes and items aren't stretching the bag and zipper.

This bag is super roomy. It's new so can't speak to the durability yet. I am a pilot and it stows easy in the overhead, lighter than other pilot bags and rolls easy. I use a Jhook and bought a universal one which is ok. Wish they would make one specific to be attached to this bag.

I travel 2 to 3 times a month. This is a well made bag that fits into the overhead luggage with ease. The straps, stand and top access panel are all handy and well built. I like the longer tug handle extension. The top mini-storage is very handy. The main zippers are OK, they stick sometimes rounding the corners but they do seem rugged and should withstand hard use. My old case was not a clam shell and I am not yet sold on the clamshell. It restricts the ability to carry something large and pack around it. The interior zippers are good, the the mesh makes it a little easier to find things.

a bit large for strict international carryon but happy to have the wheels for long terminals walk and getting around in the city.

Great roller, handle, zippers, etc. Definitely maxed out the liters size perfectly. Unfortunately, first trip out with minor handling saw a scuff happen on the smooth leather-like front flap that im unable to remove. Thus, the super slick bag reverted to just mediocre looking after a single use. Front flap would have been better designed with a more scuff free material..

I love all of the compartments and storage solutions that this bag provides. It's super easy to keep everything organized and is the perfect size for a week-long trip. It fits well in the overhead compartment and the wheels roll awesome over many different surfaces. The only drawback is the telescoping handle. It feels a bit flimsy at times and I have a difficult time adjusting mine. It seems to get stuck often and it's hard to collapse it fully.

Use often. Wheels are great but I do kind of wish that they could roll in any direction.

This is my third copilot. I had to replace the handle and wheels on my first and on this one. Both M size. It's annoying because they didn't even do it right this last time but even through all that, I love the bag. It's cool and it's the best bag i have ever used. I'm flight crew!

I know the whole fancy shmancy luggage trend but this has been there for me through my 10 years in the airline industry and more. I love the way you can pack clothes, etc and then zip it up so that your whole bag is streamlined and even. This bag has bounced off so many curbs and hard landings. I love it!!

Weight is a concern when flying. I find the case heavy and stiff to zip. I will use on car trips or when I do not need to pack much. Airlines charge over 50 lbs and I would like to use weight allowance for packing and not on the suitcase.

I really love this bag it fits just right in a overhead compartment even on small planes. I rolls nice and smooth on any surface due to the soft skateboard wheels. I would recommend one thing to Timbuk2. I would suggest putting some sort of plastic reinforcement on the bottom corners opposite the wheels. Sometimes the bag has a tendency to twist thus drag on those areas until I realize. The plastic corners would prevent the bag from ripping at the corners.

I got the 20" copilot roller in the color Midway. First off, the color of the front flap turned out to be more of a gray than the taupe-ish color in the picture, and with that, the black main color, and navy accents, it looks better than I had expected. The design is great, in that you can open it wide for packing, and the mesh zippered covers over each side keep everything in place. I like being able to access one side from the outside zipper flap. I also really like the small pocket on the end, which is advertised for storing smaller items you might want to be able to access from the overhead bin during flight. It is big enough to fit a pair of my women's size 10 shoes, or a few day's worth of dirty laundry. The wheels are super smooth and quiet, as advertised, and the bicycle handlebar-inspired handle is comfortable. My only real complaint it that I found the bag somewhat tippy when I rolled it around corners or on curbs. Overall a great, sharp-looking bag that should last a good long time.

Timbuk2 has always made quality products But the return service is terrible - waiting 10 days for a refund from the day the returned item was received is out of line. I am most disgruntled with that event which affects how I perceive dealing with Timbuk2. The older coPilot luggage has more exterior pockets which enhances convenience. Those pecies of luggage have held up well. I will see with this latest bag I've now acquired

I bought this softshell roller after using a cheap hardshell spinner that finally died after 5 years. It takes some getting used to moving the bag from resting upright to rolling, and it's definitely not as smooth as a four-wheeled case. Dragging the roller through a narrow plane aisle is difficult, but at least there are grab handles on all sides to hoist it up. The external materials feel tough and the zippers are big and sturdy. The inside flap material is thick neoprene, which is nice and adds a little extra padding. For some reason, I dislike that the clamshell case opens up to the left, rather than to the right, so that took some getting used to. The skateboard-inspired wheels are cushy and roll over rough floors just fine. It's so nice that they don't rattle like cheapo plastic setups. (FYI, they don't appear to be actual skateboard or longboard wheels that you could replace with an allen wrench, so sadly you can't "upgrade" them with Orangutangs or anything.) I've only used this bag for 1 domestic flight so far, and was made to gate-check it. When I got it back, there were a few scuffs on the front shinier portion of the bag (black colorway) that I couldn't clean off, but hey it's luggage that's meant to protect the things inside. I like the top small zippered collapsible compartment for smaller items that I forget to last minute pack, and also the ability to unzip the front flap to grab my toiletries rather than unzipping the entire bag. Zip it to the side so the pulls don't drag on the floor. Haven't used the inner organizational mesh pockets, but I am glad that there is the option to not use them and not waste any space. I would've loved an expander feature for when I go on vacations and bring back more stuff. Many airlines these days still let you get away with carrying on luggage that exceeds the 9" depth, but I guess it's good to figure out how to pack less. All in all, a great purchase during the 50% off Black Friday sale.

overall, great product, only little things are a bit of a pain, when loading I to overhead bin, its difficult to slide, due to wheels being sticky. some times wheels stick when trying to initially start walking.

I love the look and functionality of the roller bag. I got the medium size, almost too big for carry on, should have got the small. oniy other complaint is that they wheels don't spin, just roll. I got used to the ease of spinning wheels and it's hard to go back.

Dragged this bag, fully packed, on its maiden voyage up and down NYC subway steps, Penn Station, across a few towns then back home via subway again, and was impressed with its durability and unwillingness to tip over. Two wheels takes a little getting used to, but that's a small point. I was hoping it would be a bit roomier, but I jammed a lot in there. You lose the outside "shoe" compartment if you fill that side of the clamshell. I love the access from the outside, so you don't have to open the whole thing to jam a last minute item in there. The zipper pockets on the inside come in handy for small stuff, and the outside one was perfect for my ipad.

I used the bag for the first time this weekend. It holds a lot! Two features stand out: the shoe (or dirty laundry section, and the top zipper to access the top half without unzipping the bag! Only concern is the zippers which already seem to catch. I'm comforted by the lifetime warranty, but hope i don't have to use it

I love this bag! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is I wish it opened like traditional hand luggage instead of the clam style opening. I would also like to see it with 4 wheels.

This is a great luggage roller with plenty of space and is crafted with good materials. This is now my 3rd product from Timbick2 and couldn't be happier. Not 5 stars because the zippers to get into the main compartment are not easy to open.

This luggage is everything I needed. I was looking for a unique carry-on that fit my style and was functional for my travel needs. I didn't need a fancy carry on bag with four wheels - two sturdy wheels is just right! The separate compartments make this an ideal in case you want to pack some items in the front of the case that you need easy access to in the airport or rolling around town. No need to open the entire case to get something out the bag. I like how this case makes it easy for you to view all the items you are packing which the mesh covers on the inside. I particularly purchased this case because I've had nothing but great experiences purchasing and repairing items with Timbuk2.

We bought this logger for our family trip to Europe this last spring. We went to Madrid, Sevilla, London and Paris. Did a lot of walking between train stations and hotels. Me and my wife were able to handle it no problem. The kids also helped rolling it on the streets no problem. We had two carry on luggage on the plain. this one was the best to handle kids stuff in and out. Although it doesn't have lots of pockets, the top one is large and allows you to put lots of small stuff. The design also allows you to open the back from one compartment where you can storage the stuff you will need on the plane. We just order our second one so that we can fight with this two
