O am unable to wear for more than an hour before my right foot feels as if it is on fire. The ridge along the toe on the inside clothed is extremely uncomfortable. Very disappointed in bistro pro.

I'm a dog groomer and I'm on my feet all day everyday. I've worn them for two days and they are absolutely killing my feet. The little bumps for tread on the inside of the shoe are insanely painful on the bottom of my feet. They do not feel cushioned at all.
They are awesome for non-slip shoes but I can't even stand in them for an hour much less an 8 hour work day because they are way too uncomfortamble.

The size fit tighter than the regular Bistro that I had purchased before. It was supposed to be more cushioned too, but it definitely wasn't!!! I didn't know that it had the velcro strap on the back. I couldn't see it in the picture and don't recall reading about it in the description. I don't like the strap at all. I usually wore it on the front and it won't stay and it gets caught on my pant leg. I won't purchase this style again and am considering returning these but I don't want to have to deal with it or pay return postage.

I'm a nurse and I've bought the regular Bistro shoes before.. totally loved them. When the sole started coming apart, it was time to order a new pair. I decided on this Bistro Pro clog because I thought it would be an upgrade from the regular Bistro clog. I was wrong. They didn't feel as roomy, and the velcro strap was actually too short and uncomfortable. My feet were acually hurting by the end of my shift. I'm going back to my regular Bistros.

My feet are very tender and Crocs help me. I thought these shoes would fit the bill but are very uncomfortable - and expensive!

I bought these because of the description, and I quote
"Fully-molded Croslite? material cushions and comforts
Deep cushion:
Feels soft with all day support.".
They were to replace a pair of crocs that were marketed to people with arthritis etc. that I bought years ago and are awesome, soft comfort all day hmmm ironic. These are not even close, sorry but every croc I have tried on to replace my old ones pale in comparison. Oh well no more crocs for me:(

The size I ordered was too large. I decided on a different Croc style.

Iv been a loyal crocs wearer for years. I usually have the Croc RX which they stopped making (BOO). So I tried these in 2 sizes 8 and 9(women). I usually wear an 8 in crocs, and 8.5 in other brands. So uncomfortable. The bottoms are hard, the instep is narrow and the shoe has no flex. LOVE the Zappos return policy.
I'd also recommend:

The velcro on the strap is dangerous. The velcro catches on the other shoe as well as other things. I have tried to make sure it is aligned and positioned correctly, to no avail. I have other Crocks with the regular strap and love them. Will never order another pair like this!

Been buying Crocs 10+yrs; latest purchase was probably 7th pair I've purchased.
I am tall, heavy with limited mobility & size 13 foot.
The adjustable rear strap is an absolute DISASTER - I've already broken one trying to get it on.
I like this Croc has no holes in bottom or top so I can wear when raining or snow. I like the more gripping bottom tread - great when I'm on either my 30' or 40' boat, when handling lines & washing my boats.
I need to have a back strap when driving my car, going up & down stairs & when climbing on & off my boats.
Though I like this Croc itself - I will never buy this model again because of the flimsy, torturous adjustable back strap.

Shoes are nice, not as comfortable as the reg bistros but I do like the Velcro straps, but customer service is real bad, took 15 days to receive my order and customer service was rude and did not help......would never order online again if I do ever buy crocs again......

I work 50-60 hours a week. I like the comfort, but I am disappointed that after having wearing them 5 months the heel is falling off. And I find myself slipping more then when I first purchased the shoes.

Very disappointed!! I am a cook and I had a pair of the women's mercy (so comfortable and full support) but had the front of shoe that the pattern strip glue lifted (on two pairs) so I thought I would try the Bistro, Don't do it! Very uncomfortable and lacking arch support. Also extremely unattractive for a women with the extremely wide front of shoe (ugly) also do not like Velcro strap will go back to women's mercy and put up with the flaws!

I bought these Crocs hoping that they'd be an improvement over the clogs I got from Shoes For Crews. Well...2 slips while working and my feet are absolutely killing me! So now I look for another replacement.

I so hoped they would work for me. I have a regular pair of the first crocs and enjoy them. These were harder material fit me narrow and just were uncomfortable. I had to return them. I'm bummed

These are my fourth pair of crocs and I have loved every other pair. I bought these because they don't have the holes and one of my jobs required this. They were way less comfortable than my other crocs and really made my feet hurt (which has not happened with any other pair) They are also really noisy regardless if the strap is up or down. I reached out to customer support several times to try to initiate a return but was not successful.

I love the comfort at work but the build quality sucks. I've been wearing these for 1-2 months and both backstraps have snapped and have been an inconvenience.

I hate the new Velcro, they make noise when you walk. Bought the original for years, will not buy again. You ruined the shoe

After one wear, the strap broke. No use getting a replacement if it's going to break again.

I got these to wear at my retail job. I stand for 8+ hours a day. The part that goes across the top of your foot is thick and uncomfortable and I have normal width feet. I wore them for one day and could not bare it. If you chance them go a size up than you normally wear so have space from the band.
