These shoes were so painful! They are a low heel and they don't seem overly pointy, but they were incredibly painful to wear. My toes were completely scrunched and I could instantly feel the ball of my foot get sore. Just wearing around the carpet at home and I could tell these would not last a night out let alone a day at work.

Pretty shoe but even in the wide width it does not work for my bunion burdened feet.

I've always been a fan of Nine West shoes, and the color and style on this pair caught my eye. After a few wears indoor only, I noticed that the scales from the faux alligator appeared to be discoloring. Upon closer inspection, those scales actually rub off at the slightest amount of you crossing your feet or accidentally rubbing up against something. They had to be returned.

I had a former pair of Nine west black heels that I loved, so wanted to replace them - unfortunately this model is much narrower in the toe box than the last, and they were very uncomfortable

So the shoe arrived today and I was immediately struck by the high gloss metallic finish. I knew it would be bright but this is 'space age' bright. After a few hours of evaluation I decided to return them. Just because I feel with this high a shine it should be in a stelletto or a flat to be fashionable. This mid heel only makes your feet stand out more than your legs. It's a bit awkward looking. Other than that, it a good show, comfortable and good construction for the price.

Cute shoe, but too big in the heel and pinches my toes. I'm beginning to think I need a personal cobbler. Very discouraging.

This is my 3rd try with this shoe. It is just too snug in the toe box but it sure is pretty!!!

There's something off with Nine West and their sizing. I've been a 7.5 for 30 years. I bought Nine West Flax years ago--tried them on in the store and ended up purchasing size 7. They are my go-to office shoe. Comfortable, stylish, everything you'd want. I decided to add a little color, and go with a lower heel so I got the Margot in red and blue in size 7.5 (I forgot I had the Flax in 7). BEAUTIFUL shoes -- the colors were perfect, didn't bleed all over everything and it was just a flattering shoe. Except the blue was just a touch too big and the red was WAY too big. So decided to replace them with the size 7. When they arrived, the size 7 blue was too tight and the size 7 red was still too big. And they both felt narrow. If you can find one that fits, get these shoes in every color.

I have received many compliments on these shoes but I wish I had returned them. Even one half size up is tight at the toe and the blue is really bright, not navy.

The color was not what I was expecting. The blue was not as dark a navy blue as expected. They were also narrow and uncomfortable. I purchased these shoes for work however I had to return them because I would not be able to make it through a full day of work in them.

I got these in the yellow reptile. They are so uncomfortable in the toe. My toes went numb and my toenails bruised, a part of one fell off two weeks later. I suspect the problem with the shoe is that the inner lining isn't real leather. It doesn't flex or conform at all. They are very cute shoes but I will never wear them again!

The shoe was too long. I normally wear a 6M and regardless of what I tried to stuff into the shoe to keep it on, there was still a gap. It's a beautiful shoe and it's hard to find true white for the summer. I would have returned it for a 5-1/2W to make up the difference but not in stock.

This combination of a short heel and slim silhouette may be professional and sleek, but it does not work for ladies with large feet! I desperately wanted to love these shoes (and size 12M fit perfectly), but I will be returning them. I just cannot wear pointy skis to the office.

I desperately wanted to like these shoes, since they come in so many fabulous colors, but they are not comfortable. My toes felt cramped and rubbed uncomfortably against the sides, despite there being some extra space in the toe box. They don't come in narrow, and that's what I need; my feet slid forward and my heels popped out the back. The heel height is perfect, the angle is comfortable, and there's good padding under the heel and the ball of the foot. I tried the green and they're beautiful and seem well made. (For reference, I have long narrow feet with high arches, I usually wear a 9.5, and I tried the 9.5M.)

These heels ran a bit large. I am usually a 9 1/2, and I wear a 9 in these. I think I could even go down to a 8 1/2, but I like my shoes a little loose.

These shoes are uncomfortable due to the narrow point of the shoe, not the heel height. I thought that I just needed to break them in but they still hurt my feet all day long. I have narrow feet and they still hurt. They look nice but I will not buy these shoes again. I was hoping to buy them in multiple colors.

These are very cute and come in beautiful colors but wow were they narrow and short. If you have long toes or a slightly wide or even normal toe box I would definitely go up a half size if not full.

I ordered two pairs (I am returning one) in different colors and found that they are not very comfortable. Maybe it is the material of the shoe that needs rethinking versus the style. I usually love Nine West (Nuncio was my absolute favorite). I am keeping the other pair because I love the color and can slip shoes off/on at my desk; they will not see much wear outside of work. On the plus side I love the heel height and can rely on sizing of Nine West shoes. I am a 9½ in their closed toe shoes every time. Thanks!

I ordered the darker blue-green color in suede and loved the color and suede finish. The heel height was also perfect - high enough to elongate the leg and go well with longer pants, but not too high as to be tough to walk in. They felt true to size. All that being said, they were too tight in the toe for me due to the pointy nature. I only felt it by the big toe, but knew it would only get worse after a day of wearing them. I am sure this just one of those shoes that works for some and not others. My feet are not wide, so it is just poor alignment between my foot and the design.

These shoes are adorable. The calf hair is beautiful but the shoe is very stiff and uncomfortable. I thought I could bear it...normally I love 9West. Sadly, back they go.

The front of the shoe, where it grabs just below my toes, was narrow. Also, the pointy part of the shoe seemed to extend very far. Leather was soft. Returning.

I purchased this shoe in a size 6.5 because the Nine West Austin I had just purchased in a size 7 was too large, but the Austin had been replaced by the Margot. This shoes is very narrow, and I have to return it. I have narrow feet, but this shoe is too narrow even for me -- I'm very disappointed, because this was supposed to be a replacement of the "Austin" (but it is definitely not!).

Beautiful shoe but they are different colors; the right shoe was light and the left shoe was dark. Too much of a noticeable difference.

The shoe has a nice look to it but it is too narrow. I usually find that I am a true size 11 and average width. The width was small for me at the front of my foot, especially with the pointy toe. I have to return them unfortunately.

I ordered these in White leather. They are the perfect height, the perfect color, just too tight in the toes. I wear a size 11 and have 2 pairs of Nine West Austins that I love. I'd hoped these would be the same fit. Wrong. Fortunately Zappos sells them in size 12 so I will try again.
